Brunch: Saturday - Sunday: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Food was excellent, plenty to choose from, service prompt and waitress was superb.
Super place in the middle of the hub of the world!!!
I had initially made reservations for 6 people at 7pm, which was not a problem. But then as the day progressed we had to change our reservations to 8 p.m., and there still was no problem, they were very accommodating. We arrived and the place was not very packed but the ambiance was very nice. It looks very rustic, similar to a European style pub. Our waitress, who was very pregnant at the time, treated us like family, she was very professional and a very nice person to deal with. By the way, we went in mid July and she is due in early September, she's a trooper. We ordered our food, two orders of the Fish & Chips, three different styles of hamburger, and I had the pan roasted cod with the Lobster mashed potatoes. All the food was outstanding. I really liked the pan roasted cod. It was so well prepared I would go back for seconds and thirds and fourths of this particular dish. We all enjoyed ourselves and would go back again.
Always a great place to eat/drink before an event at MSG. Close enough to walk but far enough that it is packed with crazed fans. Food is always very good and a nice selection of beers.
Love this place - never disappoints. From the friendly staff to the delicious food, we always look forward to our visits.
The place was recommended so we gave it a try. Service was very good but the food was OK.
Pleasant environment, not too loud, great food, good service. Good value for the price.
Extensive lunch menu of both pub favorites and unique creations. Muscles with chorizo were to die for. Pub standbys fish and chips and chicken pot pie were good size and very tasty. Fried chicken bacon lettuce tomato onion ciabatta was really good as was the gorgonzola pear roast pork flat bread. We will definitely be back.
Sunday brunch was very quiet. Hardly anyone there. I can't really comment on the quality of the food since I had the Irish breakfast and my friend had a burger. Both choices were fine. The Irish breakfast was copious and guaranteed to clog your arteries, which is exactly what you want from it. Service was attentive, but again the place was almost deserted. Other times and days, it must be lively given the enormous sq footage of the venue.
Nice casual place for a friendly get together. Excellent burgers, friendly service.
We had dinner here between Parts I & II of Harry Potter. My husband wanted to watch the golf tournament. It was perfect! Hamburgers were great and the chicken was delicious. Portions are very large and we should have shared the appetizers. Waiter was very nice. Excellent range of wine, beer and ciders. We sat in a quiet area right next to a big screen TV. Husband was happy!
I've been here several times and it's always been a great experience. The food is great and they have a large selection of beers and drinks. On top of that, the nooks are very cozy especially for a get together between girlfriends!
Overall, our dining experience was very good. Other than the Thai Mussels not being fully cooked, the other dishes were very tasty and we definitely got our money's worth because the portions were large. Our waitress was attentive and food and drinks were served promptly.
Love this restaurant! Great value for lunch! The food was tasty and the decor is unique and beautiful!
Love the Shepherd's pie made with lamb! I introduced my boyfriend to it. He loved it!
There was a fun Irish band playing Sat. Night with several people enjoying the music & dancing.
I was with a friend and we decided to share small plates instead of having entrées.
The Reuben arancini, roasted beet, goat cheese and arugula salad and the Korean barbecue lettuce wraps were all delicious choices, as was the warm apple tart with cinnamon ice cream we had for dessert.
The service was slightly on the inattentive side: I had to go look for our waitress two or three times ( dessert list, check, etc). We didn't mind very much because we were not in a hurry and it certainly was nice not being rushed to leave the table, however, I would have preferred not having to seek someone.
Needed a place to eat before a concert at MSG. We made our way here and were pleasantly surprised by our evening. Service was excellent, the food was very good, roasted chicken and the shepherds pie were excellent. Plenty of beers on tap, good selections to choose from.
Great food, great atmosphere, a little pricey but totally worth it-you won’t be disappointed! The noise level was loud because it was St Patrick’s day and they had live music. However, my husband and I had a table that was not in the direct bar area and we were still able to have conversation. Check it out, it’s a fun place!
Had a tasty lunch on St. Patty's day at this restaurant. Good service but the crowds had not come yet since it was before noon time. Enjoyable atmosphere.
We went to this restaurant for brunch/lunch before Broadway show Saturday matinee. Delicious and varied brunch menu at a reasonable price. Great service. Would go there again.
