Our server, Anthony, our Som, Jose, and the rest of the staff were all absolutely amazing. They may have been the best part and thats taking nothing away from the food that was so delicious. Made for a wonderful evening!
Food was ok, not great. Ordered 16 Oz ribeye which wasn’t great quality for the price paid. Pork belly appetizer was underwhelming. Had an order king crab legs which were good along with the warm biscuits and sides of spinach and mash potatoes also good. Ambiance felt a bit of a dining hall experience which I didn’t like for a nice dinner. Overall service was very good but the food quality was not worth the price.

Food was spot on. We had the ribeye and crab legs. Service was very good. Drinks were a little off. Not bad just off. It was noisy, but, hey it’s in the middle of a casino. The waterfall helps to drown out the noise. We would definitely return.
Quality of food and service is worth the prices. We have been three times and never a bad experience. Will keep going back!

Very expensive for the quality of food. This was not a good value. One of our guests did not even eat his salmon. It was bland and cold when served. Food was just ok. Way over priced.

Had dinner before our show .. my short rib was amazing; the husbands bone in rib eye was just “ok”. The smoke flavor (on both meats) was an awesome addition. The spicy onion rings were really an excellent side. They brought us a special anniversary dessert and the husband had the chocolate cake (that was dark, rich and way too big).
The overall meal was (in my opinion) way too much for dinner with everything ala carte. I don’t know I would go back; because it was so expensive and the rib eye, was just “ok”.
Opted for a late dinner after the LOVE Beatles show at Mirage. Our server was awesome (Anthony) and his food recommendations spot on! We've eaten at many upscale steakhouse restaurants (Capital Grille, Mortons, Ruth Chris, Bob's, etc., and this place was outstanding. Would recommend if in Vegas!
Came here for an anniversary dinner. Very nice place. Our waiter, James, was very attentive. Will definitely recommend this place to others. But pricey, but that's to be expected where we were, worth it.
Overall, a very good experience with one significant negative issue. My husband and I ordered the 32 ounce double cut ribeye to share as our entree. After checking with the kitchen, our server told us they had just served the last one (we were dining at 7pm) Disappointed, we each ordered the 18 ounce bone in ribeye. Our starters were excellent—iceberg wedge and charred octopus. When our entrees arrived we were very disappointed to see that our server misunderstood and thought we were sharing one entree, so one steak was cut and plated for two, my husband received the bone with his serving. This made for very small servings since we anticipated that we each would have a full bone in steak experience. We did not tell our server about her misunderstanding since we had a show to attend and the wait time for our entree was significant. The sides of grilled asparagus and roasted mushrooms were very good. For dessert we shared a delicious, generous serving of chocolate cake—so we ended on a happy note!
The food is outstanding, and a varied menu offers great choices. The steaks in particular are superb. It’s a must for us when we’re in Las Vegas.

Nikki the bartender was amazing. Matt the executive chef working his magic as always. Jose the Sommelier great job on the wine pairing.
We ate here before going to see Cirque du Soleil at Bellagio. The food was overall really delicious. My husband and I had the dry aged New York Strip and the regular NY strip. Both were cooked to perfection! We also had the onion rings and asparagus. Definitely try the onion rings if you go there. Our server made the meal so enjoyable. He was one of the best servers we have had anywhere. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny.
French onion soup lacked flavor and toast with cheese on top was burnt. Alaskan crab was fishy, sent it back. Prime rib was average at best. Overpriced and not great food. Very disappointing!

The four of us in my group dined here last week. We split the wedge salad as it was so big and my sister and I split the 18oz ribeye steak. Our spouses each had the filet. We table shared the risotto, asparagus, mashed potatoes. Everything was fantastic! The only thing were the mashed potatoes were not enough to share with 4 ppl so I would order another as they were so creamy and good. The risotto was the best I have ever had! Amazing service, our food arrived in a timely manner. We shared $120 bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our steak. I would definitely return!
We had the pork belly - crispy with mushrooms and nettles - perfection. Hunny had the oysters (the best he has ever had) and we ordered Lamb chops and steak. It was beyond our expectations for this Top Chef restauranteur.
Wine suggestion was spot on! This is a DO NOT MISS IN VEGAS- Chocolate cake for dessert!
Service was great. I loved everyone there. Food was very good. Atmosphere was nice. We were there a little late so there were not a lot of people left. I would recommend this place if you were looking for dinner at the Mirage.
Our server never helped us. Only if you were a large party did anyone pay attention to you. When they brought us our salads I asked for pepper and was given a bowl not a pepper mill. When we were seated we were not given menus for 15 minutes and again, our waiter came to our table twice the entire time.
However, the bar tender Justin, was great!!
We just finished eating at Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steakhouse in the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Filet Mignon was spectacular as was the Risotto and Asparagus sides. Definitely expensive and some may say too expensive but if you want spectacular you gotta pay! The meat is cooked on an open Oregon White Oak wood burning flame that you can actually taste in the meat. It's like a fine wine on the pallet. To finish off the meal the coffee was fresh and hot. Delicious! The wait staff was exceptional in their attention to our needs; however they were not overbearing. We enjoyed this meal and whole heartedly recommend this restaurant.

