Excellent food. Beautiful setting. Disappointed wait staff did not have masks. Although tables were separated.

We had a wonderful dining experience with our family for Father’s Day. Excellent food, excellent service, wonderful location!

The food, service and ambience were stunning! It was a perfect night to celebrate Father’s Day with my 80-year-old parents! We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the music playing in the background and the sun setting and had incredible food and tremendous service as usual!Timmers is one of Our favorite spots to celebrate special occasions or just have a great dinner out! They did not disappoint!

Great experience this past Saturday night!! We went to Timmer’s with another couple to celebrate our birthdays. First making the reservation through open table is so convenient. The evening was beautiful as the restaurant sits on Big Cedar Lake. There is outside dining which would’ve been our first choice however it was a little chilly. They did have heating towers next to the tables. The inside of the restaurant and bar were so clean. Very impressive! We were seated in the parlor room and there was plenty of social distancing space between the tables. Our server was amazing. Very attentive to our needs! The food stood out as over-the-top compared to other restaurants in the area - absolutely delicious! My favorite was the calamari appetizer. I have never had such a delicious dish as this. It will go down as our favorite calamari dish compared to any restaurant that I’ve been to. At the end they provided this wonderful strawberry dessert to celebrate our birthdays with a candle. It just was such a delightful evening!

We love Timmers for the food, service and atmosphere. For the first time ever, our prime rib was quite tough. We order ours medium rare, which it was, but very very tough. Unable to finish it. Usually it’s like butter!

We had a lovely evening at one of our favorite restaurants. The staff was accommodating with concerns regarding Covid, food delicious, and service attentive. I enjoyed the special, shrimp tacos! They were scrumptious. Because of the consistently good service, interesting menu, reasonable pricing, and comfortable romantic setting, we make Timmers our choice for dining often.

Great place to dine, my wife and I always enjoy it there. Social distancing was observed and the staff was masked up. Food was excellent.

It was our first time at Timmer's since it re-opened to in-person dining. It was great! Food was outstanding and the service (even with masks) was great. The filet mignon was excellent and the halibut special was amazing! We will be back soon.

Timmers is such a great place to dine. One of our favorite restaurants in the area. Food is always good and the staff is great.

Plenty of outdoor seating available. Friendly bartenders. Fillet Mignon was Excellent. Salad portion was large that was included with meal. Busy on a Wednesday evening; glad we made reservations.

Everything was excellent! Menu is fairly limited until they get back to operating full force, but what they offered was great! The walleye melts in your mouth!

I have been going to Timmers on Big Cedar Lake since I was a kid. We always used to go for the ambience, not as much for the food. Now the food is fantastic. It has been great since Mr. Prescott owned it and passed the torch to the new group. Keep it up! And folks, please try the calamari appetizer. Steaks great too. I'll be back!

On a Saturday night we had a reasonable wait at a cozy bar table. Food was delicious and service was attentive. A relaxed experience all around.

We have been to Timmer's many times. This was the first time we were seated in the 'White room' and we were initially disappointed to not be in the log room with the big fireplace. We quickly changed our minds. It was quiet, so it was easy to talk. We had a fireplace that was warm and pretty. Our meals were outstanding. We will be back... and we will recommend Timmer's to our friends.

Me and my boyfriend went for a late valentines date and we loved it. Great place and food and the service was good. We would definitely go back

Overall we like the place. Have gone there in the past but it had been a long time. The drinks were fine & the food was good but not great this time around. The duck came missing a side & the side of mushrooms & grilled onions for our steak was only warm when it arrived. Our server while pleasant may have been a bit new as the questions we asked about the menu she had to check back with the kitchen for answers.

First time there, food was excellent nice atmosphere. will go again

A pleasant experience in a wonderful environment. Bacon appeared to be overdone but they had a nice variety of foods for a brunch. Coffee and juice were extra. For the price, beverage should be included.

Ribs, filets and veggies were excellent. Usually like the bar fireplace, but someone who stokes it made it smoky in the bar area. That’s happened in the past. Not sure if they don’t have a way to open a damper to create a draft. Food seemed a little slow in coming compared to other times.

First time back after new ownership, just as good as before; great food, great atmosphere, fireplaces on a cold, windy night, and great service.

Sunday brunch excellent.Fish Fry very good. Most everything we've had very good.Great outdoor patio area and really nice bar.

Everything was great! Nice selection of brunch items and we were a table of 6. Nice location of table by the fireplace. Friends all said they would be back. We didn’t feel rushed and it was a perfect afternoon to catch up with friends. Staff was great and always there to refill coffee and clear plates. I could see why this has been listed a top brunch restaurant.

We had a large group - eight of us - and were seated near the beautiful wood burning fireplace. The night was cold and damp so the atmosphere was very warm and inviting - a beautiful place for dinner. The steaks at Timmer's are as good, and the filet maybe better, as anywhere we've been including the Capitol Grill downtown and the Farmstead in Cedarburg. The location, on Big Cedar Lake is very nice and in the summer allows for a nice walk on the shore before or after your meal. Service was outstanding, too.

Service was very slow. They put us at a table in the bar area and the music was so loud it was very hard to talk.

Our experience was excellent. We were the youngest ones there (29) and went for the New Year’s Eve dinner. Food was amazing. Atmosphere and live music was awesome. We really enjoyed ourselves as we didn’t want the typical New Year’s Eve club vibe where we can’t even hear eachother speak. Will definitely be returning!

I know it was New Year's Eve, but then only allow reservations for as many people as you can handle. Almost 2 hours for dinner??? Not the same place it was when George owned it. All about the money now. Too bad. Food was good, but nothing outstanding.

Our evening at Timmer’s was wonderful until a group of 3 couples old enough to know better decided to shake a very noisy cow bell every so often. They started in the bar area and brought it into the dining room to disrupt everyone’s dinner. Very disappointing as this is a lovely classy place to dine. Our food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful.
