We are located in North Scottsdale's Kierland Commons. For parties larger than 6, please call us directly. -- Reservations Are for Our Upstairs Dining Room. We Do Not Accept Patio or Bar Reservations. We had an excellent experience and our waiter, and the manager were fantastic! We had a great meal and enjoyed our evening very much.

The hostess greeted us like we were “old friends “, friendly yet professional. We had reservations and we were seated immediately. The server (Dillon) was prompt to bring us water and take our drink orders. He too was friendly, professional and had a complete knowledge of all of the dining options. Our brunch was delicious and priced fairly. Although the restaurant was busy, the noise level was completely tolerable and therefore we had no problem carrying on our conversations at the table. To the Manager and staff….Thanks again for always being consistent and making us want to comeback!

Although we have been at Tommy Bahama's several times before and liked it, this time was not an enjoyable experience. We were seated right away, but then it took 6 or 7 minutes for our server to show up. She was friendly and professional and very pleasant. We didn't know what we wanted right away, so she left to let us look at the menu. We then waited another several minutes for her return. Tommy Bahama's does not provide bread or some table snack while you wait. Instead, they charge $8.00 to put biscuits on the table. The waiter brought us a Caesar Salad. I asked for cracked pepper. By the time they returned, I was almost finished with my salad. There was no salt or pepper on the table. When they brought the meal over the server asked if we needed anything and then left. I realized I wanted to have some lemon to squeeze on my Halibut, and there was no salt or pepper on the table. The rice needed some salt. I waited and by the time I was able to get the waiter's attention, my food was cold. My wife said that her crab cakes were good, but also were only 'warm.' The waiter took my plate and said they would remake my plate. While I waited my wife finished her dinner. A manager came by and asked how things were. I told him what happened and he went to check on the progress. Shortly after I received a new plate and the food was very good. Cooked perfectly. However, he didn't apologize for the missteps. Overall, the food was good, but the meal was NOT enjoyable because we had long waits, didn't have salt and pepper for seasoning, and my wife and I ate our meals at separate times. I will think twice before I make another reservation at Tommy Bahama.

We enjoyed another great food experience. I ordered filet mignon, a nice splurge for lunch, and it was absolutely delicious! Cooked perfectly and so tender! Kaelyn was an excellent server and helped make our meal go smoothly. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great as always. One of the best restaurants for food, service, & ambience in Scottsdale. We sat in the outdoor area downstairs and Ryan was awesome.
