It was a really good experience but the person that welcomed me mentioned that I might not like it there and I wondered why.
Asked for the window table, but they didn’t save it ...
Service was excellent and food was delicious! Exceptional dining indeed!
Un excelente lugar para cenar con una vista espectacular. Un lugar para apreciar Boston de noche. La comida exquisita.
Nothing beats the amazing views of Boston! The window tables for two are so amazing and the restaurant does a great job with reservations and special occassions. Yes, you might get more value or variety in cuisine elsewhere, but the staff is awesome---attentive and not disruptive and like I said, nothing beats the AMAZING views.
As always the service and people were great.
Perfect for a special occasion! Request a window seat-- they cant always honor it but so worth trying!
We went for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed, the food was delicious and the view was spectacular. Definitely want to go back again
We went to celebrate my son's graduation and really enjoyed everything about our visit. The service was really great as was the view. The food is good but definitely isn't great and I think the tourist aspect of the restaurant allows the food to just be good. We all enjoyed our meal but for the price, it would be nice if the food was great. The only thing that needs to be addressed...the seafood tower. This is a total ripoff. We ordered the large for $115 and it was just one small round platter with substandard seafood. Once again, okay but I was thinking I should have checked to see if we got the large as that is what we ordered and paid for. I would definitely say go to Top of the Hub, you won't be disappointed but skip the seafood tower. Seafood tastes watery without much flavor and there isn't much of it for the price. Order the same thing a la carte, you will pay a lot less. View and service is wonderful and they are very appreciative of your business!! Was also impressed we were seated right at our reservation time!!

Very disappointed, the service was terrible! Almost one hour to food Besitos served. Very poor menu and the gazpacho was (I am pretty sure) a tomato caned soup with cantaloupe. Horrible! It is so sad that this is kind of a symbol for Boston. And is a recommendation on tourism guides. A Shame! The only take way: the view

Great food and amazing waite staff.
The food and everything served in its prix-fixed five courses was top notch and totally unexpectedly delicious.
You can’t beat this kind of Boston dining experience. If you’re ready to splurge for a special dinner or lunch this is the place to do it at. You’ll be happy you did!
Everything was excellent except high in cost and no free desert for birthday.
Great food. Great service. Amazing views. I prefer dining while it’s still light out. The views are better - especially if you can be there for sunset. Get a window table!
I felt the food, for the price, could have been better. The dish I had was a noddle based chicken dish that didn't have much taste and reminded of a tuna casserole but using canned chicken instead. The service was awesome the view was awesome but I would not eat here again.
Great view, great vibes, great food. Dress to impress.
Food was good but we did not get a god seating. The waiters were busy to get their attention.
The service and presentation were exceptional. We both had the Grand Prix menu with different entree and thought it would have been a lot better in taste and freshness based on other comments and the price. Despite that, we still had a great time.
My family and i went to the Top of the Hub for my 21st birthday. Everything was on point, especially the food and view. We got a window seat and the view was breathtaking. The food was delicious especially the
The food and service were spectacular, as was the view
Great lunch out with family. Wonderful service, worth the money.
Great experience, the view was amazing and so was the food. The service was outstanding. Would recommend it.
The service was wonderful, the food was well made. My mother really enjoyed herself thanks to the staff.
We were there for Mother’s Day and it was a great experience. The food, the service, everything was top shelf.
We visited your restaurant on mothers day for a four P.M. sitting, the food and atmosphere was great. The service and ambience was very nice. That said when we where leaving at approximately six P.M. Your person stationed at the door exit had a look about him that was that of a bouncer in a cheap beer garden. He was rude toward my wife with my daughter. Between his scowl and not saying even a good evening, also the only one not to acknowledge mothers day to my wife. This episode ruined a perfect day.
Mal servicio, como haciendo el favor, en la entrada muy despectivos.
Great food and atmosphere nice comfort beautiful view ,i would definitely return in the near future and recommend friends and family
My wifes lamb chops were tough to eat! Beside that issue every time was excellent.
What a lovely evening it was, sunny, the lighting and ambiance were great, our waiter was great: respectful, prompt as we would expect, and polite. Our table ordered the prix fixe. The martinis were excellent. The appetizers were excellent. Creme Brûlée excellent. However, there was an issue with getting our steaks the correct doneness. They came out first too well done and then too raw. Finally after some wrangling my husband's steak was made to his liking (medium). My parents settled for theirs - they are like that. The manager made generous accommodations for this aberration in otherwise great food. I do hope they have a chat with the steak preparers back there - their job is to get that right in my opinion- Anyway, overall we managed to have a lovely time and I do wish I remembered our waiter's name, I would like to thank him for his patience and kindness and courtesy. Not all waiters have that anymore. And the manager - thank you too - you fixed the problem beautifully and everything ended well.
Been there before. But I was disappointed in lunch. Flea was over cooked and it's the top menu item.
Paul was awesome. He made sure I received my preferred seating and made sure I was comfortable for my meal.
I was expecting amazing food. The view was going to be like no other but the food disappointed me. Noticed a gray hair on my baked lobster after eating a potato from the sauce they poured on. I notified the server and within 5 minutes they bring me the same plate with more greens on top of the same lobster I had. The streak where I dragged my potato on the sauce was still there. They said the chef through the old plate away but I still see where I ate the potato. Needless to say I wouldn’t trust the food there.
They didn’t even offer me a “free meal”. Day before Mother’s Day. Quite unbelievable. What a first impression.
Such a nice experience for couples. I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. She absolutely loved it! Highly recommended
The ambience was great! I requested a window seat and we got one! The food menu was limited. I only eat chicken and pork. There was no pork and only one chicken dish which was just not appealing. I got a Caesar salad which was great! I tried the gnocchi and it was just not for me so I reluctantly told them I didn’t like the dish so they gladly accommodated me when I just asked for another salad. The only downfall about service was that there were a lot of large parties and we didn’t see our waiter that much because of it. Our total time we were there for dinner was 2 hours. It was fine for us because we loved the feel and view but I think others would be frustrated. Overall it was a great experience!
