Great service ! Beautiful view !
Be prepared to spend money
Food is not cheap but the experience was worth it !!
We spent $270
And we didn’t even drink alcohol!!
that included the pictures they take at the table ..
Good service. Nice view. But pricey
I took my dad here for his Father’s Day dinner. We had excellent service! The food and drinks were delicious! We had the seafood tower and lobster bisque with a delicious Pinot Noir that was recommended by the sommelier. The atmosphere and view were incredible! We paid for the table by the window and were not disappointed. We would definitely come back!
Definitely this is a great place if you want to have a memorable moment in Vegas.
Food was ok but nothing amazing. The view was pretty nice but not worth the cost.
It was an experience of a lifetime. Amazing views, superb food, and excellent, friendly, and attentive service. Expect to pay a little more, but for the experience and superior quality of food it is well worth it.
Steak was delicious, but my baked potato was undercooked.
Horrible experience. Got wrong food and never did get the correct food.
We are locals and go there quite a bit. Lately, they started doing separate reservations for different seating. I’ve always made reservations on the “main” floor. Never even knew there was a non rotating floor to dine on. (Not worth it at the prices for the so so food they make. (Especially since they dropped the prix fix menu (that used to make it much more in line with the value you get). The reservation now basically requires you to lock up a credit card for $25 a head to sit in the “normal” restaurant (which is fine and I always select that). Yesterday we arrived and the front desk girl was rude. It was very hot in the upstairs reception area. I was told I’d get a text message and to go to the bar via the elevator behind me. The elevator took 10 minutes to show up. We got the text message. Stood in the long line to once again be greeted by the rude hostess while others were cutting in line with their text messages (they were seated before us even though we were in line a second time). Then I was told to wait again and I was going to get another text message. Third time a different hostess who was more pleasant seated us, but rather than walking down the stairs she seated us upstairs (non rotating) part of the restaurant I never knew existed. I said I made reservations for the downstairs. We’ve been here 20 plus times and I never even knew this was here. We always sit downstairs. She was nice enough to check, but now my party was just standing there for another 20 minutes in the middle of the restaurant. Then I kept getting asked if I paid for the reservation. I said I made the reservation the same I always did. Credit card with $25 a head. She replied I only paid for 2 but I show you as party of 4 on the reservation. “So, you want to split my party up? Or just charge me another $50?” Finally we were seated. $600 bill for four, lobster in the seafood “tower” tiny and stuck to shell and the steak very overcooked. Please step up your game
When we first got their we were in line and no one was their to greet us or tell us we were in the right area. Many people were in line without a reservation and waited all that time to tell them that they had to make a reservation. I believe that for the money that you pay it would have been nice to be greeted and for a hostess to be their. As for the food it was good but it was such a small amount for the seafood. You would be better off ordering steak that way you get full. I The view was nice in my opinion you don’t have to pay the extra money for a window seat because every view is nice. I went around 5:15 the crowd was much calmer. It was nice experience.
Celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary while enjoying a great meal and scenic view.
The view and experience of eating that high up was wonderful. The staff was excellent. However, the food, while it tasted good, wasn’t worth the amount of money we were charged. This is one of those places where you’re really just paying high money for the view.
If you order a steak, plan to pay extra for the steak sauce and they don’t even have traditional steak sauces (A1 is still the best and should be added to the menu).
We had lamb chop and wagyu steak. Food was excellent 👌
I enjoyed this restaurant the seats near the window treated us to a gorgeous view. I especially enjoyed the shell fish linguine omg so good. Would eat here again
Starting from our arrival, the elevator ride was hot. The elevator attendant explained that they were having problems with the a/c. Once you step out of the 40-sec ride to the top, you get out only to be what seems hotter. No fans or water available. Once we got inside the restaurant, it was gorgeous, and the views were amazing, like something from a movie. We were on the rotating floor, and at first, you don't know why you are a little dizzy and disorientated, then you realize it's the rotation and because of high up you are. The staff was great! Everyone was professional and friendly. Our food was good, not the best I've ever had but still great non the less. I would go again when it cools off. Maybe in the winter. Worth the experience unless you get seasick quickly. I would highly suggest better cooling system.
Great experience! Unparalleled views and ambiance and staff that is top-notch. Food was delicious!
Perfect place for special day!!
I loved everything about the Top of the world restaurant only thing theres no prices on the menu
The restaurant was hot and uncomfortable no air conditioning. The food is over priced and Outback steak house quality but 5 star restaurant priced. The service was terrible!! We waited an hour and a half for dinner after it was ordered. The reservation was not honored on time we stood around for 30 minutes past our Open Table reservation time. Never again nor would I recommend this to anyone.
