Had not been to this location although my colleague had heard of the Vegas location. Food was delicious and menu varied nicely. Not a place for an intimate meal given the layout but great for lunch.

Todd English is a must EVERY time we are in NYC! It is a lunch place for us with superb bites. I had their 3 gyro dish which was 3 very small gyros served on a small piece of a kind of bread with superb flavor and excellent Tsakziki. I loved it! My husband had an excellent flat bread. their wines by the glass are well chosen and very good. Can't wait for my next visit!

Our server- Gabby was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the experience that much better. The food was also absolutely delicious. And the drinks were unique and tasted good but definitely pricey.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxing and the music was not very loud. Overall a great experience. I will be returning for another visit. Thank you.

Overall we 5 had a fun experience. Our waiter Galloway was wonderful. Everyone order from a different kitchen. Food was good and served pretty promptly. The food hall is just a great nite out especially for a group!

We made our reservation about one week in advance. When we got to the food court area and found the restaurant's location, we couldn't figure out where the entrance was. We went to one opening where there was what looked like a hostess stand and were ignored. We circled around and found another opening that seemed like an entrance. We were ignored. I finally went into the restaurant, found a waiter and asked where the entrance was. He described it. It is through the Todd English MARKET. How would diners know that? When we got to the hostess stand there, the hostess took several minutes to finish a conversation with a colleague, then asked what we needed. We told her we had a reservation. She and the colleague stared at their restaurant map and discussed where they would "put us" for several minutes (really!) We were about to say never mind when she told the staff person where to sit us. Turned out to be the end seats at a bar where the view was of half opened boxes of cellophane, empty beer containers and other operations-type things. After we were seated, we received very attentive service from a waitress who said many people have trouble finding the restaurant entrance. The food was very average. I rarely write a bad review but the ambiguous restaurant entry and lack of signage is a known and very fixable problem.
The attached photos were taken from our seats at the bar.

We were very disappointed! Our reservation for two was not honored, we were sat in a community style table and were told that the tables they had empty were reserved. The gluten free prosciutto and fig flat bread was brought and no side plates to eat from were brought until ten minutes later. The Todd sliders were brought much later. Our water glasses were never refilled. To top it off a lady in our shared table decided to breast feed her toddler right there in front of us! Food and service left a lot to be desired!

Rude host, below average food and expensive for a "food court". So many other options around at the same price.

Multiple stations providing many choices!! Seafood towers, flatbreads, soups, sandwiches, grilled meats, sushi, the list is lengthy and everything is good. Food is brought promptly. Wine list is very good. Enjoy the experience!

My niece, sister in law, and I came here after seeing a show. We originally came for restaurant week, but decided to order from the menu. It was an upscale, casual dining hall. We all enjoyed our food. My niece, who is 6 years old said, "On a scale of 1 to infinity, the pizza was Infinity." It was the best pizza she ever had. The Caesar salad and beef sliders were great, as well as the sweet potato fries. The service was good. This would be a great place to come for happy hour. I would recommend it, especially to experience The Plaza.

We were reluctant to ask to see restaurant week selections (didn't want to be THAT table) but we did and our experience was great- service was perfect- summer cocktails, gazpacho, scallops, a little gelato-thanks Todd and all- we had a delightful time

Not impressed. Which is quite sad because the food was actually great. I LOVED the food, seriously. But, we showed up and we walked around looking for someone to sit us down... once we found a waiter he brought us back to the front... we got seated at the bar, without option, even though we had reservations and there were other tables... I asked for the restaurant week menu, they had no idea where that was, there were two of us and they only found one menu... ok. My friend ordered off the regular menu, I went with the RW menu. Food took forever. We had paid the check and I still had to wait for the dessert. Also... it was SO loud. there was a family behind and the kids were making such a raucous, you'd think they trying to take them to school or something. No one did anything about it. It wasn't fun.

The chicken was tasty, but the rib eye wasn't great. The decor was nice and the service was good, but with all of the dining options in NYC, Todd English was unremarkable.

This place is fun to bring out-of-towners. It's a buzzy atmosphere, the food is good, and it's designed like a food hall so there are plenty of options for everyone. It's expensive for a casual meal... so be aware before you go.

Have been her so so so many times ,,, Was here whenit was much smaller and much more crowded. Food was amazing even though menu was much smaller and some of our favs where missing . My only problem which is very minor , is sitting at a high top and not having enough room for all your plates.

I've been a fan of Todd's since his Olives and Figs Boston days. The food is always good. Could be updated... The service at the bar was ok. The bartender was good but distracted with a full bar and drink service. I'll definitely give it another chance but there's definitely room for improvement

We spent a wonderful day in Central Park. We have spent several nights at the Plaza and come to Todd English often for dinner. Normally we have a wonderful experience with wonderful service but today was different. The service from our waitress was awful. Our order was over $1100 (including 18% that was automatically added because we had a party of 8) and she didn't even check to see if we needed anything. We had to ask for the drinks for our children a few times and didn't once clear a plate. The table was cluttered with dishes and when we asked her for anything she just seemed annoyed. When we were leaving the manager told us we could not leave with our champagne, which I understood even though we were going shopping in the hotel but then when we asked if we could go back to our table and sit and finish he told us we could not. Of course, we will be back because it's one of our favorite places but this skewed our view. Just thought management she be aware.
