Our weightier was very kind and attentive. The food was so delicious! You have to get their onion loaf! We will be back next time we visit Orlando.

We tried Tony Roma three years ago at this location. The food was great the atmosphere and decor worn and tired. This time was a pleasant experience the new decor is awesome, outdoor so nice for visiting northerns people. Great food, drinks, fun

We had eaten at Tony Romas in Berlin and were so impressed we wanted to go to the Orlando restaurant. Service was not great. We had to ask for cutlery and when it was given some of it was dirty. We had to ask for salt and clean up wipes. Non drinkers had coke but were not offered their free refills - again we had to ask. Main course was put on the table even though starter was not finished.Food was average at best and that is being generous. Poor service could not be excused because of numbers as it was quiet at 7pm on a Friday night. Now we know why.

We drove 2 hours to have dinner at Tony Roma's it was my husbands birthday. We made a reservation so we would not have to wait. When we arrived we were seated right away.
Our server was Michelle. She was friendly but she was not very attentive. We saw other tables with bread and I was not sure if we were supposed to have it or not. We ordered and appetizer that was good, but expensive for what it was. It was the chicken lollipops. You got 6 of them for over $12. Our meals were also good. The ribs were very tender.
Our drinks were empty and another server was walking by and asked us if we wanted refills. Later in our meal my husband was out of tea and the server took a long time to come back. He had to ask her for a refill.
The restaurant was quiet so we could talk and enjoy our meal. I would return to Tony Romas again, I would hope for a more attentive server.

We always enjoy the baby back ribs when eating at Tony Roma's, and this dining experience proved that true once again. Not only was the food delicious, but our server, Dominique, was exceptional. She was very pleasant and most attentive. The manager was also extraordinary. He noticed that the half rack of ribs I had ordered was not up to the usual size standard when it came out of the kitchen. He told Dominique to tell me that I would be receiving a full rack instead, at no extra charge. The manager was on top of what was happening in his restaurant and immediately corrected what he considered less than standard. He personally delivered the full rack to me. Keep in mind, all this took place without me saying anything. Kudos
to this manager. Having experienced this high level of service, we will definitely return to the I-Drive Tony Roma's in Orlando soon!

Had an issue with my reservation. I booked a reservation for 7 people at 11:30am for business meeting. Received confirmation back that my reservation was accepted. We show up prior to 11:30am reservation and then find out that the restaurant does not open until noon? How does this happen? Why would my reservation online accept / confirm a reservation at 11:30am when the restaurant does not even open up until noon? Crazy, right? Another issue is why does Tony Roma's open up at noon? Most restaurants open up for lunch at 11 or 11:30 am? Very odd.

Amazing food, amazing server!! I’m so upset I have forgotten his name!!! He was so lovely with my girls and was very attentive!! My only negative for this restaurant was the female toilets, they could have done with some attention with the cleanliness. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves!! We will be back when we next visit Orlando!! 😁

Sadly on this occasion we were all disappointed, having used Tony Roma’s around the world since Plantation, Fla in 1978 (Bobby Rubino days) The girl on the door was curt and there was a general lack of staff. Our waitress (Gina - I believe?) Did her best, and we tipped decently. It was not her fault that she was having to carry out other people’s work (helping serve behind the bar) at the expense of being on top of her game, serving her tables. The re-fit has taken place since we were last in Orlando. We were not 100% sure about it. Seating booths seem too small for large people - that we are not !. I don’t personally like the general feel of the large open plan area. Perhaps this was designed to increase seating capacity, but it feels as though the atmosphere has been partially lost. A massive improvement with the toilets (much needed) and lastly the food. I only ever go for the ribs and they were fine, although I prefer to see a large long rack on the plate, rather than what appears to be 2 half racks on top of each other. Nevertheless, they were tender. I was disappointed that the barbecue beans have disappeared from the menu as for me, they compliment the ribs & fries perfectly. There were 2 steaks on our table of 4 also. My wife has a tomato allergy, so impossible for her to eat ribs. They said that the steaks were OK, but if we all have a steak evening, we would always choose The Outback first. Stella glass size/price ratio too expensive. Tony Roma’s has been a way of life for me, as I say, dating back to the 70’s. I even have memorabilia at home in the UK, so I am sure we will give your restaurant another visit soon. I am pleased you gave me this opportunity to comment, which I would have not bothered to do had you not asked. Therefore, I take my hat off to you for spending loads of money on the refurb, but there are things which need improving to back your spend up, so as you have asked me, I would have to say ‘work in progress’. OMG everything was great! We were seated within 15 min and Edgar our server did a terrific job keeping our drinks full and checking on us often. The good was delicious as always. Our family always comes to this spot anytime we are in town. The ribs were perfect and the sides never disappoint. We had a great time celebrating a birthday.

We dined at this location several days earlier and had such a great experience that we decided to return again. It was great to have received a repeat experience, service was outstanding, food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. I wish this restaurant was close to us in SC. You will “NOT” regret the visit to this restaurant, so go and enjoy the food and service.

Me and my husband have visited Tony Roma’s a few times over the years that’s why we chose Christmas Day for our evening meal, It has has always been great food but on this occasion we were disappointed, My husbands steak (mignon $27!!) which we asked to be cooked very well done was raw in the middle so while his food was sent back to be cooked as we asked!!!! I ate my food alone!!! Very dissatisfied on this occasion!!

We went as a group of 5 on Christmas Eve. I ordered lamb ribs and was not happy with them. There was no problem as the manager took them away and gave me an alternate dinner without hesitation. Our waiter, Jethro, was friendly a pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

Outstanding Service, Food and Atmosphere. Staff was excellent and the food was off the charts good. Prices were reasonable for the quality received, which was awesome. Highly recommend the 10 Star location.
