As always, Tillman's was excellent. Waitress was very friendly. The food was excellent. We had a great glass of wine.
This is more of a contemporary take on a Texas Roadhouse. I'd call it more urban cowboy, or just plain urban. It's noisy and the seating puts everyone in close contact with their neighbors.
The food choices are not what I would expect in a real Texas Roadhouse though they did have the required chicken fried steak and hamburgers. But $28.00 seems a bit high for CFS. It's urban, what should I expect?
Great food after begin sold by original owner to the new owner. Glad space stayed the same and bar area is awesome along with bartender.
Brenda was an awesome server. She took great care of us! Wonderful experience. We’ll be back.
It was wonderful. Great food & great service!
Food was good as always. Service was poor at best.
The atmosphere was great for our family birthday meal. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Great experience.
Food was excellent and Brenda provided exceptional service although it was an unusually quiet Friday evening. If the weather is good try to get the table outside the main entrance. Great for people watching!
This is the best place to have a great meal. The food is awesome especially the chicken and waffles. Brenda was the best at making sure we were taken care of and they made my birthday very special.
It was wonderful! The s’mores were amazing! I was so happy with it!
Tillmans offered a creative spin on Texas cuisine. Fantastic experience and priced right...
Have been here many times but this time was different we had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get anyone to our table and then it was the bartender that actually waited on us which was OK but not ideal.
Also you’re in the house menu does not match your online menu at all.
Please put the goat cheese tater tot‘s back on your menu
Long wait for food, better mgmt. and quality of ingredients would help.
Server was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy and the prices were high. Much better food and service in this area for the same price.
Ambience good. Food also above average but nothing to rave about. Coffee was terrible - both the decaf and the regular. Service was the worst. Took at least 45 minutes for breakfast to get to table and that was only after we asked waiter to check on our food. It was busy and maybe the kitchen or wait staff was overextended but I won't be back.
Great place. Loved it and the smores made the night.
Tillman's is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so nice and attentive and my husband and I always have a fantastic experience. The food is wonderful and their dink selection is always on point!
Had a great Adult dinner...music & vibe was exactly what we were looking for ❤️
Sunday night about 7:30. Very quiet as there were not many patrons. Service was exceptional. Food delicious - biscuits, chicken and salmon.
Very nice. Sat us early. Nice table location. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great food! We will be back!
Place was great. Save it for a 3rd date, to loud for a first :)
Tillman’s Roadhouse is one of my favorites in Dallas, and it’s in a great location for walking, drinks, etc. The food is memorable, and the service is accommodating and friendly.
Went to Tillman's during their brunch menu- they were very accommodating and the service was top notch!
Brunch was great. Huevos Rancheros was excellent. Blood Orange Mismosa was a great twist on a traditional brunch favorite. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions.
Cocktail list was nice. I ordered off-list, and they did a fine job assembling my request drink. This was a second visit, and I was again impressed by very good service and high-end comfort food.
Not very busy on a Wednesday night. Drinks were good, food was excellent and service was good. Food took a little while but worth it. Price was a bit high but portions were large. Maybe some smaller portions at lower price, then we would have saved room for dessert.
This is my favorite restaurant in Dallas. It was such a great treat to share it on our anniversary. We showed up a little late but the service was still impeccable. They had great wine suggestions and were helpful with choosing entrees. The decor is gorgeous and I love the party room with peacocks. The shrimp and grits are wonderful and creamy!! I love the table top s’mores....always a class act. We can’t wait to come back next time we are in town!
This wasn't my first visit - but will likely be my last. Was very disappointed with the service as a whole. We even put on the reservation it was for a birthday - no acknowledgement of it. From not putting down menus/settings for some of the guests to not being accommodating of having a child to just general poor service. Almost had my party leave and go to Eno's was so upset by it.
Try the specials! Food was delicious!
This dinner was a surprise for my husband's birthday. He and our son share the same birthday, and even he loves sharing his special day, I wanted to make tonight extra special. And Tillman's staff did just that! The ambiance was perfect, food exquisite, and the service was probably the best we've ever received! I would recommend that everyone should visit this local gem. Thank you Tillman's for making tonight so special!
I would call Tillman’s an eclectic Texas bbq restaurant. They have all the chicken, beef and pork. However, our chicken had a great tasting sweet non-bbq sauce. We started with the fried green tomatoes. A basket full of thinner sliced pieces which were dipped in a garlicky spicey batter. And that dipping sauce. Ummm.
We also had a burger and wedge salad.
Definitely well worth it to try this place. And it’s in the cool Bishop Arts District.
One of our VERY favorite places! The food is excellent and the service is top notch!
Good food and service in a nice environment. Would recommend.
Great experience for a Sunday Lunch. The food was impeccable, the service was excellent, (forgetting por servers name) and even the manager Xavi took 5-10 minutes to chat with us ( Very nice touch, represents your restaurant well. I will be recommending other because of that and the other nice touches we experienced on a lazy day in Bishops Arts!
The food was very pricey although good, too much for just a friends casual dinner.
Went for brunch. Exceptional service and food. Great playlist!
Wide range of creative beverages and local brews. Wonderful service throughout the meal and the s’mores were tremendous. 3 hours went by very quickly
Tillman’s is a constant favorite for us!
Overall very good experience. I wish we could have sat in the back room but there was a private party in there. It felt too cozy.
