Tiller's resides in the Marriott. The restaurant it chic with several rooms throughout. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch. It was well done with a superb selection from cheeses to deserts, an omelet and waffle bar, salads, seafood, prime rib, and many, many other specialties. It was a bit pricey so I don't give it high value marks but for special occasion duty, this place rocked it. A free mimosa was provided for the Mother but the other adults had to purchase their own libation above and beyond the high ticket price. A small insult, considering. Regardless, they had a "Mimosa Bar" and a "Bloody Mary Station" so you could custom design your beverage with the house supplied booze. I appreciated this aspect even if the up sell was outrageous. We will likely be back when the bank account recovers and the next holiday excuse rolls around.
I ordered French onion soup. I didn't get till after my dinner came. The soup came in a coffee cup. The Salam was dry and no flavor. My husband dinner was dry. The kids meals stayed under the heat lamps way too long. The French fries were cold. I use to be a waitress.
We won't be back again. This was suppose to be my Mother's day dinner. Disappointed
A perfect Easter Sunday brunch! Noise level was very low, which we loved. Although there were diners in and out and food stations everywhere, we did not feel the least bit rushed or the least bit crowded. The food was sumptuous! Eggs/waffles made to order, shrimp/oysters, salads, the carving table had turkey, ham and melt-in-your-mouth roast beef. The desserts were good and Easter-themed, probably the least impressive of the entire menu but still quite pleasing.
We loved our server Tricia; never pushy but always available. The bottomless Mimosas were a hit with our group. Overall, a 5-star experience. Ray Davis, kudos!!
The restaurant could use a bit of help with customer service as this is not the first, second, or third time we have stood there waiting for someone to come up and seat us. This time we decided to sit in the bar and received stellar service, food and ambiance.
`Great hotel restaurant. Dinner atmosphere is very good. Food is very good. Service is excellent. Friday night menu is not as extensive as the weeknight menu, but lighter. My medium rare skirt steak was served rare. Shoestring French fries were crispy . All other aspects of my experience were very good.

Good place for a quiet evening to relax and be with friends. Food was in portions that were very adequate. The prices were acceptable.

Food continues to be excellent. Service quality is dropping. We were seated promptly then waited for over 5 minutes before I went to the bar to grab a drink and find our server
We rarely saw our waitress. But there were two guys running around helping out and that was good. Took us a while to get our drinks. The calamari did not look anything like the picture and was terrible! But the mushroom risotto and the brussels sprouts were delicious. Strange presentation of the mushroom risotto, kind of on a salad plate or something. Probably the dishwasher was behind. I think they were just understaffed.
Great service, really helpful staff. We had chicken tenders and mac and cheese on our date night, which seems strange, but it was still great
Valentine's night so take that into consideration. Waited 20 min for drinks, hostess took order. Met server 30 min after arriving. Kitchen skipped ticket so dinner was comped but it was not good either. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Just slow and sub par food.

Definitely didn't need a reservation for a Wednesday lunch, but always like to collect OT points. Food was pretty good, but somewhat overpriced IMO ($20 for a steak sandwich + fries). I'd go back for a business lunch, but probably not for anything personal.

It's always quiet when we come here, almost makes you want to ask how does it stay open? I assume it's busy during the week when tbe hotel is busy.
We had the French onion soup, and shared 3 appetizers before going to the cinema. Service was good, food presented well.

We went on a Saturday night and it was dead. Our service person is not very responsive considering he had barely any tables.

The servers were outstanding. Very friendly, accommodating. I cannot say the same for the food. It was quite possibly the worst cobb salad I've ever seen in my life. The chicken was frozen solid on the inside, the corn was barely defrosting, there was slime on the radish. It literally looked like somebody just took something out of the freezer and slapped it together. I did also had the buffalo cauliflower. It was tasty, but deep fried. If you're expecting healthy food this is not the place. The server did remove the unedible salad from my bill. Again, the service was excellent!

The food was good, but expensive for what we ordered. We enjoyed the dishes, but we agreed it wasn’t the best value.

Went to this reastuarant for Thanksgiving. We arrived at 3:30 towards the closing at 5pm. All the buffet items were well stocked. My husband and I enjoyed the buffet, all the items were very tasty.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. I brought my family here for Thanksgiving and was extremely disappointed. The food for the most part was cold. I didn't think that for the price there was enough variety; especially if you have seafood allergies. The desserts should have been labeled...we had no idea nor did the staff what the desserts were.

Service was slow, not attentive and food was sent back to kitchen as was not properly cooked. Was not noisy so that was a ++ bonus.
This was my second time eating there. Came back but the second experience not as good. I had the prime rib sandwich. It was cold and nothing but shaved fat on a bun. Waited too long to get food so ate what I could.
We were there for a celebration so it was not a great experience. The service was great in the beginning as the drinks and apps came out quickly. It all went downhill from there. We could clearly see some of our entrees sitting on the counter for a long time before they were brought to the table. Therefore, most of the food arrived lukewarm with the fries being cold. Not good ! We also ordered desert since it was a celebration. It took at least 30 minutes for two deserts and the coffee was just warm, not hot. The sad part is, the service was slower and slower as the evening went on and there was only one other table of two people. Lackluster meal at best.
The food is good and the ambiance is also decent but the service was very slow.
At first the waiter was attentive to our needs, but as the evening went on he was difficult to find. I had to ask one of the cooks behind the counter to find him, so we can pay for our meal. During the meal, he stated that he would return to ask how it was. In fact, he returned only after most of our meal was eaten.
As for our meal, I had the fish and chips. Where we were seated, I could clearly see the counter with the warming lights and where all meals were placed by the chef. I noticed that my meal had been on that counter for more than 5 minutes. Apparently, there was a missing item that we ordered and was not ready. Therefore, he could not serve our complete order.
The meal itself, was less than ordinary! I expected a nice filet of halibut, rather, they were small pieces that one expects at a John Silver fast food restaurant. Of course, by the time i got my meal the fries were lukewarm.
A very disappointing evening!

Our server, Tricia, was outstanding! She will definitely be requested next time I go.
Waiter was not very attentative, brought the wrong cocktail, than the wrong glass of wine, Skirt Steak was cold but good, waiter never came by to ask how are meal was, and the chocolate cake was burnt. This was not a busy time of the evening either, it was 730pm.
Worst Mac and cheese I have ever eaten. I had stomach pains all night.
We went for brunch on a weekend only to find out that the buffet brunch is only served during the weekday. We had to ask for silverware and water as our server never noticed we didn't have either. The food was disappointing. Perhaps if we had only gone for drinks it would have been better.
Food was a welcome surprise. Service was very polite and accommodating. Great place.
The food and service is really good especially, the chicken salad. We are definitely coming back.
Concert night @ Red Rocks with clients
Bad food and bad service. The buffalo cauliflower tasted like it had come out of a frozen bag. The brussel sprouts were so bad we couldn’t eat them. My wife ended up getting a stomach bug from here. Our water glasses were empty the entire time and the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. Waited nearly 20 minutes after eating before seeing our waiter to get the check. Would not recommend.
It was nice, but not very exceptional. The calamari appetizer was outstanding.
