Beautiful view and nice ambiance. Disappointed with the food quality. Ordered eggs Benedict. Came out cold. The second time it was overcooked. Third time was ok. Waitress did the best she could. Service was good
Perfect Service, great atmosphere and amazing view! But the food is not really good.
The place is special! Wonderful view, kind staff.
Very good! Service excellent
We were greeted by a gentle soul who took us to our table. Husband joked with her that she took us to the same table we sat at when he proposed 23years ago! This visit, however, included our daughter who is attending her first year in college in Boston. We enjoyed fabulous lobster bisque and a salad with golden beets and pears to die for. Then, unprompted, the server offered to take our photo with “the view”. When three entrees were served and each of us were pleasantly satiated, we slowly prepared to take our exit. Saying goodbye and TY to the kind soul who greeted us, she followed us to the elevator and led us to the Skywalk to top off our already wonderful evening. Everything about this experience was top notch. I’m sure we’ll be back before another 23years pass!
prefixed menu was terrible. Not worth the money at all
Service was great. Drinks were coming in time. Server was amazing and food was delicious. I will definitely be going back there and would recommend it to my friends.
I had a great dinner date. I would definitely go back. The service by our wait, Saad, was excellent.
Great Food, Great View & Great Service! Paul and his team provided another exceptional visit!
My favorite lunch place for a date with my husband or with out of state friends. Great view with great food. This is a place to splurge a little because the best view in town is not free.
Place SUCKED. Waited 15 minutes after our reservation time. Lamb, steak, fish all had zero taste. Lamb was cold. Side of potatoes were rock hard, vegetables inedible. Service was hilariously bad. a TOURIST TRAP garbage garbage garbage
Second time there absolutely love the restaurant .
Good food and good service
Apparently, a tip was added to my check which I did not notice so I added a generous tip. The tip I added was not charged to my credit card. That was honest and appreciated. The meal was the upper end of expensive but the food and service was excellent and the view of Boston was spectacular. I will return.
Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed CB our night.
We enjoyed the experience immensely. Very fine service, good food. A bit pricey, but it’s a view worth paying for.
The restaurant was very nice but they seemed to cram in as many tables as possible. The waiters kept knocking the back of my chair. They were very accommodating when I wanted to forget the fingerlings and have the truffle potato gratin instead, although a had to pay extra it was reduced slightly. The duck I had was superbly cooked and my husband’s fish feast was enjoyable too. Sadly, it’s a bit impersonal and, just to let you know, if you wish to go to the Observation Deck you have to pay a further $21 each, even though you just spent a humungous amount on dinner 😡
Beautiful view. Food was just average. My filet was overcooked and the waiter insisted on taking it back, which I appreciated. However, that still meant I was out of sync with the rest of my party. I had nothing to eat while they enjoyed their food and had to rush once my food came. Very expensive for a ‘meh’ experience.
First night in Boston and what could be better than a fantastic meal in a great location.
Outstanding dining experience - top end service from beginning to end. The view, the friendly staff, the professional service all add up to a beautiful night of fine dining. My only suggestion would be if they could expand the vegetarian offerings on the menu. There were three available, which was nice to see - and I have tried all three. While good - they could use a little more pizazz and be a bit healthier. Otherwise a fine way to spend the evening.
The food the view the service all excellent!!!
Service and atmosphere were great. Food was average. It’s too bad because you pay a lot for the food. My chicken had too much sauce and too much salt. The salad and potatos were drowned in cheese and salt. They can definitely do better.
Muy rico pero tardaron un poco en tomarnos la orden y un poco caro
We really enjoyed our evening. The service was what you would expect at a venue such as this - absolutely great!
Everyone enjoyed their meals. My steak could have been slightly hotter, but was in the acceptable temperature range and cooked to perfection.
The wine list was very good and fairly priced.
We had a window table and the views were amazing.
Overall, a great evening and we would come back for sure.
Great food, even better view. Definitely worth it. I am looking to return upon my next trip to Boston.
My boyfriend and I went to Top of the Hub to celebrate our anniversary. We typically don’t go out to nice restaurants like Top of the Hub, but we were so glad that we did! Our waitress was great and the good was phenomenal! We were very impressed! We were able to get a window seat and enjoyed watching the sun set over the city and watch the beginning of night life in Boston! We can’t wait to go back!
Waiter could have been more attentive we waited to long to order food.
Well my mom had been begging to go to Top of the Hub for her birthday on October 12. Top of the Hub was super accommodating when I needed to modify my reservation to add 2 more people. Thank you for that! What I didn’t like and we all talked about it the next day was our server. It felt like as soon as he met us he wrote us off. I saw the way he was interacting with other tables and was very disappointed we weren’t treated as nicely as the other tables. He approached other tables with a cheery demeanor and asked how everyone’s night was going and what brought them in today, special occasion, wedding anniversary, birthday, etc? He didn’t ask us anything. He told us the specials and left. Then when he came back and was taking our drink orders he seemed like he just wanted to get out of there. My cousin asked about drinks with a specific alcohol in it and the server said I don’t know but we have a full bar instead of saying something like “I’m not sure but let me go see if I can an answer for you and be right back” and when my dad asked for the beer menu he said he’d be right back but completely forgot and I had to flag the server down 20 minutes later because he was doing his best to avoid eye contact with our table. He seemed like he was too good to serve us and answer our questions and I know it’s kind of difficult to understand my parents and they try very hard to speak English as clearly as possible but the lack of patience from the jump was just not warranted. I personally don’t plan on returning to the establishment though the food was amazing and the other servers who brought out our food were amazing as well but it’s just not worth it for me to return. The whole dinner I just wished we’d gone someplace else. I have no idea what was going on with the server and despite it we still tipped him better than he deserved based on performance but just couldn’t justify whatever thoughts he had about us by tipping her poorly.
Our waiter, Adrian was very nice and the food was amazing.
Absolutely fantastic from the view (obviously) to the service and the food, all top shelf
Great view, with amazing food and drinks. Definitely worth a visit for a dinner or two!
Great views of Boston! Ambiance was perfect and the staff were so accommodating. Food was surprisingly good. Had the prix fixe menu of salad, chicken parpadelle, and creme brûlée for dessert. Salad was fresh with a delicious citrus vinaigrette and pasta was just the amount of creamy without being too salty or greasy! The burger was excellent as well!
Great environment. Excellent food. Amazing service. Very expensive
Had a great birthday here. Can’t wait to come back!
The service was unreal! We were coming from NY, unaware of Boston traffic and we ended up being over an hour late for our reservation. While we stayed in touch with the restaurant to let them know, they were very accommodating and understanding to our predicament. The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere. It was all beyond amazing! Thank you for a great night!
Great service, great view, great food. Always a good time when visiting Boston.
The service was some of the best we've ever had! Enjoyed the live music with an after dinner drink.
It was a overall excellent experience! When having European visitors I try to take them to a special place.
Very nice service, good food, the beautiful view over the city of Boston.
For a while though we had very loud “neighbors”. We had trouble talking, but luckily they left soon.
