The food used to be exceptional, now it is ho hum at best.
The ambiance was not great and the staff was not attentive And the prices were really high, higher than the four seasons...
I would NOT recommend which sad as it used to be amazing

Wait staff was incredibly inattentive. No refills on drinks or water. Impatient with my senior mother. Not rude, just ruined our experience. Not the tommy Bahamas brand standard we enjoy and have come to expect.

Menu was different than website. Not many choices either, just very disappointed in our total experience

Everything we ordered was delicious. The service was great and the live music is an added bonus.

Swan was amazing and very prompt. It was a delight having her as our waitress.

First of all, friendly and welcoming wait staff and management. The fresh fish entree was dry, unfortunately.

First time at this location, and the food and service were outstanding. Highly recommend. Just don’t follow the open table directions...they don’t seem to lead anywhere. call the restaurant for location!

Excellent food and excellent service. When we left an item of clothing when we left, the waiter ran us down and made sure we had all of our belongings. Nice touch.

Overall very good. Only issue was we were served fish when we ordered a chicken entree. An honest mistake and thankfully the intended person did nit have a seafood allergy. However, i would have expected the manager to offer some compensatory gesture after the recipient who hates fish ate several bites (at first thinking the chicken didn’t taste very good). That would have been classy and is a standard many purveyors would follow. But it was still a very good experience. And aside from this error our server was very attentive

We had exceptional service and food while dining here - the best we’ve had on our entire trip! Our server was friendly and prompt. The manager checked in on us to see how everything was going, and the food was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful meal.

The food was incredible! The bread and butter were a delicious start. The macadamia crusted Mahi mahi and baby back ribs were the best food I’ve eaten. Especially the mahi mahi. We loved sitting on the patio and felt everything was great. Pretty quick service yet we didn’t feel rushed.

The food here was just ok. For the price, I would have rather grabbed something else at the local grocery store near this restaurant as it would have been better. Nothing special, and for the price, it wasn't worth it. Should we be in Maui again, I wouldn't dine here.

This was our second time at Tommy Bahamas during our first vacation in Maui/Wailea. The food was better the second time than the first but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and relaxing setting.

Dinner was wonderful. We had Chris as our server and he was outstanding! Attention to every detail.

Easter Sunday for lunch, was able to make a reservation 2wk’s before, wasn’t crowded and food/service were both great. As we are local and have dined there before, we’ll coming back again soo. MAHALO.

Perfection! Great atmosphere as fantastic service everything g single time we come. It’s one of our favorites.

This was the best restaurant we ate at during our 9 night trip to Maui! Food quality and service was top notch! It was so good that we ate here a second night in a row.

The food, drinks and service were outstanding. So much better than I had anticipated, being that it was my first time going to a Tommy Bahama restaurant. I felt like I was at an upscale 5 star resort restaurant on the account of the quality of the food and drinks and the friendly attentive servers. I will definitely be back.

Great casual atmosphere on Tommy's elevated porch. Nice menu covering all the taste bases and definitely suited to Hawaii.

We went here the last night of our stay and altho we had several other nice dinners, this one checked all the boxes. Chris, the manager, and our waiter, Jake, were great and having the added treat of Howard playing music was FAB! My fish was great as were the spare ribs my husband ordered.

We had a great experience on the patio. Our server was super friendly and all our meals were great. From the rib eye to the miso glazed salmon to the ahi tuna. Good drinks and ambiance. A really nice first night in Maui

Service was friendly, but unfortunately quite slow. Our entrees were underwhelming. My fish was bland and my husband’s ribeye was overcooked. We would not return.

Nice experience. A few minutes before our reservation time we got a text to let us know our table was ready. The drinks and food were all good and the server was attentive.

Tim the bartender and Megan the manager made you feel like you were “home”. Awesome people!

We have eaten at the Waikiki and Kierland (Scottsdale) Tommy Bahama Restaurants and none compared with this restaurant. We had the nicest waitress and great food. Terrific time. Everytime we come to Maui, we always eat at this restaurant. GREAT!

Service was outstanding. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and had great attention to timing. Food was fresh, tasty and good portions. For Wailea, this a definite “go to”.
