Toby Keith's - Harrah's Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Went to Toby Keith's for a 9 person birthday dinner in Vegas - obviously not 5 star so expectations were not super high, but left disappointed. Appetizers were decent, drinks were okay, but dinner was terrible. Food didn't taste good and we ended up sending to meals back entirely. The only people who finished their meals were the ones who ordered appetizers as their dinner. Go for the apps and live music - eat dinner somewhere else.
We had a great time, our waitress was great, food and service too! We stayed for the band and the were the best, talented and fun. we were celebrating my mom's birthday and they made her feel like a queen!!! L
Loved everything about Toby Keith's restaurant!!!
We had an 8:00 reservation and were seated on time. The restaurant was not at all crowded. It took 20 minutes for a server to greet us, another 10 minutes for our water to arrive at the table and we ended up leaving before our drinks came because this was by far the WORST service we've ever received.
We were very patient and friendly, but when a restaurant is not at all crowded and you can't get service from your server it's just time to walk out and spend your money elsewhere. Which is exactly what we did.
Larger party usually = Large check & big tips . . . In this case that $60 tip went to someone else.
Overall decent dining experience. Word of advice, keep your receipt and double check your final charge as this restaurant thought it was ok to charge extra to my credit card by adding more to the tip that I had left. Report them if you had the same experience.
Had dinner here while staying at Harrah's Las Vegas. Restaurant is part of the hotel/casino. Good service and food. Good variety of food. Try the Fried Twinkies...very good and only $4. If you're looking for a quiet restaurant, this isn't the place for you.
Every year that we come to Vegas we eat at Toby Keith's restaurant in the Harrah's Casino. We love southern food and got the bologna sandwich with cheese with miracle whip and it was good as always. The sandwich is big and we were only able to eat one half of it. It's a nice touch with it being on Texas Toast. I ordered the potato salad with it and it was good. We were too full for dessert, but there are some good choices on the menu.
We have eaten at other Toby Keith restaurants and the service was better. But usually not great. This service was terrible at best. We sat and waited 13 minutes for waitress to start our order. It took another 6 minutes to get them. Our waitress barely knew we were there. She had 4 larger tables and spent most of her time there, so probably a management thing too. We ordered salads and asked for them to precede our dinner. We asked our waitress (had to grab her as she was flying by) if our salads were going to beat our meal out. She said yes any minute. Needless to say it all showed up at the same time after waiting nearly 25 minutes. The bad thing is that the tables were only about 60% full too.
Hostess ,waitress and food were all AMAZING!
The only thing we didnt like was the horrible bar service. It took the bartender like 10 minutes to take our drink orders. And it wasn't busy. Another couple that got there after us were serviced before us. That set us in a bad mood we wanted to leave. If it weren't for the hostess and the really nice waitress we wouldve left.
We went there for my daughters 18th birthday. Everything was good with good portions, but my mom and I shared the steak sandwich. We had to send it back because we asked for medium/well and it was rare. So not even 5 minutes later the waiter brought out a new one. This time the steak was thinner and still not cook, we couldn't even eat it. But the rest of the people in our party enjoyed their meals.
We love this restaurant and try to eat here every time we are in town. The pulled pork sandwich is delicious as is the potato salad. My husband enjoyed his barbecued chicken. The beer was nice and cold served in a large mason jar. The music is great and you can still hear each other talk.
We had a great time! The food was delicious - my husband had ribs and I had Portabello burger. The serving size was ample for each. I ordered a Mule drink, upon the recommendation of our server. It was tasty and BIG!
Our server (so sorry I've forgotten his name) was very nice, informative and prompt.
