Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steaks - Mirage Hotel & Casino
Salty, overpriced, so loud that it was distracting, and they refused to accept their own gift certificate Just don’t go!
The food was delicious and the service was very good. We came in for a business dinner and had a wonderful time.
For Being a judge on Top Chef I thought this would have been better. For the price I would say it was average for a steak house. I think there are better options if in Vegas.
1 word: Amazing! All around wonderful. The service was impeccable! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Food was delicious. Must have the risotto!
Our favorite restaurant in Vegas. We will eat here as many times as we can. The dining room staff is attentive and the food is amazing.
Bang for the buck this was not. I fully understand the added cost for a high end meal. I have been a food judge for over 13 years and have attended many restaurants of this caliber. The service was good with far more attention to the end of the meal when the tips was expected than in the beginning when the client sat with great expectations. The food was disappointing. My 42 day dry aged steak was tough and dry making me think that it sat under the heat lamp for a while. The short ribs were delicious in flavor and unctuous but stringy. The carrots were, well, boring. Nantes carrots should pop with sweetness and carrot flavor, these did not.
Very nice place but with excellent place prices. As a new Yorker I am used to the over 200 dollar dinner for two. The meat seemed top quality. The preparation less so. Still very good.
Great food and service
Great steaks, great service.
Dinner was great. Our server loved his work and it showed
Amazing service!!! Food was excellent
This restaurant is amazing! I ordered the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron with Chimichurri—possibly the best steak I’ve ever had (my husband ordered the bone-in ribeye, which was also excellent, though a little too big to finish) and for sides we got the mushrooms (my husband’s favorite part of the meal) and the truffle risotto, which we both agreed was fantastic. We shared a simple mixed greens salad to start (it is definitely big enough for two), and even that was extremely tasty. We ordered the Alaskan King Crab as an appetizer, which also exceeded our expectations. They come half cracked so they were easy to eat, and the serving size was generous, fortunately, as my toddler son actually ate most of it (it was his first time tasting crab, and we were surprised by how much he loved it). Even the bread was incredibly good—mildly spicy (which for us, is a plus) but really unique and delicious.
The ambience is also perfect—not too loud, aesthetically balanced, elegant without being pretentious, and I love how the style of the restaurant is consistent with the style of the hotel/lobby with vegetation, water and a somewhat open ceiling so that you get the light from the hotel lobby’s skylight above. For early diners like ourselves that was an especially nice feature, and the sound of water running was also soothing.
Last but not least, the service was fantastic. Our servers and attendants were friendly and all around great, even with our 20 month old son; in fact, they did everything possible to accommodate him and even joked with him and called him by his name. Our server also helped us pick the perfect wine for our steaks.
It was really a perfect dining experience—and one worth repeating, even in a place like Vegas where there are so many good options.
For us, it is definitely a special occasion place, as it is not cheap, but it is well worth the price. Nothing is ridiculously priced and, as said, the portions are all generous. We will definitely be back.
My wife had the prime NY strip and I had the bone-in dry aged NY strip. Both were cooked at a perfect medium rare, but the prime NY strip surprisingly tasted better. I thought the sear on the prime steak was much better than the dry aged steak. We both have had better steaks in other Vegas restaurants at or below the same price range. We also had the truffle risotto as a side. Unfortunately, we did not taste the truffle. Also, the wonderful truffle aroma was lacking.
Our server appeared to be more focused on other tables. It took longer than it should have for our check to arrive.
The placement of our table allowed for a small opening for patrons to exit the restaurant. Rather than taking the normal exit, we found most patrons and restaurant workers took the small opening next to our table. This did make for some awkward moments.
For the price, we expected better food and a better experience. It was definitely not worth the special trip we made from Kingman, AZ.
One of our Vegas favorites! Service is outstanding and the wood fired steaks are phenomenal.
Made a reservation for a pre-show dinner prior to the 7 PM Love:The Beatles show at the Mirage. Started with the grilled shrimp appetizer - it was tasty. We had the Short Rib (House Specialty) and the scallops. The short rib was good - but not amazing (for the $62 pricetag). Scallops were very good - but not anything special. Sides were good (truffles risotto was amazing- creamed corn was very spicy). Overall a good meal - but not up to Vegas standards. I would choose The Palm or Joe’s Stone Crab over this next time.
Filet had no flavor whatsoever. Anthony the waiter did a nice job. Very noisy place.
Superb evening on all counts. Highly recommend.
The food was delicious! Service was spectacular. Especially Allen.
Great atmosphere, terrific food, steak perfectly cooked, service was excellent. Highly recommend!
Great experience overall but one steak was undercooked
Food was simply amazing. Service impeccable as well. A must stop on every Vegas trip!
Great service - look for James, Sam, and the team. Great food - filets were done exactly as ordered, sides were a build on top of traditional. The wine selection was great. We all agreed, one of the better ones we have been to.
Went here our last night in vegas
Food was quite solid as i had the waggu beef steak
It was cooked perfectly and very tasty. 4 oz was perfect.
Had the wedge salad as an appetizer also very good.
The other guys had a combination of filet and strips.
The dinner and service was very good.
Lindsay the server was outstanding.
Service was outstanding and so was the meal.
Definitely one of the best steakhouses in Vegas!
Food was excellent as always.
Beautiful dry-aged bone-in strip, green beans w shaved almonds and figs, perfectly accompanied be a Shafer cab. It doesn’t get better than this.
Had a great meal with the guys.
Susan the waitress was excellent
After the bar ran out of blue cheese olives
She actually made them for us
Kenny Frankie and i had the. Strip steak
First it came out undercooked but it was excellent after
Paulie had the filet
Had the tower desert.
Crab legs to start
I have eaten here many times and every time our meal is fantastic and the service is incredible.
Unlike the staff at Colicchio’s Craft Steak, the staff at Heritage is exceptional. Caesar and Sam are extremely attentive, helpful, and professional. They make every return visit better than the last.
The food is always terrific.
Everything was just good to us. Not exceptional but not bad. We ordered a lot for 6 people and only complaint for food was the 32oz ribeye to share. It was just okay. Order it as a medium and it felt a tasted a little dry and plain. The king crab was amazing and my husband prime rib was so good! I did also enjoy the truffle risotto and corn. The staff was okay, didn’t check on us too often. We actually had to call someone to come take our order. I think my highlight is the ambiance.
Amazing experience with amazing waiter and Staff. Sam was very knowledgeable
Absolutely delicious! This place never lets us down. Best steak I’ve ever had!!
The food was delicious. The waiter was on top of everything and so attentive!
Been here before and loved the food. This time I thought the risotto was on the bland side. Other than that, it was amazing!
The restaurant was very fitting of Tom Colicchio’s style. All the servers were gentlemen and the ambiance was very masculine - all good things in my opinion!! The servers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was fantastic, definitely met and even exceeded expectationss.
Chef need to make the lobster bisque soup like the original KOKOMO's.
Good food; good service. Odd location right adjacent to the casino floor which undercut the ability to totally enjoy the experience.
My husbands steak was very good, did not care for mine much. I love chimichurri sauce, but it was pilled about 3 inches thick on my steak. They called it a glaze, not so much. We ate at Delmonico s as well and it was much better in every way. Not too impressed with Heritage house.
Four tries to deliver a NY Steak medium. Came to me well done, then raw, then rare and by then my dinner companions were done eating. How can a steak house not get it right? I gave up and ate the side dishes.
We had a wonderful dinner expertly guided by Caesar and his team. The crab cake appetizer was done right just enough breading to hold it together. The steaks were perfectly medium and juicy. It was a delightful culinary experience.
