Excellent service and you're treated superb. It's 106 stories up and an amazing view! Our waiter Joey went above and beyond to make our night special. There is the occasional person jumping off the building, but that's one of the rides and not a worry, but can catch you off guard. It's a pricey restaurant, but similar to the "high class" restaurants on the strip.
All-in-all I would recommend this for a special occasion.
P.S. we saw 2 proposals while we were there..

I decided to take the wife here for a memorable anniversary dinner. She loves beautiful views and the
the restaurant revolves, giving everyone a different awe
-inspiring view during their time there.

The whole experience was amazing.

From being greeted with "Happy Anniversary" at the hostess stand to
having a great server like Christian. These things made our experience special.

My wife has a very restrictive diet (no gluten, no nightshades, no eggs, pescatarian) and she was able to order normally from the menu.
The carpaccio was delicious. So tender with lobster in the middle.
She had the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were huge and tender.
The Waygu skirt steak was amazing. I opted for no sauce because it is that good.
The Õra King salmon was perfectly cooked and soubise was so flavorful.

For dessert, I had the baked Alaska. It was so amazing, I ate the whole thing.
All of the layers of deliciousness were too irresistible.

She had a drink called the spark plug which was a delicious coffee based martini for dessert.
Giving you the option of a dessert cocktail was a nice touch too.

Hats off to Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti and his staff for his spectacular menu and quality of preparation.

It was honestly the best dining experience I've ever had out here.

This restaurant never disappoints. My husband and I have been coming every year for our anniversary lunch for the last 8 years. This visit got the lobster bisque, filet minion, lobster tail, mashed potatoes and the creme brûlée. It was wonderful as always

The view is what this place is all about, the food... not so much. The view is breathtaking and unforgettable. I purposely made reservations at sunset so that we could see the Vegas "lights" come on and it didnt disappoint. It was a very romantic setting and made for an unforgettable evening. On the flipside, the food was VERY forgettable unfortunately. I received the fattiest $79 Wagyu steak I have ever seen, and my girlfriends Salmon was very dry and flavorless. The wait staff was friendly, & prompt, and the ambiance was very romantic & quiet. I would dine there again due to the view, but wouldnt purchase the steak again that's for sure.

Took my wife there for her 50th birthday prior to the Celine Dion concert at Caesars Palace. The ambience, view are incredible. The quality of the food was good but not on par with what you might expect at one of Vegas finer restaurants. Lobster bisque was too salty. Chicken was tough and dry. Shrimp appetizer and wife’s halibut excellent. 4 stars overall. There is also a nice lounge right above the restaurant which revolves once per 90 minutes.

service was poor,Waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there, the glass of wine my wife had, hardly had any wine in it for 17 dollars a glass, food was good, but then Again my wifes portion was so small she was still hungry, for 50 dollars for her small piece of Salmon, View was what we paid for, Nooo we won't be back to eat but would go back to see the View!!

Unfortunately it wasn't as awesome as I thought it was going to be. It was our 20th Anniversary and it wasn't that special. We hardly ever saw our waitress. Then when she brought our food she brought my husbands steak and baked potato and the potato was just an open potato no butter, sour cream and she went oops I forgot it. By time she came back with the stuff his potato was cold. Then he asked for salt and pepper and was halfway through dinner before he finally got it. The steak was half fat and grissle. We thought it would be special because we came here the night we was married. Oh well.

Enjoyed the restaurant with friends for a birthday. Got a window table as I requested. Ordered appetizer, wedge salad, filet. The portions were huge. Did not need appetizer. Next time I am ordering the seafood tower. I saw it go by to another table. It was huge and looked delish. Waiter forgot a beer, but other than that service was stellar. My hubby said he can't remember the last time we were a restaurant with so much ambiance.

Service was OUTSTANDING. Truly exceptional. Food was OK. Truly mediocre. For the price you can do much better. Food is just meh. But $45 dollars for a plate of meh (ala carte meh I might add) is too too much.
Eat at the restaurant at Paris on the Strip. Or be daring and go to Hugo’s downtown. Maybe even hit up Guy Fieri’s.
But again out server was top notch. Best I’ve ever been served by.
Hope to see her at Hugo’s.
You’ve been warned.

Excellent food but way overpriced. Guess you pay for the view. So my meat was like 69.00 for one piece. It didn't come with sides. Sides were 15.00 each side. And yes this is for one person!

Been to Top of The World several times and have enjoyed it so much that I arranged my family to celebrate a special birthday there, However the service was lacking. The waitstaff was very slow and forgetful, and my husband and daughter had to return their food due to it being cold. Not sure what was going on that evening but it has affected our desire to return. Very disappointed to say the least.

the service in the bar of the worst, I mean the girl who serves me the beverage, nothing hamable, a very dry treatment, the truth I did not feel nice in the bar naiad,. Time to go to eat wow, the food very bad quality, the Lobster Bisque arrived cold to the same as my fish Halibut to my wife wife the steak also arrived warm, a very interesting note, when I finished making the reservation to go to dinner with My wife asked me the reason for dinner. mark, ANNIVERSARY, you know what ??? Nobody asked me, nobody gave us the congratulations, NO ONE, when we were going to the elevator to get out of the tower, the lot was the only person of the whole night who asked how we spent the night and how was the dinner, What was missing quality, lack of profecionalismo, the truth that night so HORRIBLE ...

Excellent view of Las Vegas from above. The tallest building west of the Mississippi River. 360 degree rotating room with full glass views. You even see the people above jump off the building on the sky dive jump and fly by the windows on their way down. The helicopter tours all buzz the building to show their passengers. That makes for great viewing from the tower during dinner also. By the way, the food is outstanding. As is the service. While the Stratosphere hotel and casino my be a little dated; the restaurant has remained top notch. I love having dinner here when I am in town. And my guests always have a great time too.
