Terrible drinks. Microwaved pizza would have been better than the flatbread I ordered. I sent it back. The server didn’t even ask what was wrong or if he could get me anything else. I didn’t want to order dessert after all that. But my best friend just had to have it. We ordered chocolate lava cake. It was disgusting.

Bluezoo is the best restaurant in Disney World, imho. People go out of their way to make sure you enjoy the food and the experience. Absolutely love it.

God sizes portions for the price, the quality and presentation were fantastic. Wine selection and ability to customize your meal were second to only a few high end main city restaurants. Upscale restaurants that carters for children that know how to sit and act in a restaurant.

Almost the worst meal I’ve ever had. Thanksgiving special for $44 and was not much bigger than an appetizer. It was barely warm. I can’t imagine a chef sending this meal out, and I’ve had good meals here in the past but will never go here again.

I've been visiting the Bluezoo for quite a few years, but this is my first visit in about three years, simply awesome on all aspects. Christina took care of us, the wife and I just felt grateful for her kindness, knowledge about her offerings and great personality. Domingo & Ilona November 18th

This was one of the best dining experiences with delicious food. We ate here twice during our stay. The pan Asian skirt steak was amazing and highly recommended which is why we came twice. Crab nachos were so tasty and flavorful. The second night the server could not be bothered with us. Barely checked in and was kinda rude when placing our drink order. If he was our server the first night, I may have not come back despite everything else being stellar

Had a party of 8 and had no problem making a reservation. The restaurant was empty when we were seated. It took us an hour and a half to get our entree and they were cold. The server never returned to check on us. Overall experience was very poor. Prices were way too high for what we received. Spoke with manager and he did comp our check for 20%. But the whole experience was poor.

The server was the best part of our experience, he was very nice and engaging with a party of 6. My daughter is 8 years old and he treated her very well along with talking to her about his daughters and their personal experiences with Disney. He made us feel at home and comfortable. He gave us advice on what to look st and which rides to take. Unfortunately, if the best part of fine dining is the server then the restaurant was a miss. Although the server was fantastic, the food was not at a price point that I would typically associate with what we received. Small portions with a large price tag. Very few options. And not all entrees included sides without a secondary markup. My wife is a chef and was quite disappointed with the flavor of her steak. For $60 you can go to a chain restaurant and get a better steak for less money. Lastly, the restaurant was very cold and 4 out of 6 in our party were using the napkins to cover their shoulders to keep warm. I would recommend if you want great friendly service, but not if you want a good expensive meal.

Wait staff were excellent. The only thing that would have made it more enjoyable would be if parents would keep their children in their seats, but that is not on the restaurant. I just don't understand some parents. Do they know how dangerous it is for the kids and staff?

The staff was amazing as usual ! Our server Christina, as well as Brandon and Ray all made our experience wonderful. Kudos to the GM Lindsey for adding some special touches for our special occasion. Highly recommend !

Wonderful seafood and the service is great. Seafood is particularly good but other options. Business travelers can always sit at the bar too and be welcomed. Be sure to walk outside around the circle by Epcot, it's a great after dinner walk.

Well, I was impressed with the food I was not with the service. Server seemed annoyed with our order which really thru me off. Sorry I am ordering 2 apps instead of a main dish. It was the same price so what is the issue? The decor is beautiful.

Our server was outstanding and the food over all was good. We loved the crab nachos and the whole roasted fish. The Szechuan lobster had phenomenal flavor but the lobster was so over cooked I couldn’t hardly chew it up. The mushroom lo-mein it was on was so good and the crab salad. I was so disappointed the lobster was over cooked.

It was very beautiful just like I remembered it's been a year since I've been here and the vibe is still amazing. The food is great the atmosphere is great the employees are even better. They went out of their way to accommodate any changes I had in my preservation I kept me updated on everything.

The service was very good and the appetizer was great, the flat bread. When the main course arrived, the vegetables were warm, the risotto lacked flavor, and the fish was dry.

Bring your wallet and prepare to pay resort prices. Once you get past that, the food was exceptional. We ate at a booth near the bar because the area of the restaurant is more themed than the dining room. Our service was 5 star!

It was a wow. The service and the food were both very intentional and perfect. The cocktails too. It was a loud for sure and had a good overall vibe. Definitely worth making it part of your travels.

Very upscale and classy restaurant featuring a very superbly lit and modern bar. The food is outstanding, the service stellar, and the prices reflect properly what you are getting. The food is top notch, prepared and presented excellently and they have many fine desserts to top off your excellent meal. It is an experience, an occasional treat for a special occasion and perfect for a romantic dinner or a business dinner.
