Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Orlando Ratings and Reviews
The manager, Austin, made us feel truly at home and relaxed. Despite being very busy, he made an effort to give us a level of personal attention that exceeded our expectations. In addition to the experience, the food was equally fantastic. My wife loved the Sanibel chicken, my sister was a huge fan of the Ahi Tacos, and my Kona rubbed Ribeye was delicious. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Orlando!!
I met my son for Mother's Day and had a spectacular meal. The service was great. No problems with my special order and I had more than one manager check on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed the live Caribbean music complete with steel drums. The decor is so authentic that you really feel like you are on the islands. Also, enjoyed a little fun shopping at the clothing store after lunch.
Great meal however just a heads up for anyone going. Tommy does have complimentary parking which you should definitely take advantage of. However they do not validate the parking deck parking as most of the other restaurants in the area do. We went on a Sat. night and didn't know about the complimentary valet. The parking deck was extremely crowded and it took forever to finally get a parking spot. They should let customer's know about the complimentary parking when a reservation is made.
Tommies staff was excellent. Our waiter was knowledgeable of the drinks and food. Great recommendations for appetizers and the main course macadamian encrusted red snapper, outstanding. It was also nice finding out you could get a 20% discount in the clothing store, which we took advantage of. Keep up the excellent work. We have been to several restaurants and have been happy
I was not sure what expect as I was familiar with retail stores but not the restaurant. We decided to try based on other open table feedback and were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in: all the staff were warm and friendly. From the warm and engaging host staff to the prompt and attentive server to the manager who stopped by just check on us. There are not many places left where the GM will stop by a table just to check in even if there is not an issue. If your in the area and the restaurant is in your price point I highly recommend!
Spent Easter having lunch. Our service was fantastic, she was so sweet. Every time we've been here it's been for lunch we've enjoyed every moment. I recommend this place to everyone. It's my favorite clothing neanderthal, and quickly becoming a favorite dining spot too.
First time to Tommy Bahama's and would return. I require GF and there was a separate menu section with a number of GF options as well as vegetarian. There were many different creative choices for all. The portions were also quite large and allows you to share.
Well from the minute we arrived we where treated exceptionally , the service was excellent and special attention for our allergy was very well addressed and served perfectly . All I can say amazing from the first instance until we left . Highly Recommend a must on Orlando
We went on vacation. The crab bisque, coconut shrimp, and scallop sliders were great. The scallop sliders were really really good. They are an appetizer but we had them as a meal. Waiter was really nice. A little slow to get our bill because they were tending to a conference group. He had too many tables. We drove an hour for this meal and would again.
Great service and great food. But the dining room is much too loud - we were a table of seven, but could not hear from one end of the table to the other. Ceiling is much too high so the acoustics are really off. They have plenty of booths for smaller groups, so would just not recommend for large groups.
