The host made the rudest comment about one of my guests appearances and how they must need a kids menu bc of how small they were and when we corrected him he just kept going. I was mortified. On top of that the service was terrible. Took 15 min to be greeted, forgot our drinks and I had to get up and walk to the bar to ask for the bill. On top of that my $30 salad was flavorless. I won’t be returning.

Great food. Hidden gem! Try the mahi mahi tacos and corn/shrimp dumplings if they are available.

The food was delicious! The waiter was not attentive. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday, which was in the reservation and manager aware of, but the waiter made no recognition of it. Disappointed 🙁 If you make a reservation near closing time, don’t expect service with a happy heart. Our waiter was visibly relieved when we asked for our check.

Went for dinner. Service was terrible: no fork (had to chase down waiter); never asked if I wanted a second ice tea; water brought only once to table. Tuna tar tar was mediocre.

We had a wonderful time introducing someone to Tommy Bahama Restaurant for the first time. The special summer menu provided delicious options in addition to the usual menu.

Delicious Food, but disappointing service and loud atmosphere. I invited my senior mom for lunch at Tommy Bahama. We've dined at this restaurant before and usually enjoy the experience, but this recent visit fell short-mainly due to service and noise levels. While the food was flavorful and well-prepared, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server was absent for long stretches, requiring us to flag down the hostess just to place our order. If took at least 25 mins. before we received our appetizers, and throughout the meal, we were checked on more by another server than our own. Only at the end did our original server explain he was "making drinks for the restaurant," which would've been helpful to know earlier. Despite another staff member doing most of the work, our original server reappeared when it was time to bring the check. We still tipped 20% but felt undeserved. Additionally, the noise level was unusually high. It was hard to hold a conversation without raising our voices. We're hoping this was just an off lunch time, because we really do enjoy the food.
