Great service great food highly recommended!
As a cancer survivor and patient at Dana Farber, we have celebrated my remission for the last four years and all the staff at the Top of the Hub go out of their way to make it special. The view is priceless and the food and service are top notch. They will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart and needless to say, my wife and I plan to be back again next year, God willing. Thank you to all at the Hub and God Bless.
Chef John and Varonica
The carpaccio was delicious. It’s enough for 2.
The halibut was perfectly cooked with smoked mussels on the side and broccolini and quinoa. It’s one of those healthy, guilt-free dishes that makes traveling )with eating out all meals) bearable.
Sadly, no Guinness on draft, just bottles.
View was amazing. I went with my son who was in a teenage outfit and underdressed for what was clearly date night for other diners. We felt welcome anyway.
Had a reservation, was ten minutes late. We were assured it was no big deal, waited 20 minutes for a table. Requested a table with a view or in the lounge, saw my request in the hands of the host yet did not get a lounge table or a table with a view. Saw 2 tables with customer in jeans be sat 5 and 10 minutes after us at tables with views. Getting a picture was hard, had to take one at a dirty table. Steak was $55, had to sent back was rare, ordered as medium. Table next to us sent back a steak after us, manager brought theirs out and did not bring ours out. Good runner actually brought it to the wrong table. My clam chowder was bland and cold. Server was nice and attentive. Our drinks were good. The desert was AMAZING! But everything was sub pare for $180 something...
Wonderful experience tonight!!! Food was great... lobster bisque was spot on as was the crême brûlée!! Baron ?(our server from Bosnia & Turkey) did a wonderful job also!!! A+++
The view is outstanding and a reason to visit this restaurant if only for a drink. The food is good but not as good as it ought to be considering the prices. My lobster roll was stuffed with lobster, but un fortunately the lobster had been over cooked and therefore tough and somewhat chewy. My luncheon companion asked for a burger and it was perfectly cooked.
The house made potato chips with lobster roll were quite good. The French fries seemed to be limp, perhaps because the cone in which they were served caused them to steam in their own heat.
With our 15 year wedding anniversary, server was incredibly attentive to her large party and not my party of two . She took one picture and was bothered by having to take it and then came over and congratulated just me at the end of our meal and a very blasé way only me she didn’t congratulate both my wife and I just me and it was to say congratulations on your anniversary just to me not both of us and that was it. Very disappointing when we saved up a ton of money and spent a Ton of money
Server was very personable and really focused on providing great service.
View of course was stunning. The “2lb lobster” was tiny, definitely not 2lbs for $73 i genuinely don’t think it was worth it. Not to mention i had to ask the server “is this dish supposed to be cold” in which he responds “no it’s supposed to be hot, is it not” so i had to send it back to get a warm lobster. The steak my boyfriend got was cooked medium well when it was supposed to be medium and was also cold. I think if you’re spending $500 on a meal your food should atleast be warm. I also think for a birthday they should do something whether it be a small dessert.. seeing as you can’t bring your own cake. Overall the view is the only thing they have going on there. The food was extremely sub par. Very displeased for how much money was spent.
Everything was perfect, until while walking back from the restroom, I took two steps onto the carpet of the dining area to observe the restaurant, and one of the hosts abruptly confronted me and told me that I could not step on the carpeted area. It was extremely odd, rude, and uncalled for. Both myself and my daughter were unnecessarily embarrassed. He asked me, after his comment, if we were in the dining room, and then said, “Oh, ok then”. He really should have paused before rushing over to me, for I was done viewing the area before he even spoke. At least could have asked if we were patrons BEFORE his rude comment??
Amazing experience, excellent service, and stunning views.
Music was a little loud (live band), but not disturbing.
Loved the atmosphere food and scenery was just perfect
We had an amazing experience brunching there on Father's Day on top of Boston
Great food, fantastic service and unbeatable views make for a memorable experience
We had a lovely time. The cocktails were excellent and the view fantastic. We had a good meal although one of our group didn't haven't his steak cooked correctly even after returning it to the kitchen once. There were some young children who kept climbing around on the window next to us while their parents didn't watch them but other than that, it was great.
Everything was perfect! Greatly changed since I worked there 50 years ago! View still spectacular!
Great service and food was amazing everything served on time and employees were so friendly. It has a nice view and price is average. ☺️
You can’t beat the panoramic view of Boston from the 52nd floor. Go early and linger over wine and an appetizer, then head elsewhere for a cheaper meal.
They went above and beyond to help me celebrate my boyfriends birthday. 10/10
The view is beautiful,it is a little bit pricey but It worth the price .
The manager Jonathan was fantastic. He took a special interest in our party. We got desserts on the house and a guided tour of the Skywalk. My son will always remember this graduation celebration. Thank you!
4 year anniversary
Wonderful! Beautiful evening view. Great cocktails.
The ambiance and views were great, but the live music, although good, was a tad too loud. The food was not good, ordered the salmon, chicken and veg. wellington, which were just ok. The waiter was horrible, took orders late and was smug, didn't clear out flatware and silverware at the right times, didn't provide appropriate silverware, water glasses were often empty, the service was sub-par. If not for the view, I don't think anyone would dine here for their food or service.
Our experience at Top of the Hub was awesome. That was our 2nd wedding anniversary and we had Bulent, the waiter took care of our table. He was very nice to ask us about our occasion, offer to take photos for us, and make sure everything is perfect. Dishes overally were good. We definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
We were disappointed in the menu. The 3 course dinner was gone and the menu (other than 5 course) seemed to be limited. We ordered the "rib eye" special which was very expensive for the cut of meat with a lot of fat, and the special au gratin potatoes were not very good. In fact we left most of it. We did tell the waiter. This is a restaurant that has been on on "favorite" list for many years. Not any more.
The view was everything but the food was s but pricey.
Went there for my Husbands Birthday and he loved it. Appetizer was great and dinner was even better!!
The food service was horrific. The server was totally inattentive, not only did he get the order wrong, he forgot to deliver the meal to one of my guests. Three of us were done eating before the 4th entrée arrived.
La mejor vista de boston
Great food, great view, great service. We were in Boston for the weekend and made the correct choice by dining at Top of the Hub!
Great food, service and view. The lobster bisque was really nice as was the oysters and Rib-Eye. Would return often.
Great food, great service, I wish they actually enforced dress standards.
The food was great and our server really made us feel welcomed and special.
The steak was just so average and not properly trimmed.
Amazing view! Too cloudy when we went, so make sure to check the weather!
my first time in boston the place and food was amazing . the only issue i had was i went there propose to my girlfriend i called a week earlier let the hostess know. The hotess was suppose tell me when dessert place was coming out so drop on 1 knee and i ask if she could record it . so she forgot let me know .. while we talking someone just comes with dessert plate and we both caught by surprise lucky for me she said YES.. when i ask why didnt inform me she just said she was busy..next time unable to help please let patrons know so they can go to plan b ..thank goodness for our server she took pictures and video and save my butt .she was extremely helpful and made the night better thank you we will always remember her
Definitely a beautiful place for a special occasion...
Wonderful in all ways especially for special occasion
My eggs Benedict with chorizo selection was disappointing - the sausage was tough and cold, and the poached eggs not sufficiently cooked. For the price, each food item, not just some items, should be of superior quality. The service, the ambiance, the views were all excellent as should be expected.
