We went before 6 I didn’t realize some things were half price at that time.

The spicy tuna and salmon rolls should be called cucumber rolls with a touch of tuna or salmon and were not spicy. The bang bang calamari was greasy floating in some secret mayo sauce.

Had the ramen noodle burger it was so greasy as to be reflective.

Even at half price it was not worth the visit.

Our table was by the server station which was piled with extra chairs causing the servers to bang into our table constantly. So that did not contribute to the ambiance.

Very disappointing would not return.

My friend and I had a great time, but once we were done it took forever to get the check from our waitress. She was just MIA for over 20 mins. Strange!
Still, it was delicious!

Nice selection of half price food and drink during happy hour. Quality of the sushi and food was very good. Orange blossom cocktail was great. Only issue was that it took us so long to put our order in. We asked to move to a different 2 top table before we ordered and there was some obvious confusion which resulted in a new server. This seemed unnecessary and took about 20 min to get our order taken. The place is super small so why the need for a new server??? All things considered I might give it another try at happy hour some day. Not a great place for a date as the 2 tops are right on top of your neighbor.

I booked a reservation for 12 people on Saturday night (4/14/2018) for a surprise birthday celebration. When I finally got my pesky friends to give me their yes/no decisions, I realized we had 14 total! I called the restaurant and they had no problem with it and asked if there was something special going on. I let them know about the surprise and they were totally in on the whole thing! Our server was really great and the service was seriously fast considering we had 15 people (yes, an extra person showed who wasn’t accounted for)! This is my second time at this restaurant and I really do love it. My only complaint is that $25 pitcher of margarita is steep for the actual size of the pitcher but I digress. Everything else is awesome!

Repeat diners. Creative dishes, always delicious! Some menu items change, so even though I would like to have dish again, it gives me chance to try something new.
Service is outstanding!

The food at Tokyo Pub was great. However, the service tonight was very below standard...
* Ordered 2 Maki rolls. After the food arrived, there was no offering of chopsticks, soy sauce and soy sauce tray. My waiter wasn’t around and I had to ask the hostess for them.

* After ordering, the waiter never was a no show. No one came by to check up on us and on our food. It was only after we finished our meal, and waiting a bit ... and that was when our waiter finally shows up again.

At Tokyo Pub, I am normally very happy with food. The service staff have always been professional and attentive.
Today was probably just a bad day for the waiter. I will visit the restaurant again.

The place is cute. Service and the Tacos were great. Sushi had imitation crab and zero flavor so I wouldn’t get the sushi there again.

Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait over half an hour for a table. Our reservation was for 5pm, right in the middle of happy hour, and the restaurant was full! Lots of people waiting and they were very backed up on their reservations.

Service was decent and the staff comped our appetizers to make up for the long wait- that was very much appreciated. It was our first time dining here and the food was actually quite good.

Food-
Japanese Hot Rock Appetizer: Delicious! Sauce was great, loved the cucumber pairing.
Potstickers: Standard. Nothing too exciting.
Sesame Chicken Taco: Lots of ginger. Very flavorful!
Crying Tiger Shrimp Taco: Decent.
Crispy Fish: A little dry, still tasty.
Spicy Salmon Roll: Decent. Lots of flavor.
Scorpion Fire Roll: Amazing! Get it, you won't regret it!
Tokio Spicy Tuna Roll: Nice little kick to it. Will order again.
Togarashi Tots: First tater tots I've enjoyed. Sauce has a good kick.

Drinks-
In Bloom: Delicious. Not too sweet.
Tauntaun: Standard Moscow Mule.
Mandarin Blossom: Strong orange aroma. Very drinkable.

The LettuceEats app indicates (Kids Eat Free off the Kid's Menu on Sat and Sun from 4 to 6pm) so we ordered two kid's meals for my kids but when the check came, they were NOT free. I asked why then waitress said she will check with the manager but she came back and told us that's old promotion and the page never get updated. I honestly doubt the waitress really checked with the manager since it was a busy Sunday during happy hour. Tokio Pub managers has much better service than this. If the manager can't comp it, i would think he/she will stop by and apologize at least.

3rd time at this little place and although our evening was enjoyable, we were sad to see that they updated the Happy Hour menu and removed our favorite maki roll: Rangoon Roll (even though it still shows as part of Happy Hour on web menu) :(

The happy hour specials cannot be beat! From 4-6pm everday they have happy hour specials for half off most food and drinks. We ate two rolls of sushi (we loved the scorpion shrimp roll), pot stickers, sesame chicken tacos and drinks for $30. I'm not sure what dinner price for great food can beat that!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tokio Pub! The food was unique and delicious. We had the filet hot rock appetizer which was unlike anything we’ve ever done. We also had a sample of three different tacos and the King Pao fried chicken. Everything was excellent, will definitely come back!

I've dined here many times over the years, but the food quality just did not seem as good as it used to be. Tacos were 'ok', but served a little less than warm. The sushi was 'good', but it used to be much better. Maybe because I dined during 'happy hour' the food was being rushed without any quality concern? Still good, just know it should be better based on previous experience.

We went for lunch this week and ordered the kung pao fried chicken for the first time, and it wasn't good. We eat here every few months and it seemed this time was off as the tacos were a bit soggy. We were there just after lunch and the service was turtle slow...maybe the servers were having their lunches at the same time. It was just a fair visit at best.

chill sunday with a fantastic Bloody Mary and pork belly bao. We all ordered something different and got to sample. The Ramen burger was perfectly cooked and great to share. Tater Tots had a bit of fire to them. Shrimp Tacos were ok - probably wouldnt order again. Chiken tacos were a winner. Brussel Sprouts were 50/50 sprout to bacon - definitely will order again. Hot Stones were so much fun. Beef was good but Tuna was the BOMB!

The food was delicious. Tried the fried chicken for the first time, I chose to have it with the japanese sauce and I loved it. The Volcano Roll was fresh and great. My husband and I each had 2 different cocktails and all 4 were made perfect. Our waiter was nice, attentive, and helpful.

We were seated promptly and the service was great. The food, however was lacking . Except for the spiciness not so much flavor. The best thing was the tenderloin on the hot rocks.

Went there with the family for a causal dinner. Service was good and food was decent. Love the pork belly in the ramen. The dumpling app was on a small side for the price, flavor was good but not exceptional. Would stop by to grab a dinner if happen to be in the area.

We have visited on many occasions always finding the service and food to be excellent.
The recently updated menu does not disappoint. The "Fusion" approach offers many menu choices, even for the finicky table companion. The lettuce group knows how to run its restaurants.
