Heritage Steaks knocked it out of the park! Starting with amazing cocktails followed up by phenomenal steaks and sides. The staff surprised us with a delightful cheese cake to help us celebrate our Wedding Anniversary.
Excellent! Oysters were not on the menu but chef gave us four complementary which were fabulous!
The food was excellent, but portions for the money were very small. I was still hungry when I left. Had to go get something more to eat. I order scallops although very delicious but, maybe 5 or 6 would have been worth it. But what I did receive was very good.
Service was fantastic Anthony was our waiter. He made our experience perfect.

My food had no, not even a small, attempt at presentation. I had a cut of steak on a plate, that’s it. The risotto had no color or garnish. The roll again was bare on the plate. For the kind of money I paid here, I expected so much more. The flavor was fine, not magnificent but fine. And with the staff standing around, you think someone would have filled my water glass. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered the “welcome back” special which included an appetizer, entree and dessert.
Have been to several steakhouse restaurants in the Vegas area. Heritage Steak is by far has the best flavored steak in the area. The wood fire grill makes a huge difference. Really cool we got the opportunity to chat with the staff, many of them have worked together for 30 plus years. The camaraderie with the staff is really evident and translates to how great guests are treated. Thank you!
Perhaps it was Covid or the late night reservation, but the food was definitely subpar... especially compared to other Colicchio restaurants like Craftsteak.
The steaks tasted like kerosene soaked in A1 sauce and the sides were not that much better. The desserts were pretty good though.
The only thing that made the experience tolerable was that our waiter Ceasar was outstanding.
Will probably have to give it another try at an earlier hour once Covid is behind us.

Food wasn’t spectacular for the cost

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It's an ok spot to hit if you don't have reservations for another steakhouse. But the value isn't there. My steak, side of fries and a vodka soda was about a $100 dollar ticket. For that much you can get a way better steak at The Steakhouse or Vic and Anthony's, and a way better dining experience away from the slot machines.
Enjoyed another perfectly cooked meal at this fine restaurant. The employees mood is not what it used to be but rather rushed and detached from the stellar service I’ve received in the past. Nonetheless I will return to eat here time after time

Reminded that the filet is my least favorite cut - especially for a steakhouse that cooks over wood. The cut is good but the smoky flavor from the ribeye and strip is lost on a filet.
I believe it was their second night of the re opening. Waiter and maitre D were polite. However it took us quite a long time to get a drink. Plus the prime rib was not a great quality cut. For the money 250 on dinner) I expect better Won’t be back nor can I recommend.
We have eaten at Heritage Steaks a couple of times and have enjoyed it every time. This time was no exception. My wife and I both had filets that were cooked perfectly. I had a baked potato and my wife had bleu cheese on the side. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly.
This was not our first visit to this restaurant. Lively, great for groups, the food and service are all great. The server was very helpful and attentive to the needs of our group. This is a great place and I highly recommend.

Where to begin? I am a foodie and a huge Top Chef (TC) fan, thus was really looking forward to a wonderful meal at Heritage. Per watching Tom Colicchio's judging of the chef-contestants on TC, I had high expectations of his standards. I was sadly disappointed.
The fact that it was easy to make a reservation only a day ahead might have been a tip-off. But my review of Heritage's and other same-class, chef-owned restaurants told me to expect a big bill, thus implying value for the money.
My first impression of the restaurant was that it was only mildly upscale and that it was very, very noisy due to its location within the casino. My real disappointment, however, was the food. Our arugula salads were pedestrian versions with goat cheese and pecans. The skin on my duck was insufficiently rendered and wasn't crisp, while the duck breast itself was almost well-done rather than the at-least medium-rare it should have been. It was served with a wilted salad with orange segments and dates. My friend enjoyed his well-done steak. We shared a baked potato. The Brussels sprouts we shared were oily and too charred; we hardly touched them. We had dessert, my friend the Key Lime cheesecake and me the Bread Pudding. Mine was cloyingly sweet and the "bread" (advertised as banana bread) was soggy and unpleasant. The sauce overwhelmed the whole thing. I tasted my friend's cheesecake, which was also way too sweet.
Our server, James, was nearly invisible throughout the meal. He did check once the entrees and desserts had been served, but too soon after they were placed on the table for us to have really passed judgement on either. The entree plates were removed by someone else, so James couldn't see I'd left a good deal of my duck. But he made no mention of our almost untouched desserts. In his defense, we didn't voice our complaints. I knew we wouldn't be back.
Tom Colicchio, if you'd been a Top Chef contestant I would have had to say, "Tom, please pack your knives and go."
Honestly I was a little disappointed. Watching Tom on judged cooking competitions and how tough he is I I was expecting great food. My duck breast was chewy and the risotto was overcooked. The staff was very attentive and efficient. Would probably not recommend Heritage Steaks to friends.

Lovely ambience even though it's ajacent to the casino area. Quet, relaxing, beautiful environment, the service was impeccable and the food was really perfect. We had the iceberg wedge which was scrumptious, the filet mignon with blue cheese crust and creamed spinach-a true steakhouse feast!
Overall very good. My Prime Rib was underwhelming but the filet and short rib were great. My wife had the Salmon and she enjoyed it. We also had shrimp cocktail & shrimp scampi for starters. Preferred the cocktail over the scampi. The cheddar biscuits with a touch of jalapeño were also very good. Overall a good dinner but not the best steakhouse I’ve been to in Vegas
