Came here for brunch & it was bomb!!! Would highly recommend the chicken & waffles & the lemon raspberry tart - as well as not eating at all beforehand because there is so much yummy food and you’re gonna want to be able to eat as much as possible!
Excellent service, best in a long time. Delicious filet mignon. Beautiful location.
This was our second time at the Top of the Hub and it was just like the last time—very good. The last time my husband and I went was about 3 years ago and nothing really has changed. We decided to go yesterday to celebrate his birthday. I do think the prices are high but you’re paying for the view/atmosphere. Service was great, no issues at all. Food was good. My husband got the 16oz dry aged rib eye steak and it was a bit burnt... but it was tolerable. My Portuguese styled chicken was great and the portion was pretty big (at least for me it was). All in all, if you’re looking for a restaurant that has a great view and atmosphere this is the place for you. If you’re just looking to get some high quality food you can honestly go to any other restaurant and get the same high quality food for a much cheaper price.
Our family got together for pre theatre dining and were very pleased with the food and service.
One of the worst dinners I have ever had in 53 years. The hostesses were unbelievably rude and completely unaccommodating. I made it perfectly clear to them in my open table reservation and when I arrived in person that I was willing to wait any amount of time for a table for two at the window. She could not figure out a way to accommodate this and was extraordinarily rude in the process. We waited for close to an hour after our scheduled reservation to sit down at our table. We sat up at the bar with two very pleasant bartenders. Once we got to the table we found the food to be horrifically cold. My girlfriend returned each of the four course to be reheated. I didn’t even bother. The waitress was great. On the way out we grabbed a rose from the vase in the foyer that had about 60 roses as it was Valentines Day. When we reached the lobby and stepped out of the elevator we were met by an irate security guard who demanded the rose back!! The hostess called down to him and made him get the rose back!! After wasting our time, aggravating us, serving us dog food grade food and taking 486 of our hard earned dollars the least they could do is let us keep the flower!! We will never go back there again and I would suggest you don’t either. The Top Of The Hub in Boston Massachusetts should be called the bottom of the hub. Never, ever again!!
You can't beat the view. It's a schmaltzy (they play Frank Sinatra), timeless "nice restaurant." The food is high quality, but not particularly adventurous. Be prepared to spend half your rent for you and your date.
Loved it the service was good just wish I had a spot near the window. When you make reservations I want to know how can you be placed near the window for next time.
Great place!!! Great food!!! AWESOME Atmosphere!!!
I would recommend this restaurant to experience the spectacular views, have a drink and salad. It's a great place to go have a drink with friends or date.
I tried the stuffed lobster... too much in the "mystery stuffing mix" so it was sent back. The butternut squash soup was tasty. There was a problem with the silverware... not clean. The waitress forget about us towards the end of our meal... but, we were able to get the attention of other staff of assistance.
Awesome service great food and what a view!
Always a wonderful time at top of the hub! Our service was wonderful! Our sever name started with a B (Turkish name) he was so nice & friendly and made our lunch experience so wonderful. Thabk you
good. the steak was delicious and soft. the view was great too.
Worn out utensils and scratched up plates for the price you pay you expect nicer things. Very disappointed by not getting the window table that I booked even though one or two emptied out soon as I got in. The foods is good but I'd expect more for the price I paid.
I requested a nice table next to or near the window for a view. The hostess sat us in the back room which was noisy, hot and had low ceilings which totally changed the atmosphere that we were use at Top Of the Hub. It was a birthday brunch so I did not want to complain. However the room was tight, my husband was touching chairs with the gentleman behind him. The hostess should of read my request and checked. with us to see if this table was ok since it was in a private room closed off from the nicer part of the restaurant. The food was average for brunch. The desert was a tart but really just a lemon raspberry cookie that was obviously made sometime during the week. We done 3-4 times a year at Top of the Hub and had my daughter's birthday dinner there (for eight) two weeks ago. I would not recommend brunch or the back room. We were disappointed after paying $250 for brunch for 4 people to be squished in the corner. Btw there were several tables available in the dining room but the room we were In was full.. not sure what the strategy was here.
Me n me frendz had sum funn
Great night! Sweet sixteen party! Wish the fog had held off😎.
Had a nice time at Top of the Hub but portions were small and the bill was large. Not sure our wallets can bear to return for quite a while!
Amazing food and seating by the window! Loved our server!