Friendly place with good food. We meet family and friends for lunch several times a year, 8 last year. Never get rushed and the food is always good Never been disappointed. Give it a shot...
Great service - very attentive without hovering. Fun, casual atmosphere. Music level was good, not too loud. First time here and not disappointed. Nice place for a drink or dinner.
TNN time square is my goto place when I hang out with friends who commutes via port authority. They have good beer selection, happy hour and decent food menu. This is also a good place that has the right amount of noise to keep it lively while you can have conversations.
We were pleasantly surprised with the the ambiance of the restaurant. Beautiful decor. The wait staff was very friendly. The food was a good value and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We are sure to return.
Great Irish Pub where the food and taste is excellent, ...also a nice array of different beers.
They have two locations in Manhattan. Congratulations to the chefs!!!
Never disappoints - Great pub food, excellent service.
I called to make a reservation over a week ago to watch the Patriots game and celebrate my anniversary. They guaranteed that I would be at a high top and be able to see the game. We get there and we are seated in a corner, not able to see any TVs! They told us they had no other tables. When I mentioned I had spoken to a manager on Wednesday the hostess worked with us. (Again, Helen claimed that I said this was negative, when I didn't) Got an okay table where people used us as the main walk way, better than not seeing anything at all! Tamara (our server) was amazing! Although very busy - the bar backed up, host sitting her horribly, etc. She was calm and collected. I felt for her being in these shoes before. The food was mediocre at best. 7 dollars for a side of fries that is about the size of a small at McDonald's. My drink came half full. (Again not her fault) She said the bar was mad I ordered a margarita. If you struggle to make a margarita during a dinner rush, you shouldn't bartend. Tamara took off a bucket of beers and a margarita for us- so again I felt for her. She even made us a reservation for next game at any table we wanted. The only reon I'd be back would be to support her!
UPDATE: The manager Helen called me to CANCEL my reservation next week for the game. (She claims that it is because I wrote a harsh review, sorry it was all honest) On top of that, she told me I could have my 50 dollar tip back that I left the server on a 40 dollar bill. WOW. If this was ever my manager, I would be embarrassed to work for her! So sorry Tamara! Go somewhere that appreciates you! The owners should really be embarrassed and think about who is running their restaurant they are lucky they are in Times Square --- an overflow spot for other places when they are packed -- or just a bar with an Irish name that sounds comfortable-- but isn't.
Our server was great, especially considering how busy it was. Food always excellent,so much fun for Patriots games
Absolutely wonderful evening for birthday celebration. Loved the ambience, food, and especially the drinks. The bartender made the best Hendricks gin and tonic with cucumbers.
Restaurant and bar is in an excellent location, but food was very poor and service just ok.
Warm and comfortable place with solid menu. Wonderful selection of beer and ciders.
The cod, in particular, was outstanding. Our server, a pretty lady from Limerick, was patient , professional and friendly. We enjoyed our meal on New Year's Eve. Great location a few blocks from Times Square and the Port Authority.
Christmas Day dinner. We had to move tables so they gave us our first drinks on the house
first Irish restaurant I went to that does not serve traditional Irish food such as Shepard pie
Food was lovely and arrived quickly. Unfortunately waitress wasn't too friendly - overheard her complaining to other staff members that she didn't want to be there and was abrupt with customers. Forgot a few items even though the place was quiet but the busser brought it over. (He was very nice.) Otherwise it's a lovely bar/restaurant.
Stopped in at a friend's recommendation and we were glad we did. The restaurant is charming and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The brunch menu had both brunch and lunch options and the bloody marys were excellent. We all loved our food as well. Our server Tricia was great, friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely going back!
Football game and birthday
Saturday brunch. Best Irish coffee in the world. Eggs Benedict and Traditional Irish Breakfast were both perfection. Nice and quiet for conversation
The music videos were great. Service so-so. The food was VERY AVERAGE. It’s ridiculous to pay the same for a turkey burger and a black bean burger. We spent $100. Not. Worth. It. A plus was that it was next door to our hotel and it was snowing.
It was alright. We went for happy hour but the waitress told us there was none and as we were leaving later that evening....it was written on the board. That was confusing. They also no longer offered pasta options. The website is outdated since the menu (bar and food) were not the same.
