   Service was VERY slow. We waited almost 50 minutes for our entree. Food was mixed. Crab Bisque was delicious. Coconut shrimp was good. Crab Eggs Benedict was subpar and incomplete. It came to us as Crab meat (not a crab cake) on a tomato on an English muffin. No Hollandaise sauce. We should have sent it back. We have been to this restaurant several times before and had good experiences. I was very disappointed today.

   We regularly dine here and it is impossible for it to be perfect every time and today it wasn’t perfect. Our server was very friendly and helpful. My food was good which was the Mahi Mahi tacos but my wife got the Huevo rancheros which initially came out overcooked. Our server quickly handled the problem and got them remade. The overall recipe wasn’t that good it didn’t have beans that it should have and wasn’t that substantial. If you slightly hungry this won’t fill you up. All of this being said we will absolutely go back.

   Exceptional service by Kaelyn K , tasty eggs Benedict... love the crab cake option as well as the standard option. Next time the lobster fritatta or one of the many tasty salads!!!

   Egg over cooked and steak under cooked. Terrible service and manger never came over to discuss problems

   The food was not as good as usual. The calamari was inedible. Everything else was fine. Just not amazing.

   Our waitress was top notch - personable and kept a watch on our table throughout our dining experience - enjoyed our meal selections Very enjoyable dinner experience and will be back

   They were a little off tonight. Crab cakes didn't contain very much crab. Prime ribeye was chewy and had some unrendered fat. Service was very slow. We've been regulars since they opened about 20 years ago. Would like to see them do something to get back to the quality of food and service they used to have. Also, what happened to the servers' uniforms? No more tropical vibe?

   Tommy eliminated their wonderful bread buns with their Honey butter. They now have a new type of bread that is gummy and a horrible taste with a charge of $8.00. The meal we had was Just OK. The quality has really gone down. We have been regulars since 2001. For us it is time for us to revaluate.
