We had a party of 7, and were seated promptly. Meal was paced well, not rushed. Food was good, the view was fantastic. Harbor view.
I was a little sad when my guests clam chowder came out with the meal, instead of before as asked. Additionally, when the wait staff asked us if we wanted to have dessert in with the live music..which required closing our tab on this side of the restaurant to go to the other side and open a new tab, only to have the live music stop before our dessert was served. Though they tried compensating with giving us the clam chowder; I was disappointed in the ask to move out table just three minutes before the music was set to end...as it clearly was an attempt to get us to close our tab and move us to the lounge, so he could go home without thinking of our comfort.. not trying to I am snobby, but when you go to the prudential center you pay for service.. As we were already on to dessert and closing the evening there was no need to move us. The food, music, atmosphere was great!
I did not find the food to be the best quality and quantity. Great view but i was let down on the meal.
Such a gem. A truly beautiful place to go to, the view is breath taking. The food was wonderful, all of it. It is a bit expensive but this is not an everyday place. The portions are normal, not small. Something you definitely need to experience!!
We tried the five-course chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings and everything was absolutely delicious!
EXCELLENT RESTAURANT THE FOOD, SERVICES , SCENIC VIEW.
Everything great except for parking, validation for parking ticket was not working😡 had to $ 42 for few hours of parking.
While visiting Boston, we thought this would be a great spot to end our stay by towering over the city. The views were magnificent and the service outstanding. We had the tasting menu with wine parings. One of the courses was disappointing, but everything else, especially the creme brulee were divine.
Server and food were great. View was spectacular.
Went for lunch to celebrate birthday, from the time we walked in everything was lovely, good service food amazing and the setting and views amazing
It would have been nice to have been seated near the windows for our 32 nd anniversary.
The service was excellent! The food was great! Everything was what you should expect from a restaurant at the very top of the city!
Lovely restaurant with a wonderful view over Boston. Food was delicious, service good and easy to find !
Wish the foods are tastier. Often bring out of town friends to here to show off the great view of Boston. However, always warn them: it’s for the view, the experience, not much for food.
Wonderful evening with great sunset views. Courteous and attentive wait staff and nice wine list.
A wonderful experience - fantastic views, quiet and excellent food. Great for meeting friends and making proposals!!
It was a great experience, I wish I had gotten a window table, but one of my friends was late, so we had to wait.
Surprisingly good food. Beautiful view. Great service. And jazz to boot. I'll be back.
The food was excellent and the staff was extremely attentative
The scallops were a bit salty on the side that was seared
We have requested Window seating a week ago while booking reservation, unfortunately we weren’t lucky to get that. Staff was rude and not considerate.
Food quality is not great and not even the view.
Not worth it
Top of the Hub is with out a doubt a 5 star resturant worth eating at.
The views are amazing , service is excellent and attention to detail is 2nd to none.
Thank you for a great dinner and making myself and my guest comfortable!!!
Great view, delicious food, knowledgeable and friendly waitstaff!
Dinner was great, fantastic view, friendly service
Food is not great ,very simple for a high price ,
I don't recommend this place ,prices are so high as the 52 floor ,they are in the clouds
Too loud...too many tables in a what is a very nice venue with a great view.
Food was okay, service was okay, serving size was much smaller than expected for the price.
Overall eh, wouldn’t go again. Beware the $24 charge for the lounge if all you want to do is have a drink and enjoy the view...it is credited back at the bar for drinks...
Beautiful evening, great service & excellent view! Very expensive & a place for special occasions!
Great food & Great staff & Excellent views of Boston
Went for an early dinner on a Sat at 530p.
1. The service was one of the most attentive and courteous I’ve had.
2. The view was outstanding.
1. Noise picked up quite a bit by 7p. Still able to have a conversation tho.
2. Food was good but there are other places in Boston with the same or better. The service and view is what stands out.
We had the seafood cioppini, filet steak, Portuguese chicken, and salmon for main courses.
This isn't my first time at this restaurant. I don't mind paying the price for the ambiance and the nice view the swordfish was a little dry last night and I always order swordfish and halibut if they're on the menu.
Our only issue is that you allow people into this amazing restaurant with T-shirts and sneakers on. A dress code must be enforced/addressed. We were actually horrified by the lack of respect that people have towards the restaurant.
It’s a special occasion. The food is okay. But the space is a little crowded. And the service is not that great.
Having been to The Top of The Hub many times it is and will always be one of my favorites. The meal and staff were great and were aware that it was a special occasion. All and all it was a great evening. The food and staff were fantastic.
I really expected better for a $55.00 steak. I had to return the first one because it was lukewarm but over salted and over cooked. I requested a rare steak. The Alaskan crab was also lukewarm. The waiter returned the steak and brought another. This time it was cooked perfectly but again way over salted and lukewarm. Ruth Chris or Morton steaks are far better. The ambiance is what this restaurant is all about. Definitely not the food.
Amazing! You will not be disappointed! My daughter enjoyed the views, food and atmosphere.
Had a really great time at Top of the Hub, we were celebrating my 24th birthday. I go to the Top of the Hub all of the time for special occasions and have a good time every time.
It was an amazing experience our server was outstanding he went out of his way and nicer server we have ever had anywhere and we plan on coming back. Thank you Top if the Hub for a great anniversary location
Fab experience. Delicious food and fantastic view ofBoston
Had a wonderful lunch with cocktails. All the staff were professional and friendly and although we were early for our reservation they were able to accommodate us and provide us with a great table that had a scenic view of the city. Our server was welcoming, attentive and made good recommendations. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Perfect place to take my friend visiting from out of state for a relaxing lunch taking in the Boston city.
