Meal was excellent
We ordered pasta and didn’t receive. (Not on bill so no issue)
We would go again next time in town
Excellent cuisine, atmosphere and service. I will definitely go back there for dinner.
Our waiter Sam was great, food was great... no complaints whatsoever! We dined for an anniversary, but will be returning for dinner!
My daughter was in NOLA for the first time. It was a real treat.
Truly fantastic food and hospitality!!! Server was great! Food is amazing!
Wonderful as always!
The food was incredible and our waiter was extremely nice.
Solid drinks (Old Fashioned 4*, Sidecar 3*) were followed by a delicious turtle soup (5*) and salad (5*). A decent spaghetti and meatballs (3.5*) and chicken Parmesian (3.5*) were followed by a fantastic bread pudding (5*). All of this (apart from the drinks) was on an extended Coolinary (summer menu) at $20 pp for and $20 ppm wine. All in all, a great dinner.
Wonderful food and service as usual!
Tommy’s continues to be my “go-to” when in New Orleans. Whether it’s personal or business, the food and service is outstanding.
Seafood Stuffed Eggplant with asparagus on the side was excellent. Gulf Fish Capri was beyond delicious. My wife and I would go back just to swap the same meals!!!
A pretty mediocre dining experience. The atmosphere resembles a busy Olive Garden and the food isn’t much better. I had a pasta dish with fried oysters that had far too much garlic (and I love garlic - but this was an overwhelming bitter flavor of garlic). My husband had a chicken special that supposedly had prosciutto and eggplant but which had neither (it was essentially chicken parm, a mediocre one at best). The saving grace here was our lovely waiter - who helped with all (even going back and forth to figure out which wines they actually still had - they were out of 3 out of 4 choices). All in all, a very average meal in a city that has many better options.
Took advantage of the summer special and we were glad we did!
Love Tommy's Cuisine. Outstanding service and delicious food. I will absolutely be back!
My husband and I went to celebrate our 15yr anniversary. The staff was so amazing and sweet. They gave us a complimentary appetizer to celebrate. Our waitress was so sweet and fun. We will be going back.
We received a complementary dessert for celebrating my wife’s birthday.
The “coolinary” menu was quite a bargain!
It was a birthday celebration for my 91 year old mother in law. The food was very good. We all did the coolinary menu. You received a salad or appetizer, entree and dessert for $20.02. They also had $20 bottles of different wines.
You can never go wrong with Tommy's for any meal. We would highly recommend.
From the moment we walk through the door, we were welcomed and brought quickly to our table.
The waiter presented us with our menus, and brought water. He explained the specials.
A taste of bruschetta was brought to our table as an amuse buche. Wine was served at the proper temperature, courses were nicely timed, never rushed or a long wait between courses. Food was excellent and nice portions. The 3 of us took advantage of the 20th anniversary special menu. The bill came to $110, which included a 3 course meal and wine for all....this included a 23% tip.
We will return. Great Job Tommy's.
Everything was as we expected and more.... even the Valet guy, Chris was terrific! He was energetic, helpful and very respectful... and efficient... great personality! Keep him and Steve, our terrific waiter!
OUTSTANDING, as always. We have been huge fans since the original days in the Quarter at Irene's and continue to count Tommy's as a "go to" spot, especially for the veal piccata and Chicken Rosemarino!!!
The BLT Oysters are amazing. The eggplant was really good. I was disappointed w/the veal piccata. I get it all the time but it was different. It had a thick sauce w/no capers and didn’t taste buttery. It tasted like a gravy. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants and I wanted to show off to friends. We were all a little disappointed.
Delicious food! Great service!
Everything was wonderful— atmosphere, service, food! Will be back!
Great. Best value we have ever had in New Orleans. Manager(Henrique?) was excellent.
Awesome food and service
Being a local and having many choices in New Orleans, I find Tommy's Cuisine one of my favorite restaurants.
The Food was delicious, the service was superior and the ambiance was excellent. Thank you.
Outstanding professional service, they really take care of you, Great evening!!!!!!!!!!
My husband had been talking about this place for a while, so I thought I'd take him there to celebrate his birthday...big mistake. The food was extremely bland, not tasty at all. We will not be making a return trip.
Wonderful experience- everyone was friendly- food was great
Fantastic eats At Tommy’s. Service was wonderful, ambiance was quiet and romantic, and the price was just right. Don’t forget to get dessert, that was delicious.
I am a frequent customer and realize it was White Linen Night but had to wait a really long time for service and food. Sat four people at a six top table when four tops were available. Food was not prepared as it usually is. No bruschetta was offered. Waitress was very inexperienced and wasn’t familiar with menu and overall was very disappointed with the whole experience. This is not the Tommy’s I am familiar with. More like a chain restaurant experience
The food was great. It took
Almost 3 hours for a 2 top to be served a 2 course meal.
Despite an advanced reservation, seated in a horribly-trafficked area next to the entrance of the the adjacent NOSH bar. People awaiting seating hovered over our table and congregated at adjacent to tables. When we asked the hostess to be moved, she said she would send over a manager, who never materialized. We were so frustrated, we left. Really a shame, as this has been one of our previously favorite restaurants. Evening ruined.
I know that it was an especially busy night as it was White Linen night, but drinks and food were extremely slow getting to the table, with nothing coming for all four of us at the same time. The dinner lasted over two and a half hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for something or someone to show up at our table. We were also celebrating a birthday, which was completely ignored after we made a special note in the reservation. The entire experience was very disappointing.
My family went there because they offered the Coolinary menu for August. There was no sign on their menu or on their website excluding Saturday from that menu, but when we sat down and hot ready to order, the manager said they were not offering it today. We told them there was no sign, but he apologized and didn't budge. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Instead Broussards got our business and will continue to get it. Their manager came over greeted us and offered the Coolinary menu.
Very disappointed food usually delicious. Not only was it not up to par but the entree come out before we were finished our appetizer and salad.
We made reservations and intended to experience the Coolinary Menu. Once seated, we were informed the Coolinary Menu would not be honored due to White Linen Night. None of the dishes on the Coolinary Menu were offered on the regular menu. The food was very good, service was fair and the room we were in was very loud.
Superb service but noisy at first but no problem about moving to a more quiet part of the restaurant. Excellent.
