We are Alberta's largest and most beautiful steak house. Tom Goodchild's Moose Factory stretches over 20,000 square feet with a seating capacity of over 700 dining room, lounge, banquet room, and patio combined.
This location has built its reputation on the Sawmill formula. Serving over half a dozen different cuts and sizes of "AAA" Alberta beef one can't go wrong ordering any one style. Food was delicious and there was a large variety, something for everyone. Service was great. Very busy for Easter brunch which may have been the cause for the room to be quite warm. Overall a great experience and will go back!

I have dined here for many years and it is a favourite of mine however last nights meal was quite poor quality. The starter which I've had before was nothing like it's usual. The calamari tasted and looked like it was straight out of a box rather than done by hand.
My steak was sub par and the salad limp.
Perhaps just a not so great cook and an off night but definitely wasn't worth the amount of money I spent.

the buffet dinner is expensive. they changed from prime rib to roast beef. and the roast beef is like rubber. hard to chew.

only few hot entree to choose. they are not good. very disappointing.
not worth the money.

When I reserved my table I was expecting that I would be ordering my meal but when we got there we found out that it was brunch and you went and served yourself. It should be posted that Sundays is self serve until a certain hour. I suppose if I would have phoned in to reserve the table a person would have been told but I reserved on line. I have tried to get to the proper site to enter your survey but was unable to get to the site using what was on the card for a site to visit. Also there is a contest to enter to win steaks for a year and have not been able to get to the right site to enter. Could you please enter me in that contest as well. Other than that we were very happy with our visit and the buffet was great with lots to choose from.

We had a very nice dinner with our - very hungry grandsons - they were very pleased. Our server was Myra and she was excellent. Al in all, we had a lovely time. Thank you.

We were slightly disappointed with the options for Sunday evening buffet. Food on buffet was nice but limited options for the price. My 4 and 6 year old definitely didn't eat enough to value the $15. Maybe the structure for children's pricing could be reviewed.

The service was slow and at times non existent. We were a table of 8 and felt that since there was an automatic gratuity he felt he did not need to try. I made it known that we were not happy and when the bill came he did not add the automatic gratuity to our bills which I will give them credit for. Also, one of the people in our party felt her fish was "bad" and they removed it from the bill with no problem.

I found the food to be very 80's. Typical steakhouse fare while the other dishes are not exactly inspiring.
