Just the best for a memorable experience in Boston. BEST burger I've ever had.
Food was ok for the price I asked for a window seat for special occasion the hostess was kinda rude told me I would have to wait at least 30 min after I
Already had a reservation and noticed she sat down another couple after I
Asked for a window seat...and they did after I asked
Very nice Ambience, attentive and friendly waiter in table #78 😀.. And excellent dinner.
Great experience, the food was a bit over priced but... I mean..... Come one it’s the Top of the Hub. Still the food was AMAZING and the drinks STRONG. Definitely recommend this for a wine and dine date night. If your woman asks to be taken to a place with a view like mine did then..... This.... Place.... Here!!!
We were celebrating my daughter’s being home from College and booked an early seating 5pm to have best chance to get a good table to take in the views. We arrived 20 mins early and checked in with a line already forming for those who did not make reservations. We had a drink at bar and as soon as 5pm came, the hostess led us to our corner window table. It was one of the nicest table locations with views I have ever enjoyed. Our waiter was prompt & pleasant. The food was very good for everyone at table. It’s pricey but a great location for a special night out.
Thank you, it was a great experience! My parents loved it! My father enjoyed his birthday lunch!
Loved Top of the Hub
Everything was Phenomenal. Will be coming back again for sure
My dinning experience at the top of the hub was probably one of the best I have ever had. The service and food was amazing and the views are stunning. The food is pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be going back!!
We had an extremely disappointing experience at Top of the Hub. I booked the reservation for three people expecting a sophisticated, upscale, special evening for my husband's birthday. What we got was cruise-ship caliber food in a touristy environment. We were also treated terribly by the staff - especially the hostesses who bungled every aspect of our experience from start to finish. When I booked the reservation (and again when we arrived) I specifically called out that it was my husband's birthday. I requested a window table, but quickly realized they were for parties of two, which is understandable. However, we were given the absolute worst table in the restaurant's formal dining room - it was adjacent to the noisy (and very casual) bar and right in front of the busy entrance. I complained and was abruptly told it would be a long wait for a better table. This was deeply disappointing on multiple levels. First, I specifically said it was a special occasion, so to give us such a bad table was very poor customer service. Second, both my husband and my teenage son respected the restaurant's request to wear jackets and dress trousers in the formal dining room, yet we saw patrons with much better tables in jeans, casual rugby shirts and wrinkled khakis. Perhaps most upsetting was the fact that they completely failed to recognize my husband's birthday when our dessert was served (no candle, no "happy birthday" written in chocolate sauce on the plate, nothing) despite the fact that several tables around us received candles with their desserts to mark birthday celebrations. At the end of the meal we spoke to the manager who agreed we got the worst table in the house, but did nothing more than offer to buy us a drink and tell us that next time to ask for him and he'd take care of us. Next time? I don't think so. Certainly not to pay more than $300 for mediocre food in a low-brow, tourist trap. Boston has far too many elegant, high-quality restaurants to enjoy.
Our table side service and dinner were wonderful, but the hostess could use an attitude adjustment. For such an upscale place being greeted by a person who seemed annoyed I was there (with a reservation and properly dressed per the website) was a big turn off. There is also no waiting space unless you can go to the bar or the lounge (which were both full). I was with my teenage daughters so they would not have been able to be in there even if there was room.
Food was amazing. Our waitress was great!
Thank you everyone one❤️
Please be aware that the restaurant portion of The Top of the Hub requires that you purchase an entree for seating. We were not made aware prior to the reservation and were informed after we ordered drinks and four appetizers to share.
My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at The Top of the Hub. Requested a window seat and what an outstanding view during the day. Food was excellent. Our server was great. I have recommended to friends and family. We will be going back.
Came here for brunch & it was bomb!!! Would highly recommend the chicken & waffles & the lemon raspberry tart - as well as not eating at all beforehand because there is so much yummy food and you’re gonna want to be able to eat as much as possible!
