In Vegas for my daughter’s 21st. The food and service could not be better.
We had a great dinner. The service was attentive. The lamb chops and Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. Even the bread was impressive!
Everything was delish and the wait staff was fabulous.

Everything was good until we got to desert. We ordered a chocolate cake it was served cold. We were hoping the cake would be warm, really cold not even room temperature!!
Had Christmas dinner here and left feeling happy. The service was good, the food was good, and the atmosphere was good. We started with the charred baby octopus. Now, I'm not a cephalopod expert, but if this octopus was a baby, it was a baby kraken. Not what I was expecting. Instead of one or two baby octopuses charred and laid out on a bed of greens I got three large tentacles on a bed of greens. The char was good and the dish was good overall, but not what I was expecting. The rest of the food was okay, but the ribeye steak cooked medium rare over a wood fire was definitely the best steak I have ever had in a steakhouse. This is the first time I have walked out of a steakhouse and felt that the steak I ate was worth the price that I paid. Bottom line; if you like steak cooked over an open flame this is the place you should go to get it. Take a pass on the kraken, but get the steak.
Steaks were good.. service ok.. it's just not the same dining out during Covid. We try to support the businesses here... sad..depressing..
My favorite place to eat steak on the strip. The food is incredible! Never disappoints. We are regulars that frequently visit Vegas and we always make sure we make reservations there during our trip.

Would not recommend, unless you like smoke infused meat, to me it ruins the meat. I stay at Mirage all the time eat ther because it is open, other alternatives are close by, eat at Joe's next door.
We celebrated my son’s 21st Birthday and the ambiance, food, and staff were top notch as usual. This and many other reasons this restaurant is my favorite to visit when I am in town.
Cesar and Sam were engaging and made our 25th anniversary celebration exceptional!! We feel they made an extra effort to Make our night special. Food was absolutely delicious!

Heritage Steaks knocked it out of the park! Starting with amazing cocktails followed up by phenomenal steaks and sides. The staff surprised us with a delightful cheese cake to help us celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.
Excellent! Oysters were not on the menu but chef gave us four complementary which were fabulous!
The food was excellent, but portions for the money were very small. I was still hungry when I left. Had to go get something more to eat. I order scallops although very delicious but, maybe 5 or 6 would have been worth it. But what I did receive was very good.
Service was fantastic Anthony was our waiter. He made our experience perfect.

My food had no, not even a small, attempt at presentation. I had a cut of steak on a plate, that’s it. The risotto had no color or garnish. The roll again was bare on the plate. For the kind of money I paid here, I expected so much more. The flavor was fine, not magnificent but fine. And with the staff standing around, you think someone would have filled my water glass. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered the “welcome back” special which included an appetizer, entree and dessert.
Have been to several steakhouse restaurants in the Vegas area. Heritage Steak is by far has the best flavored steak in the area. The wood fire grill makes a huge difference. Really cool we got the opportunity to chat with the staff, many of them have worked together for 30 plus years. The camaraderie with the staff is really evident and translates to how great guests are treated. Thank you!
Perhaps it was Covid or the late night reservation, but the food was definitely subpar... especially compared to other Colicchio restaurants like Craftsteak.
The steaks tasted like kerosene soaked in A1 sauce and the sides were not that much better. The desserts were pretty good though.
The only thing that made the experience tolerable was that our waiter Ceasar was outstanding.
Will probably have to give it another try at an earlier hour once Covid is behind us.

Food wasn’t spectacular for the cost

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It's an ok spot to hit if you don't have reservations for another steakhouse. But the value isn't there. My steak, side of fries and a vodka soda was about a $100 dollar ticket. For that much you can get a way better steak at The Steakhouse or Vic and Anthony's, and a way better dining experience away from the slot machines.
