We had one of the best tables in the house next to the window! Thank you!
Requested a view way in advance. Sat next to the wine cellar and was told I would have to wait an hour. I loved this restaurant from many experiences in the past while living in Boston.was hoping my husbands first time was unforgettable. Waiter did not describe nor recommend anything on the menu. The best thing for the evening was my company and the warm butter cake. Top of the hub lost that touch.
Amazing views and delicious appetizers. Lunch entrees were not appealing, the atmosphere of the restaurant would justify more than burgers. Best view in the city!
Ambience was really good. However food was not so good for the price. You pay for the view.
Really good food, great view, awesome environment and modic prices
Excellent food and service but a little chilly as I was sat next to the air con vent.
Overall great service, and okay food. Certainly pricey for only okay food. We did note to staff of my wife's tree nut allergy, which we were then served bread with walnuts to start. Luckily we immediately saw it, but for the price paid it would have been nice to have the allergen taken into consideration off the bat.
Food and service were both excellent and what you would expect from a restaurant at the top of the city!
What a view great food our server Vladimir was fantastic
Food was excellent, service friendly, great atmosphere/view. Highly recommend!!
I enjoyed a lot my dinner at top of the hub! It was definitely an outstanding night with great view, great food, great wine an great service!
Great views and great service. Our party rated their meals from good to excellent but all agreed that our server, Bladimir (yes that's the correct spelling) did a fantastic job. Get there early or wait a while for a window table but the views from the other tables are all good, too.
Breath taking view with lunch or dinner is perfect for a date :)
The only good thing about the restaurant was the nice view. I requested a window seat for two but they sat us in the regular restaurant area. Which were are kind of disappointed since we were only there because it was my girlfriends birthday. We ordered the 5 course meal and two glasses of champagne. The drink was as expected. The food was honestly subpar. There wasn’t anything special about the food. The worst part was the main course. We both ordered the filet mignon and requested medium. The grill marks on it was so charred to the point where it was inedible and we had to cut it off. It just tasted burnt. My girlfriends center was extremely rare even though we requested medium. The roasted potatoes that came along side it was very stale and seemed like it was bake ahead of time then reheated just before severing it. The creme brûlée that was served also had majority of it burnt. The quality of the food did not reflect fine dining. The server was almost never present. The only way to get him was to ask one of the wondering bus boys to go get him if we wanted anything. I would not likely come back to eat as the view itself could not justify the the price we paid. The prudential area has many better options at similar price point.
Top of the Hub is our favorite place for special occasions! The food is amazing and the service is even better! We have been there twice in the last few months and were lucky enough to get the same waiter. I can’t remember his name but he really made both nights special! Extremely professional but so incredibly nice too! Wish I got his name to give him a real shoutout!
View was amazing but the food was cold and tasted awful
Took a friend for lunch and it was great. Wonderful views of the city make it a particularly good spot to take visitors. Food is consistently good.
Top of The Hub lives up to it's expectations! Excellent service, delicious food, and an amazing view. There wasn't a single thing I ate or drink that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. A great spot to celebrate a special occasion. Our server Boulant was especially friendly and helpful!
Love the place breathtaking view lovely romantic setting.
Best view in Boston. A must-go restaurant.
Celebrated a special birthday.
Best view of Boston. Great service. Great food.
Beautiful view on the 52nd floor and good service and outstanding swordfish and lobster ravioli!
I went here for my anniversary and the service was top notch. The food was unbelievable. Will definitely be back again!
View was spectacular and food was very good but not great. It is definitely worth the view.
Had a delicious dinner with amazing views. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back.
Took my wife here for our first anniversary. She absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food. Highly recommended.
I made a reservation there lunch because I had a couple o friends visiting me from out of the country. I was put in the brunch section then moved to bar lounge. I was pretty disappointed because I wanted my company to enjoy a beautiful lunch like I did the 3 other times I was there for lunch and dinner. The dining room scene was pretty disappointing, tables not cleaned food on the floor and the food we had such appetizers and sandwiches were not good at all. I was pretty disappointing because I always brag about how good Top of The Hub was.
The place is beatiful but the food ... didn' be good.
I went there for a brunch.
The view is stunning. It is worth everything, but the service and the food is incredible on top of it all! This is definitely the type of place everyone should experience at least once. Even the lounge experience is top notch.
This ain't what it used to be. It now has the atmosphere of a Cheesecake Factory. I remember when Top of the Hub was decadent and regal. Top of the Hub has sadly evolved into a mall restaurant that still charges some fairly high end prices based on the amazing views. I paid over $250 for an anniversary dinner with my wife and was surrounded by three tables that had small children and even infants with them, none of whom did much of anything to keep their voices to a courteous level.
Had not been there in years. It has improved and we had a great time.
Go here only for the view.. Food is pretty okay! They don’t even do birthday dessert or cake.. most of the restaurants treat u with a dessert on your special occasion. I’m sure there are better places around
Rob C was awesome and took care of us! He is a awesome waiter and did an excellent job!
The view from there is absolutely stunning! However, the food is really not that great. I had a shrimp cocktail, and the lobster for main, which were both mediocre, not really good / tasty but not bad either. The service was, for such a seemingly "nice" and preppy place pretty poor. The waiter tried to clear my plate while i still had the last bite ON THE FORK!
Hence, for the view, I can totally recommend it, but it is a shame that the food is not good and the service neither.
As usual very pleasant and totally worth the drive
This my 3rd visit to the top of the hub this is the amazing sky view place in Boston area and 5 star restaurant & Bar
Magnificent experience. First time back to this gem in several years. Does not dissapoint. A truely unique experience with a fantastic view.
Reservations are for full course menus only. We went at ~10pm (who eats a full course this late?! And the restaurant closes at 11pm) and when the waiters found out we were there for drinks and dessert and the views, they moved us to the “Lounge” which was obviously less nicer for the “lower class” people with old chairs and waiters who dropped napkins and silverware on the floor (our waiter did that).
Food was okay though disappointing for the price. The key lime pie was artificially green colored like candy and tasted of sugar and cream, with a very very light hint of lime.
Overall, possibly the top of the hub is a great place for a full course but otherwise would not recommend.
