Great food!

I would have given a 5-star rating but we were seated 15 minutes later than our reservation. The manager quickly made up for it. He was genuinely apologetic and very personable, which made our frustration melt away. Since we were there celebrating my birthday, he offered my husband and I a free drink. We mentioned he need not do it but he insisted. Great food and great service followed the rest of the night!

Amazing food and staff. Waitress was outstanding for us, ever knowledgeable of the food and drinks. We will defiantly be back!

My husband and I have been to the Tommy Bahamas in Maui and in The Woodlands. In fact, we went to the one in The Woodlands because we enjoyed the one in Maui so much. The food and service are excellent and we enjoy eating there. We like to take new people there to experience it also and everyone that goes with us really enjoys it also. The only complaint I have is that it is a little loud and sometimes hard to carry on a conversation with people at your table. However, that won't keep me from going back.

The staff from greeters to servers are on the ball! I love the ambience, very tropical. My lunch choice was lump crab and avocado salad that was fabulous. Since the restaurant is in the center of Market Street, the view from the Garden Room is the beautiful park with its water spouts. All in all, a fine dining experience!

This is my go to place to meet a girl friend for lunch because everyone's nice & they won't rush you through your meal!❤️

Even though we made a reservation we were given a bar table that was pushed into the corner directly in front of the amplifier and beside the guitar player. He was good but it was too loud to even hear each other talk we were about ready to leave so they suggested pulling the table into the clothing part of the store. That was much better as far as noise level but not the atmosphere we had hoped for
The food was very good. Probably the kind of place not to make a reservation just pop in and see what kind of seating is available and suited to your preference. Our reservation was not given any kind of priority for sure.

Bring back the fried plantains. Hostess and wait staff are great.

Tommy Bahamas is one of my favorite places to eat. The waitstaff was a bit off last night. Our drinks (tea) ran empty and we both felt very rushed. We were still eating our meals when the waiter asked to take them. He did not bring a dessert tray; we knew what we wanted. In the midst of eating our dessert he seemed hurried and asked to take it before finishing. Very unusual for this restaurant.

This place has a Wonderful atmosphere, very cozy, live music and amazing food!! It is great for two or a small group! Very nice place.

Excellent service! The crab and avocado salad is refreshing and light on calories! I get the dressing on the side (and ask them to leave off the capers). Great place for brunch. Fast service.

Always a very good meal at Tommy Bahama's. One of my favorite fish tacos in the city! And that peanut butter/chocolate pie is crazy good.

We frequent TB often and recently had our company Christmas Party there. We ALWAYS have great service and have never been disappointed with our meals. The atmosphere alone is awesome, if even for dessert and coffee, plus there is great shopping all around the restaurant!

My only issue was it was too loud to have a conversation, so we had to move outside.

The food is above average, and the service is spot-on, gracious and timely, BUT, the place is so LOUD, even half-full, that you have trouble hearing yourself talk with your dinner guest. It's like they have walls with built-in reverberation, instead of sound absorption. Even with the back patio open-air, the sound inside is deafening. If you go there, I'd suggest sitting outside on the patio, unless the heat is too oppressive in the Summer.

Love this restaurant. We had a few issues with our order, but resolved quickly and politely. We weren't looking for free, just what was correct and we appreciated the special care.
We will go back and no issues.

Loved this place! The food was fantastic. Loved the chicken mango appetizer. Mango chicken salad was very good. Fish and chips was a big portion. Can't wait till it comes to dallas.

We went to TB quite often. however, it took more than 30 minutes after order. And, food came up cold. Fries was cold, burger was cold, soup was cold...Manager came to apologize for the delay and offered to remove burger from the bill. My husband was very sick for 3 days after that.

I come here for the blood orange Margaritas and their crab bisque!

Give my accolades to Michelle. She went out of her way to greet us at a very busy time, made us comfortable as our table was being prepared and then stopped by twice just to check on the
quality of the food and the service. Another great experience at Tommy's.

As always, a great place to eat. The worst part is that they don't have artichokes on the menu very often.

The Mahi Mahi dish was extremely small and poor tasting. Others in our party enjoyed their meals. Will be back, but with some caution.

Hostess told us there is a 2 hr wait to be seated. Found reservations online for very 15 mins starting within 10 mins. Was seated in 15 mins after making the reservation.

PAINFULLY LOUD! We requested to be seated outside (there were many tables available) but instead were seated inside in the smaller room. This restaurant is always loud during busy hours but we were hopeful that the smaller room be less noisy. There was a large party sharing the room with us and they got increasingly loud as the evening wore on to the point that is was impossible to carry on a conversation with the people right next to us.
The service was fine, the food very good as always but if it's conversation you want this is not the place to go, at least during peak hours.
Next time we will insist on being seated outside.

We have been here numerous times before and loved the food. It looks as though they had changed the menu to include a lot of healthy dishes especially sides and no longer offer traditional sides. when I order a steak I would like to get mashed potatoes not mashed cauliflower. It was also very loud inside and our reservation time was mixed up but we were seated as soon as it was brought to their attention.

Very crowded, had reservation they were so busy, we had to wait for 30 minutes past reservation time. Extremely loud in bar area which also pours into restaurant area. Waitress took our order and never came back to our table, had to ask manager for our check. Not happy with service.

Always enjoy going to Tommy B's. It's one of the favorites. The food is always consistent and delicious. This time the service could have been better.
