In Naples for vacation. Had made reservation several weeks prior. Weâre seated on time and waited about 20 min for anyone to even come over. Took waitress forever to even bring water. Food was ok.. salad not as fresh as I would have hoped. Mahi mahi presented nicely and tasted good. My daughter liked her chicken well enough.Overall restaurant vibe was way to rowdy than I had expected.... a little chaotic, loud and was anxious to leave. Wouldnât go back

We have been here several times before, lunch, brunch, dinner...today was dinner celebrating a birthday. Service was âoffâ. Had to ask 3 times to have our water refilled. When dinner arrived. Waiter didnât come back to table at all to ask if we needed anything! No salt & pepper on table..had to flag down someone to get it since our waiter was MIA!
The service was sub-par...not mentioning names!
We had a fab evening, great food, great music, very attentive waiter, lots of fun.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, with a 5:30 reservation for seven people. We were seated promptly, but also promptly discovered we were right next to the 0ne-man-band.
Between his playing and singing and the incredibly loud ambient noise level, we were unable to carry on conversation without yelling at each other.
The food, drinks and service were wonderful, but I will never go back at dinnertime.

I have visited Tommy Bahama in the past and took a friend there, who has not been...I was disappointed only for the fact that there was some odd piece of paper in my salad. The waiter did take the salad off of the receipt. The manager did come over to us, and we told him what happened. I thought that he should have given us a free drink or dessert. I guess he really didnât care if we come back or not.
Enjoyed eating on the porch. Excellent food and excellent service.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the food itâs very expensive and not up to part, however the service was the best I had in a long long time, Leo the waiter itâs one of the best, and just because of that I will be going back

had the recommended Steak flatbread which turned out to be mediocre, and sparse on the steak but filling. My wife had fish tacos which were ample and excellent, great sauce and spices. Drinks were done well and tasty.

My favorite restaurant in Naples, Florida - Tommy Bahamas. I have always been pleased with service, cocktails, and dinner. It is a must if you are on 3RD.

Tommy's is one of our favorite venues for casual dining. Great cocktails and the fish tacos are awesome.
Far too many sweet foods! The menu did not accurately describe the flavors. We ordered Vodka Martinis with grapefruit juice and basil, it was sweet, the menu neglected to mention simple syrup. The waiter told us we should have said no simple syrup- hmmm, how were we supposed to know there would be simple syrup when the description gave no mention of it.
One of our favorite stops in Naples because of the atmosphere, beautiful outdoor patio and love the festive feel of the place and the added bonus of live music. Plus, we love shopping the TB stores that are attached. However, the food is overall just average. Not bad, just nothing outstanding. The ribs are almost always on point and a good go to, as are their salads. The fish is hit or miss, sometimes great, sometimes not enough flavor, the steak is sub par with the flavor. Still a great place and worthy of a trip for the atmosphere and lively outdoor Floridian feel ambiance.

This restrauant is a lot of fun! It has a great atmosphere and live music to entertain the entire family!! We visit the Naples location every year on our vacations! I highly recommend this place for the full beach and vacation experience!
We were so disappointed. We have eaten at other Tommy Bahama restaurants in Sarasota, FL and Palm Desert, CA and we have always been so impressed. But the Naples location was not up to par. The quality and presentation of food at the Tommy Bahama restaurant on El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, CA is so vastly superior to the quality and presentation of food at the original in Naples, you donât even think theyâre coming from the same restaurant group. And we tried the Blood Orange Margaritas in Naples and they had no reference whatsoever to the magnificent versions of this drink we have had in Sarasota and Palm Desert. Something is clearly âoffâ in Naples.
Dinner and service were very good. We dine here a couiple of times a year and it is always busy and the food consistent.
