We enjoyed the experience immensely. Very fine service, good food. A bit pricey, but it’s a view worth paying for.
The restaurant was very nice but they seemed to cram in as many tables as possible. The waiters kept knocking the back of my chair. They were very accommodating when I wanted to forget the fingerlings and have the truffle potato gratin instead, although a had to pay extra it was reduced slightly. The duck I had was superbly cooked and my husband’s fish feast was enjoyable too. Sadly, it’s a bit impersonal and, just to let you know, if you wish to go to the Observation Deck you have to pay a further $21 each, even though you just spent a humungous amount on dinner 😡
Beautiful view. Food was just average. My filet was overcooked and the waiter insisted on taking it back, which I appreciated. However, that still meant I was out of sync with the rest of my party. I had nothing to eat while they enjoyed their food and had to rush once my food came. Very expensive for a ‘meh’ experience.
First night in Boston and what could be better than a fantastic meal in a great location.
Outstanding dining experience - top end service from beginning to end. The view, the friendly staff, the professional service all add up to a beautiful night of fine dining. My only suggestion would be if they could expand the vegetarian offerings on the menu. There were three available, which was nice to see - and I have tried all three. While good - they could use a little more pizazz and be a bit healthier. Otherwise a fine way to spend the evening.
The food the view the service all excellent!!!
Service and atmosphere were great. Food was average. It’s too bad because you pay a lot for the food. My chicken had too much sauce and too much salt. The salad and potatos were drowned in cheese and salt. They can definitely do better.
Muy rico pero tardaron un poco en tomarnos la orden y un poco caro
We really enjoyed our evening. The service was what you would expect at a venue such as this - absolutely great!
Everyone enjoyed their meals. My steak could have been slightly hotter, but was in the acceptable temperature range and cooked to perfection.
The wine list was very good and fairly priced.
We had a window table and the views were amazing.
Overall, a great evening and we would come back for sure.
Great food, even better view. Definitely worth it. I am looking to return upon my next trip to Boston.
My boyfriend and I went to Top of the Hub to celebrate our anniversary. We typically don’t go out to nice restaurants like Top of the Hub, but we were so glad that we did! Our waitress was great and the good was phenomenal! We were very impressed! We were able to get a window seat and enjoyed watching the sun set over the city and watch the beginning of night life in Boston! We can’t wait to go back!
Waiter could have been more attentive we waited to long to order food.
Our waiter, Adrian was very nice and the food was amazing.
Absolutely fantastic from the view (obviously) to the service and the food, all top shelf
Great view, with amazing food and drinks. Definitely worth a visit for a dinner or two!
Great views of Boston! Ambiance was perfect and the staff were so accommodating. Food was surprisingly good. Had the prix fixe menu of salad, chicken parpadelle, and creme brûlée for dessert. Salad was fresh with a delicious citrus vinaigrette and pasta was just the amount of creamy without being too salty or greasy! The burger was excellent as well!
Great environment. Excellent food. Amazing service. Very expensive
Had a great birthday here. Can’t wait to come back!
The service was unreal! We were coming from NY, unaware of Boston traffic and we ended up being over an hour late for our reservation. While we stayed in touch with the restaurant to let them know, they were very accommodating and understanding to our predicament. The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere. It was all beyond amazing! Thank you for a great night!
Great service, great view, great food. Always a good time when visiting Boston.
The service was some of the best we've ever had! Enjoyed the live music with an after dinner drink.
It was a overall excellent experience! When having European visitors I try to take them to a special place.
Very nice service, good food, the beautiful view over the city of Boston.
For a while though we had very loud “neighbors”. We had trouble talking, but luckily they left soon.
Enjoyed our time with the beautiful view. 4 out of 4 of us found the lobster bisque too salty. Beef filet was great, as were the duck and bouillabaisse. The salmon was advertised as being with lobster mashed potatoes. No hint of lobster at all. And no jade sea foam. However, overall very nice.
I've been going here since the seventies when it was "Stouffers" Top of the Hub. I remember celebrating my nineteenth birthday there in 1979. I hope to be there for my sixtieth in December. Loved it then and still love it now...
We went in to celebrate and were able to get a seat near the window (essential). Our server was great and let us enjoy our drinks and food without rushing us to the next course. The oysters and lobster bisque were superb and the Boston cream pie for dessert was delicious.
Worth visiting the place for the beautiful view that you get to watch boston downtown. Food is good and we tried oysters for the first time and they are really tasty.
Really wanted a window but the space was booked out. The interior tables don’t really have a view, so it wasn’t any different from eating out at any regular (but nice) restaurant.
I have to say this place is amazing 😉 the service was great and my server Andrew was amazing. Also they gave me the best view for my Birthday very thankful for that. I will definitely be coming back.
The food was amazing...had both lunch and dinner there on our stay, and not only was the view amazing, but the food and drinks were too. Service was also terrific! Will be back for that lobster roll they serve at lunch for sure, and the scallops and duck were wonderful. The brussel sprouts side was amazing.
Excellent staff. The food is delicious and a beautiful view of the city.
What an amazing experience. The view was incredible and the food was delicious. We were so glad we were able to get a reservation and enjoy the evening!
Table service was very good with the exception of the staff who ‘threw’ our starters onto the table, spilling two soups
I cut my steak with a butter knife
Made a reservation for two. I requested a window table, and got exactly that on a beautiful, clear autumn evening.
Outstanding service and food.
What an amazing experience
Rude and inappropriate staff behavior really screwed up our much awaited experience. Thankfully we had amazing service at the Ritz Carlton where we dined later and which exceeded our expectations.
View was great. Food was great. Service was attentive and considerate. When I ordered the fish version of the prix-fixe dinner, our server immediately asked if I was a “pescatarian” (correct!) and adjusted the content of all the items accordingly. Also it was my dinner date’s birthday and they brought a wonderful dessert with a sparkler...will definitely return. Highly recommended.
Service was excellent and can’t beat the views.
