Love the build your own bloody mary bar! The brunch offerings are definitely better than an average brunch. The frittata and spinach and tomato benedict were fabulous!

Timpano's Chophouse was great. We were at our table 20 minutes and hadn't been served, so we had to speak to the hostess to get a waiter to take our order. Once that was addressed, we had a wonderful evening. My dinner was great, orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage, my boyfriend had Bronzino, which he though was bland. The service wound up being very good, but the best surprise was the live Jazz band, Acme Jazz Garage, they made our evening. Will definitely go here again should we get back to Tampa.

Excellent brunch! Food and service were all top-notch. Bottomless mimosas where YOU control the amount of juice. Attentive staff and no one is trying to push you out the door. Great, relaxing afternoon on their patio.
While visiting Tampa we wanted to enjoy the Hyde Park vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed our outdoor dining in the rain with jazz music in the background (indoors). The choice to dine outside was last minute but worked perfectly as the rain was lovely and the noise level inside was uncanny.

Took our grandson here for early dinner who attends Tampa University. Great location, nice ambiance, and hot spot. Food is good but from from great. I had Veal Marsala which was tuff. My husband had the Buccatini with Shrimp which was not very tasty. My grandon's NY Strip seemed to be good. Service was excellent. I would try it again when we go back for a visit.
We love coming to Timpanos. Always great food. While here you have to have the Skillet Clams and Skillet Mussels. Outstanding! Our table ordered a bit of everything. Steaks were perfectly cooked (would have liked real bernaise sauce rather than the bright yellow mustardy tasting sauce they call bernaise) Scallops, Lamb Chops and Chicken Parm. All were excellent!
We enjoyed a fabulous brunch on Easter at Timpano’s. There were six of us and we sat outside. The service was fantastic even though it was very busy. We all ordered the steak Benedict, except for one kid’s meal, everything was served hot and was delicious! Our server was wonderful. He wasn’t pushy at all but anticipated our needs and we all commented on how impressed we were. Perfect afternoon!!
Our waiter was Travis and he was amazing. We didn’t realize we were coming for brunch (not the intention) but he helped us work through the menu and made awesome suggestions. The mussels were amazing and the bolognese was great. It was my birthday and my 3 year old loved the cupcakes that were brought out, so thank you! And the tiramisu I ordered was on point. More of a European style dessert with a lower sweetness, which I appreciate!
My wife and I have been coming here for years and we were very pleased with the updated menu. We tried a few of the new dishes and they were outstanding. We are both very happy with the updates Timpano has made recently.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant. It’s honestly good for any occasion! The food here is fresh and outstanding quality. The mussels are to die for (along with everything else we’ve ever had here).
My 2nd time at Timpano. I was in Tampa on business (from Philadelphia). I knew my guests would not be disappointed, nor was I.
The food is incredible and the wait staff really makes the experience enjoyable.
Timpano is a delightful throwback in time - Sinatra would have loved it. Outstanding food, great drinks, great service, an energizing atmosphere and real live (and good) music - where does that happen any more? This is restaurant the delivers a really unique and memorable experience. We’ve been coming to Timpano for nearly 10 years - and its better today than ever. Offering bar/indoor/outdoor/pet friendly dining experiences - it has a multiplicity of atmospheres all in one restaurant. This is a true gem in the resurgent Hyde Park district of Tampa - don’t miss it.
# times here now- 3 strikes and they're out. The food is never consistent and the service is hit or miss. We always spend over $100 every time too ...Last night we went for my husband's B Day- we ordered a bottle of wine- they were out of it- and all my husband wanted for hi B Day dinner was Osso Buco and THEY WERE OUT Of it !!! Service was not so great either- had to ask repeatedly for several things. Will not rush back

Our server Matt was excellent, the staff was courteous and accommodating. Good food, a little loud but it was the day not the restaurant. I will definitely go back.
Dinner out w/friends. Sat at 4-top in the bar area. Have been to Timpano many times. This occasion, service was awful. Server disappeared for several 15 minute stretches. Ridiculous. Food was very good.
Everything was very nice. The veal was tough and lacked any flavor. I have been to the restaurant many times and food has always been excellent so we will just not order veal

Spur of the moment we decided to go out for dinner. Timpano is an easy one mile walk from home. Dinner was great— we had fettuccine with shrimp and the mussels. Calvin was our waitperson and couldn’t have been more attentive. Loved the Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc.
Had such a lovely brunch!!! The service was fabulous and the food as always was so yummy.
My only disappointment was that I had asked to be seated outside, when checking in I was told outside seating was 1st come 1st serve although when walked in to the restaurant I saw reserved signs?
I always have such a wonderful time when dining at Timpanos - excellent service -wonderful food I felt this small blip was worth mentioning.

First time for us. Great place, great food. Love their red gravy. Had the veal chop. Grilled perfectly. Excellent service. Only downside, very noisy.
Service was slow, food was not great.