Best steak I’ve ever had.
We had tickets to a Cirque show and thought it would be great to eat nearby so we didn't feel rushed. Our reservations were for 5 pm and our show was at 7. We were seated easily and each chose a glass of wine from a rather expansive, expensive list of bottles and half bottles. Our server was fantastic--I am dairy sensitive and he was alert to that the entire night and knew the menu and each ingredient in every dish so could help me choose. The dinner rolls had cheese in them and I snuck just a taste--oh my gosh...they were fabulous--poblano pepper cheddar biscuit like rolls. The salads were generous in size and fresh. Our steaks were great-- ordered mine medium rare and it came rare--I was fine with that and didn't say anything as I have no problem eating rare meat. I would have had to send it back if I couldn't. I had the Wagyu with Chimichurri sauce (very good). For dessert my husband had the cheesecake--it looked really yummy and was shareable but see dairy sensitivity above--I had apple cider sorbet which was good but a couple of berries could've taken it to another level at least to the eye (it was a while dish with a single scoop of white sorbet--so not the best presentation)
Our total bill was around $300.
Overall, our experience was wonderful, we enjoyed our non-rushed dinner and our servers were attentive but not overbearing.
Absolutely fantastic! The steaks were unreal. I had the filet, my boyfriend had the Ribeye. Caesar salad was also deeeeelish! We would have loved to have dessert, but we were so so full. The wine selection is fantastic, had a delicious half-bottle of pinot noir. The service was fantastic, we had a wonderful time.

Booked their solely because we got tickets to the Cirque show at the Mirage. Sooo glad we did...best meal I've had in a VERY long time. Steaks were incredible...everything was as good as I could ever imagine it being. No matter what you do...order the truffle risotto...by far the best thing we tasted. If we weren't stuffed at that point we would have finished it but we couldn't!! Only regret I have for the evening!!

We ate prior to the Love Show. It was very nice service attentive. We noticed a treat as a side on the menu Morel Mushrooms. They were delicious. Also had the Asparagus soup also had the duck breast and my friend had the salmon. We enjoyed everything. No room for dessert this time.
Family was in town and had a wonderful dinner inside Heritage Steak!
Both my ribeye and friend’s filet were left under the heat lamp long enough for medium rare to be served medium/well by the time it got to us. Steak was also room temperate and not warm. Service was lacking. I’ve dined here 3-4 other times and the food and service were great. This trip however was severely lacking. Probably will not return and will patron other steakhouses along the strip.
Menu was less then appealing and steak was so undercooked I stopped eating it. And I like medium rare
Steaks were mediocre and not evenly cooked (we ordered medium rare and was well done in one side and rare on the other). Sides were super bland and boring. When we ordered tap water, the waiter said, “yeah if you don’t want to pay for water, you can spend it on the cocktails instead.” Then gave us disgusting water out of the tap that tasted like dirt.
Everything was perfect. Susan and staff were great. Beef cooked excellent.
Wow, what a change from 2 years ago. Tom must not be aware of the downward spiral his restaurant has taken. Although we had made a reservation a week prior, we were seated in the bar for our dinner. We did get moved to the restaurant after numerous trips to the hostess stand. It took 45 minutes for our first drink order to be delivered. Another 30 minutes to get our order placed. We asked our waiter James if we could get the side of crab legs with the chili lime butter (like on previous visits) and he said he would ask, he came back 20 minutes later and told us that the chef would prepare the crab legs as we asked. When our food arrived, the steak was barely warm, the crab legs were not in a chili lime butter, the truffle risotto was bland and tasted like rice with some parmesan cheese in it. When we asked James about the crab he said he would check with the kitchen. He returned another 20 minutes later and said that they didn't have any chili and would we like some jalapenos for it instead. Then he picked them up and spilled a glass of red wine all over one of our guests. The restaurant seemed over-whelmed for a Friday night. You would think after all these years of being open, they could handle a busy night.
Excellent service and wine selection. Food was amazing-spicy onion rings are a must!
