Tilikum Place Cafe
Great place for date. Food was superb and service was very friendly. Large windows provide great views of space needle and fun people watching. Would definitely come back again.
Really good food/drink menu. The weekend special we had for brunch was AWESOME. I had the salmon eggs benedict and my boyfriend had the pork belly skillet which was so good. Also ordered original dutch baby with lemon and syrup and it was sooo good. Planning to come back for sure. Just wish we had been checked up a little more but overall, a good experience.
It was great. Service was just right and servers in gaged. Nice little place! Food came out with good timing and was delicious.
Excellent ingredients, house-made staples, and creative, flavorful specials. Plus wonderful staff.
My high-maintenance foodie self always leaves content. :)
Food is very good. Dutch baby and soups was special! but staff little attentive. recommend for visitors to enjoy Seattle
I enjoy this place a lot! It’s bright and cozy, the food and service is good, it doesn’t feel crowded or noisy when it’s busy.
I have came here on my birthday every year for the past ten years. It's my favorite place in the city.
Time and time again, Tilikum delivers! We love the friendly, comfortable, neighborhood vibe and the unpretentious and low key ambience. Most importantly, everything on the small menu looks and dates divine! We try to come here every time we journey to Seattle from Portland.
Wonderful food and wait service. Looking forward to going back!
I try to dine here a couple of times a year, and each time I do it is a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. It is a gem of a restaurant in a intimate, downtown setting.
A must visit cafe if you appreciate the finer things in life! The qulaity of the food, the service and the space itself is memorable.
Loved the lamb. Great old fashioned!!
Never disappoints..delicious food, excellent service. Restaurant can be a bit cold in the winter. Request a table away from the windows!! One of my favorite seattle haunts!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The variety of Manhattans is a great way to start and virtually all of the food has been great. The staff are wonderful with very good recommendations and food is prepared and presented with care. This is a great neighborhood spot. This is my go-to recommendation for visitors and friends.
Consistently terrific restaurant, but a particularly great meal this time. The Halibut I had was exceptional.
Our waiter was fabulous and even showed us how a French press works. Friendly staff and attentive. The Dutch Baby and Eggs Benedict were wonderful.
A delightful and intimate spot. The cozy set up makes for quieter conversations (at least among the diners when we were there). The staff are so very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent execution on their menu offerings, and the bar is fully stocked. Window seating during winter can be a tad chilly, as the restaurant heating comes on full bore and toasts up the whole restaurant. But, when it subsides, window tables feel the chill first. The quirks of an older building! All said and done, an excellent restaurant on all fronts.
We really enjoyed eating here. Food and atmosphere excellent
Great food. Dutch babies are delicious and definitely worth the wait!
We have eaten at the Tilikum Café several times and it never fails to please. The food is good and the service is solid and friendly. The overall feel of this fairly small restaurant is really pleasant.
My favorite brunch in the city. The food is thoughtfully sourced with fresh new ideas and recipes on special every week. Typically the eggs benedict is my favorite, but this time my boyfriend ordered the baked eggs with butternut squash, sausage, and sage cream - it was to die for. Love the window light and ambiance. The service is always top notch, with extra care paid to allergies and dietary restrictions, offering detailed information about ingredients and cooking methods, as well as recommendations for substitutions as needed. They are the best of the best.
Our wait person was terrific, including accommodating a person in a wheelchair. Food great and marvelous quiet warm atmosphere.
Nice place in Seattle, off the beaten path, to enjoy lunch or dinner.
Many of my friends have eaten there and have commented what a great experience it was. I have to totally agree, from the minute my guests and I were greeted until we left, it was such a pleasant evening. I will be bringing friends there again and again.
Simply the best. We had the nightly special, 2 courses.
Martinis perfectly shaken and profiteroles at either end. Our server was wonderful and attentive.
I ordered the savory Dutch baby (broccoli + bacon + cheddar) while my friend ordered the sweet (cranberry + apple). The savory was definitely the winner! Very rich and a different experience for someone who almost always gets French toast and/or eggs. The coffee cocktail we got wasn’t bad, and the waiter was amazing.
It’s our favorite Seattle restaurant. Good for any occasion. The food, service and ambiance are wonderful.
Love this place for Sunday Brinch and dinner. Food is always outstanding, service is attentive and one of our Seattle favorites.
All four of us enjoyed ourselves. Will tell our friends. Thanks!
Second visit confirms the excellence of the brunch offerings. Reservations a must to avoid a very long wait, but once at your table, the food, drink and service are exceptional.
Celebrated my engagement there! Wonderful time.
Love this cafe, the food is amazing and the service is always excellent!
I reserved a table for two for a lunch around 1:40 PM. The food was good. The service was just fine in the start and suddenly after 20 minutes, the servant rushed us to finish our food because they needed to get ready for dinner preparation, meaning the kitchen is closed. I was soo embarrassed by the fact that the servant is trying her best to manage us out of the cafe ASAP even though we wanted to still order some dessert.
Overall, it was not a happy or welcoming gesture from the servants. At some point, another servant approached us with an unwelcoming attitude telling us that they are closed.
Everything was great, but I wish the brunch potatoes had more flavor. The scratch ketchup/salsa that came with is good, but shouldn't be required.
A solid go-to venue that I often recommend to friends that are visiting or looking for a local favorite. The dutch babies are always a treat, as well as the daily specials. You will not be disappointed.
Amazing food, attentive service. Highly recommend for dinner, not just brunch.
Sarah is a great wait staff person who knows how to be present when needed and in the background when diners are having an intimate conversation. Everyone actually is top notch.
Lindo lugar, muy acogedor, la comida deliciosa aunque con alto contenido graso. De todas formas existen opciones saludables para el que lo desea.
Delicious food, friendly service, great spot!
SO good! My husband and I travel down from Vancouver once or twice a year to come for dinner. We’ve never had a bad meal! We’ve had lamb, chicken, short ribs, scallops, and the hand-cut pasta appy is easily my favorite thing on the menu! I crave it constantly! Staff are always fantastic too!
