Excellent service and the food was wonderful.
Terrible waiter and aggressive staff for no reason. Trying to be unnecessarily posh. View was mediocre
Wonderful restaurant for all special occasions as well as a romantic date night or just an excuse to get dressed up for dinner
Food was good but nothing special. Very overpriced for what you get.
Had an amazing time
Celebrated our anniversary in this absolutely beautiful and romantic restaurant ever! Loved everything about it ❤️ It’s expensive but worth every penny...my husband and I had the most romantic anniversary ever! Also loved the dessert at the end and how they specialize it for us with chocolate writing on the plate 😇🥰
Great service and best NE clam chowder ever!!
We had a great server his name was Fadid (hope the spelling is correct). The food was very good as well ,if I were to make a suggestion it would some of the table placement. The table tops for 4 are so close it was as if the conversation and people were sitting at our table. The chairs from our table and another table were literally touching .
I placed a reservation online. I actually called and changed the reservation and they were willing to accommodate and I appreciated that. We knew that we were not guaranteed a window seat but we were not given the option to wait, and several tables opened up fairly soon after we were seated. We came for dessert as the only reservation times available were after 8:30pm. But our waitress, upon finding out we were there for dessert was visibly disappointed and said she would have to go talk to the manager. That left me and my wife sitting awkwardly waiting to find out if were going to get kicked out of the restaurant. It took several minutes. My wife was deeply embarrassed and began to check the website to see if somehow we were supposed to know we couldn't come for dessert. Neither of us could find anything that stated that and my wife searched every link/page. After some minutes we were told there would be an exception made, and we were allowed to stay at the table! What luck! That experience of being told we were allowed to stay ruined it for us. We had the dessert which was just fine but we weren't enjoying ourselves. We left feeling like we weren't really wanted there. I can't imagine telling someone to go there or wanting to go back. I would warn people sternly that they will be treated like a child even if they are dressed well, as we were.
It was great
We had a great birthday lunch at Top of the Hub! We got to sit at a window table and the wait staff was really friendly
Granddaughter birthday. There wit my wife, daughter and granddaughter. My wife and daughter had Lobster bisque. We think this may have caused stomach issues within next two hours. I phoned Top of Hub and was told they would take the item off line We like this pace and will go back.
The Prudential building has always been the Grand am of the hub. when we decided to celebrate one of our good friends birthday Top of the Hub was , so appropriate for the occasion. We ladies had the most amazing time. Bladimir our server, was quite attentive to all needs and was able to answer the questions about food and drinks and his suggestion was spot-on. The food was delicious. I would recommend this experience to everyone.
Our overall experience was good. The front staff was not at all friendly. The wait staff was efficient, but snobby at times I felt.
The food was very good!
I would recommend this restraunt of course, but management should work on creating a more welcoming environment.
Great view, good food, good service!
Great food and the best service. A wonderful night celebrating the birth of our granddaughter.
We flew to Boston for two days for a special birthday and requested a window seat and did not get one. Waiters were rude and unfriendly, we thought this was the perfect place for our birthday dinner but sadly no.
Big windows make it very very cold!!!
Went for son’s 18th bday and loved the appetizers, drinks, and ambiance. The steak, filet mignons, were good not great the outside sear a little too much for my liking and the vegetables which were the mushrooms and asparagus we’re missing some kind of flavor component. My son had the burger, which he loved, and it smelled delicious. They brought him the butter cake he ordered with candles and he loved that. The views can’t be beat.
Very good food for the price and location. Went for brunch and had plenty to eat and drink for 100 dollars for two people. Not bad at all considering this is Too if the Hub un Back Bay. Service was prompt and excellent.
I had a wonderful birthday brunch with our server, Andrew. He was excellent. Thanks again for everything!
We had a lot of fun, the birthday of my wife was excellent and my daughter loved the atmosphere, very comfortable and elegant. First class services. Overall, we appreciate the evening! See you soon.
As always Top of the Hub is on the top of everything. I made reservations for me and my wife for our 29th anyversary and they make sure that we fill special, they even reserved table in the Jazz lounge for after dinner.
So thank you Top of the Hub
It was amazing! Looking forward to coming back.
Had a question regarding reservations, couldn't get in touch with anyone for days. Finally, left a message and still no one returned my call. Great restaurant but not the customer service, aspecially Jessica. Will ask for someone else if Jessica answers the phone next time I need to confirm my reservations. Very surprised about the customer service at this restaurant!!! Food and service as always - excellent!
Visiting Boston; Boston experience. Great place to see the city from a view and to just chat and catch up.
I loved it. Food, drinks and the view was wonderful can’t wait to be back
The host, a young red haired gentleman was not only approachable but went above and beyond to accomodate us. His smile was very welcoming. It’s too bad I didn’t get his name. Don’t let him go, recognize a gem when you see it and promote. Your patrons will thank you for years to come.
Top of the hub has top tier prices, however the taste of the food and menu overall are in need of a massive makeover. There are not many vegetarian sides, and the seafood selection is VERY boring. If this restaurant was not at such a beautiful prime location, it would have closed years ago.
Had a bad experience and sent an email to the Top of the Hub with no response.Bad customer service when you pay a $560 bill for a special evening.
Black bean veggie burger was too mushy and oozed off the bun. Bread basket is delicious as was everything else. View is unmatched. Always love my meals there!
Everything was wonderful from the moment I walked into the restaurant. The host was very kind all the worker was great and my grandparents was happy
It was great! Our lunches were better and more generous than expected. Our waiter was very solicitous and treated our guest of honor with extra care. Excellent choice for a special occasion.
Outstanding meal. Exceptional service. Swordfish was delicious with beautiful plating. Only (slight) negative was that the lobster bisque was a bit too salty for our taste.
Great place for cocktails or a special occasion. For a GREAT meal, you’re better off at a Grill 23 & Bar type spot - the food was solid but nothing to rave about. The service was great. We were able to get a 2 top on the window for my girlfriend’s birthday (on a Monday). I’d also check their website or Facebook page for events (there was a jazz trio who were playing that night, they were great).
We had a great 30th anniversary dinner at the Top of the Hub, where we had our first date. The salmon, and the creme brulee that we had as part of the prix-fixe menu were especially wonderful.
First time going, it was very pleasant. Would definitely go again
Very family friendly experience. The food was great and the views amazing! We look forward to going again.
Great place to dress up and enjoy your date and service.
