   The food is not as good as it used to be. The location and views are great. It’s a great place to have drinks and people watch on a warm day.

   Loved our view sitting near the window overlooking the patio and the Potomac River. The Boston clam chowder was very tasty, ( It came out Luke warm so it was sent back. ) The crab cake sandwiches were delicious with big chunks of crab. The coleslaw was a bit bland but the french fries were perfect. Ice cold beers from the tap!

   Firstly, we were greeted at the hostess booth by a man wearing a camouflage jacket while texting. We told him reservation for 2 and he never responded or looked at us but continued texting as he grabbed 2 menus and walked us to our table. We ordered and my husband's clam chowder was cold and extremely salty. When our ceasar salads arrived the lettuce was lukewarm and my crab cake and my husband's chicken breasts were again extremely salty. Very bad experience, we could not get into Martin's Tavern, so went to Tony & Joe's as a backup....next time we will eat elsewhere.

   Food was just so so, waiter rude then friendly the rude , strange vibe there ? HVAC system was loud, sounded like heavy construction equipment rolling over head.

   The crab cakes were excellent. Side dishes though were frozen foods heated up. Nothing special about them and definitely no taste. Horrible service. From the floor manager silently seating us, to our waiter who didn’t speak much. We really didn’t feel welcome. Then, our waiter disappeared after our appetizer. He didn’t check on us to see how our food was - which was lackluster. He also never returned to fill our empty beverages. After we were visibly upset, the manager came over to ask what was wrong. He was able to get our beverages refilled, and offered a free dessert for our inconvenience. That was a nice gesture, but we were still upset. After paying our bill with the manager, we got up to leave … and our absentee waiter finally surfaced and didn’t even realize we had already paid!!! The food really wasn’t worth the price. Over charged for frozen foods. The service made our experience bad. Just don’t go there.

    Fries are pretty good and house made ranch is awesome. The burger is meh. Chicken tacos are pretty flavorless, so the ranch came in handy. My father in law wasn’t much for the Mahi mahi and my husband didn’t like the branzino. The the brownie in the sundae is ok, but the hot fudge didn’t taste fresh.

    The service & food at Tony & Joe’s was great! They gave a generous portion of salmon for the price we paid. It was very quiet & perfect for a date. It sits right on the water so you get a nice scenic view :)

    This was our third pre-Valentine’s Day dinner at Tony and Joe’s. The food, as always, was excellent. The service was pleasant, but inefficient this year, perhaps because of understaffing. For example, although bread and butter plates were provided at the table, we only received rolls after requesting them after the food itself had been served. The hot toddy was a lukewarm toddy, which we had to send back to be reheated. The main course was served before we had finished our salad courses.

    Always have a great time here. The service and food is always exceptional. This time we all ordered the cesar salad, salmon and brussel sprouts. Everyone enjoyed their meal and is looking forward to going back soon.

    The menu is limited and the Low Country Steam Pot had a can of tomato paste sitting on the top. One shrimp an two pieces of sausage were in it.

    Tony was great. The service was awesome. The waiter was professional and catered as if we were the only ones there. The food was delicious. It was perfect, hot serve red right on time. The total environment was great. I will certainly return.

    Overpriced for the amount served. I think the lobsters die of starvation. Service was great. Cory was excellent. View spectacular. One of my guests ordered the cheeseburger but no other option for cheese. Clams were good.

    The location, service, and wine selection were great. We wanted to love the food but, unfortunately, it was not very good. The shrimp were small, flavorless, and pre frozen, and our side left much to be desired.

    While the food was outstanding, the service was very slow. After waiting an extraordinarily long time after finishing our appetizers, we had to get up from our table and find our waiter to place our order for the entrees. Furthermore, the noise level was quite loud, and we had to raise our voices significantly to hear each other.

    Went for Thanksgiving dinner. The lights were flickering the whole time. The staff didn't speak english. All of the food was bland and tasteless. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences all around.

    My husband and I decided to dine here on Thanksgiving and it was a very poor experience. We had to wait at the door for a while with no host at the stand. A man in a sweatshirt and sweatpants finally came over and checked us in. He never wished us a happy holiday or acknowledged that it was Thanksgiving! Not off to a good start! We were seated in the corner of the dining room with no lights above us so it was as if we were dining in the dark. The waitress took our drink and appetizer orders but never told us how the rest of the prix fixe meal worked. She also did not mention “Happy Thanksgiving!” After finishing the sub-par appetizers, we went to the carving station to get our meats. There was also mac & cheese and rolls next to the meats. The meats were fine, however the Mac and cheese was plain and the rolls were burnt. We sat around wondering if we had missed the other sides or where we would get them. After about 5 minutes, another man came over and delivered the sides (green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts, stuffing, etc.) to our table in individual bowls, but no extra serving utensils. We were feeling better once we saw there was more food. However, the mashed potatoes were extremely bland and the rest of the sides weren’t great either. Our waitress never came to check on us. I had to conserve my glass of water to last the whole meal since I don’t know where she went. Lastly, there was a dessert table with a number of pie slices, strawberries, and cookies. I saw the one man refill the cookie plate with his bare hands adding cookies to the pile, gross! The pecan pie was good, but the pumpkin pie was awful. For a $50/person meal, we would have expected much better service and food. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
