Came here with my parents while on vacation in Boston - it's on the 52nd floor of the Prudential Center, so it's got really great 360-degree views of the city. The restaurant is very popular with tourists, and even with a reservation it is very difficult to get a window seat as they apparently have to be reserved separately.

Most of the time at these touristy, observation deck-type restaurants, the food isn't very good as you're essentially just paying for the view. However, we were all pleasantly surprised by the food - the Maine mussels appetizer, in particular, was very delicious. The TOH burger was good too - very juicy and the fries were crispy - but the lobster salad roll was just okay. Overall, it was a good experience, and we were happy with the food and service.

One of the best Thanksgiving dinners we have had when eating out. The food, service and of course the view was outstanding. Will make this an annual event

Great restaurant, a little expensive. By the way, I don’t see the point of dining here without a guaranteed window seat, because that’s all that matters.

Thanksgiving lunch. Very good. A few more attention to details would have pushed dining experience to excellent. I'm happy to explain if needed. My cell 8322487819

The food was great, the service was excellent, the ambiance was fantastic sans the very-single group seated next to us who clearly did not mind others listening to their petty small talk characteristic of failing dates/flings!

Great view. Don’t let the big doors and elevator prevent you from going up. We had the Bisque, great. Tartare tuna was fine, cucumber, mango and some mild mild chilies. Flavour was a wee bit flat. Mussels were fine.

It was an anniversary celebration for my sweetheart and I. The ambiance was delightful and the view was spectacular being seated at a table by the windows, by request.

I treated our two granddaughters to Sunday Brunch. They are 12 and 13. We were given a great table with an awesome view that "blew" them away. The whole experience for them was exceptional. The staff is nothing but courteous!

My boyfriend and I went to Top of the Hub to celebrate his bonus and it was an incredible experience. I've been living in Boston for 10 years and had never made it to Top of the Hub before - it was well worth the wait! The food was delicious and well worth the price (we had oysters, lamb, steak, asparagus & truffle potatoes au gratin - all of which were cooked to perfection!). The service was also fantastic - our server was attentive and gave great wine recommendations. The views are possibly the best part - absolutely breath taking, you can see all of Boston. The entire experience was wonderful.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We got there an hour early before our reservation so we could get on the waiting list for a window seat. They said we could not be put on the list for another hour so by the time our reservation was 8:45 it would have been another hour for a window seat even though there were some open. We sat in the middle of the dining room and we could hardly hear each other speak. The food was mediocre. My boyfriend ordered the potatoes au gratin and they were watery and hardly cooked. We were not happy at all. We both got medium rare steaks and mine was over done. You would think for a $55 steak it would be off the charts.. it wasn't. They did give us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was nice but the check still came to almost $250 for the two of us. We were very disappointed in our experience. The wait staff was very friendly though.

Asked for steak medium rare and it was brought out medium well. I waited 5 minutes for my server but he never came so I succumbed to eating the steak... server was inattentive to my wife and I however spent - good 10 minutes talking to the table next to us and did not check in to see if we needed anything.

Service was very good, and most menu items were excellent. Unfortunately, the halibut I ordered was over cooked and flavorless, thought the accompaniments that came with it on the plate were tasty. The party who ordered the filet mignon said it was perfectly cooked, though the portion size was disappointing, given the price.

For the price the food was really not worth it. You can get the same view from the Skywalk Observatory. I would eat elsewhere and then do that.

My party stood by the elevator on the 50th floor along with several other parties until about 5 minutes past the time we had made our reservation. The gentleman at the skywalk had to call to get the restaurant to open the 52nd floor. The music did not turn on until about 10 minutes after we sat down, so we sat in awkward silence during that time, trying not to speak so loudly as to disturb the other guests. The food was great, and we had the best seat in the restaurant with a corner view. The server neglected to provide us with drink menus, then refused to offer a recommendation on a drink when we finally got them, saying "Whatever you want" when asked "what's good." When the drink arrived (it was a cranberry mule), it wasn't very good. I knew I would be paying mostly for the view (which was phenomenal), and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, but I did expect a bit better service. That being said, the server was friendly enough, and did offer to take our picture. The top of the hub is a great place to have brunch if you have a big appetite and are looking for a fantastic view. Just have an idea of what you want before you sit down, I suppose.

Dinner date at Top of the Hub was a good choice. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The view from the restaurant looking over the city night lights is also amazing. I had requested a special services for a bottle of champagne to be available at the table before we get there and they were able to provide that service. We had a wonderful dinner at Top of the Hub and would recommend it to others to experience it for themselves.