My husband and I made a reservation months ago for our Anniversary. Our reservation was for 7:15, we checked in 15 minutes early and was not seated until 7:45! The reason of making a reservation is to hold that specific time to dine approximately around the time set. When we checked again wanting to know what was going on, we were asked if we wanted to pay to upgrade our seats to be seated earlier than our “delayed” time. I feel they should have upgraded us for free considering it was a special occasion. This almost ruined our Anniversary because we had other things planned for the evening after dinner.
Our waiter Todd, was gracious and over all OUTSTANDING! Todd saved our dinning experience.
Such a beautiful restaurant!. The view is absolutely breath taking!!..
We really enjoyed our dinner experience nice atmosphere
Overpriced for poor food quality. Setting & views were nice but will not be recommending nor attending again.
Our server Eric was terrific. The food was all delicious. Had Ribeye steak, wedge salad & mushrooms. We shared & it was more than we could finish! But delicious !
Top of the World at the Strat in Vegas is one of our go to choices for special occasions or when friends come to visit. We became residents eight years ago and have been to numerous restaurants throughout Las Vegs and choose TOTW as our favorite. The food, service, and panoramic views are exemplary.
Overprice, Rude customer service, horrible long elevator wait, food was basic at best.
We are still in shock how rude reservation line was. Tried to add one person to reservation, but reservation kept saying it was fully booked, fully booked, fully booked!!! And of course when we got there…. half the tables were empty and our table had 2 extra seats. They could’ve easily accommodated 1 extra person at table. Some “B” on reservation line needs to be fired.
Will never go back again.
Took my honey here for his birthday and ended up selecting wrong level booth. I planned on being on the rotating floor but somehow ended up selecting the stationary one; but still was not disappointed!
The ambiance the moment you get on the floor was calming & intimate. The view phenomenal and food was sensational!
Also the added photo service was an unexpected pleasant surprise.
I 1,000, 000% recommend this venue for any occasion!
Service and view were excellent! Food was not very flavorful, quite plain in fact. My husband got the 40oz tomahawk steak and it didn't taste like was seasoned at all, the sauce helped a little but but not much. The fingerling potatoes were ok, better when we got some sour cream with them. The asparagus was almost inedible, very soggy and plain. The street corn was pretty tasty. The stuffed lobster was ok, nothing to write home about, tasted a bit like it had sat out for a while. I really enjoyed the cucumber cocktail, very unique and refreshing!
Top of the world was better than expected! The service was great and timely, the view is beautiful of course! I totally recommend reserving a window table! The food and drinks were just as great as the view!
Outstanding Service and Professionalism, would definitely come back!
The experience was awesome! The view was gorgeous and worth it for sure. The food was good and the staff very nice.
Our waiter and the food alike were delicious and the environment was perfect. Thank you!
I never write reviews but this was by far the biggest let down ever i came from california to enjoy my 12 year anniversary the restaurant smelt horrible my waiter was so rude and not very helpful at all we got bread at our table it was cold and hard we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink, we ordered food which was so over priced $70 for just a steak come on! Lobster tails were cold and old not freshly made at all and for $68 for t2o tails i would expect to get fresh food we also got corn $14 nastiest thing ever it taste nothing like real mexican style corn but the $15 baked potato was ok i guess u cant really mess that up.. but to say the leased i will never ever come back i left paying $120 just for my husbands food and that was after i returned all mine we ended up throwing his away as well by far the worst food ive ever had in my life.. we went to the cheesecake factory the following night and everything was exceptional.
The food is good but not worth the price in my opinion. There are much more flavorful options in Vegas. I would only come back for the views because that was the best part. Our server was also pretty inattentive and did not offer us any drink menu or many recommendations. I think it was because my group was young and he probably figured we would be tip cheap (which is not true). I had the filet. It taste like any other filet, not really worth $70. Overall was a bit underwhelmed.
I do not recommend the lamb chops, very fatty. The view was great, actually the best part. I had seabass and lobster both were great. I requested to have happy birthday sung with dessert on a plate, which was never done, the server seemed agitated after we sent the lamb chops back. Great experience, I recommend the second floor view, not bar.
The waiter was this big bald dude with glasses, unfortunately he was in a rush we get that but he was remarkably rude , after he said hello and asked if we had any questions i asked if i could see the dessert menu and he assumed i was broke and quickly said the price limit here sir is 45$ okay. Embarrassed me in front of my date like i was broke it couldn’t afford the food . and once i was ready to order and tried he told me i was wrong super fast and told me it was an side order in a rude manner, also he barely filled our water up.
Food was okay not disappointed nor top of the line but it was good.
View and service was amazing however the food was definitely not great. We paid $900 and the food quality was not worth it.
The atmosphere was great! The staff was attentive and accommodating as well. The stuffed lobster was a bit underwhelming in which I was not completely satisfied but overall the ambiance made up for it.
Food was amazing so was the ambiance. Will definitely recommend.
