The Dutch Babies (which we all had; all three types on offer) were all excellent. We've been coming to TPC for several years, but this is the first time we've made it in for brunch and, having seen the segment on Anthony Bourdain's Layover series from back in 2013 wherein these Dutch Babies were featured, they lived up to his enthusiastic endorsement. We'll be back.
So, I rushed from the light rail station to make our 1:45PM reservation for lunch, was 10 min. late and they held us - so glad because this was THE place I wanted to eat again after our trip out 2 years ago - and it still had the BEST chicken salad - such perfect clean simple food - wish you would open a restaurant in Healdsburg - HINT HINT!

The food was very flavorful, not over powering. Got a Sweet Dutch Baby to share, and the Braised beef Eggs Benedict with the wasabi hollandaise was the better than I imagined.
As good as it ever was! With COVID spacing, very comfortable and quiet. A very pleasant place on a lovely afternoon. Menu much like it was before and preparation still thoroughly high quality. Sassy and personable service. The beignets are wonderful, large and filling, and made even better by the whipped mascarpone and rhubarb toppings. The frittata was plate-sized and delicious throughout. The Croque Monsieur tasted of high quality ingredients and was equally delicious.
You will never have a bad meal here. They have very high standards, and sometimes that means your food might take a while, but this is consistently one of the best restaurants in Seattle. They could charge more and get away with it, but the value for quality of food/service is always on point. Go here as often as you can.

Only 7 tables so great for social distancing. We started with a cup of soup which was delicious! Ham hock and kale. We split the TBC breakfast and a lemon Dutch Baby. Really yummy! We also had a bottle of champagne, which was good. The service was honestly outstanding. It ended up being a very special brunch. We will definitely be back.
All of the food is amazing but the French onion soup is the best I have had anywhere, from Europe to Australia and points between.

I’ve been enjoying Ba Culbert’s Tilikum Place Café for years — I’m a Belltown resident and have long made Tilikum my home-away-from-home. From the exquisite food (new out-of-this-world menu addition: meatloaf) to the warm and welcoming atmosphere and people, I was delighted to celebrate my birthday at TPC by dining in after a yearlong pandemic. Every dish is alchemy!
