We attended the adapted Christmas Brunch during the pandemic. The staff (Edie) was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was good, but not exceptional. But my goodness did they offer your money's worth. We asked hem to pack up an entire course!
Considering how last minute the changes were I was astounded at how well they rolled out this years' brunch. Well done!
Excellent, although room could have done with some atmosphere, no music, bare Christmas feeling inside room
Overall the experience was great, especially considering the pandemic. My only criticism is the wine options by the glass are very limited - 5 choices where 4 are from Ontario. For a fine dining restaurant there should be a wider range to choose from
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in NOTL, and the highlight for us was our dinner in the Tiara room. It was not our first visit, and we were as delighted with the food, the presentation, level of service, and the overall ambiance as we were the first time there several years ago. The staff set very high standards for the level of service expected and provided - we were not disappointed. Christmas in the Tiara Room is like a fairy tale experience and we hope to continue going there for many years to come. Kudos to the staff, chef, and management and thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. we look forward to our next visit with you.
On first arrival at Queens Landing it was very beautiful and an impressive building. The restaurant style was lovely, the ambience was stunning.
Our server Rose was very attentive and responsive to our requests.
The food was a little disappointing. My husband had the steak with lobster tail. Unfortunately for the chef, my husband has amassed 30yrs of cooking and is highly skilled in his trade. He noticed that the lobster tail was rubbery, the steak had not had the sinue removed and it had a rubbery texture also. The tater tots, were hollow they were so well done.
My chicken was a little rubbery in texture also, however was tasty with the surrounding veg and sauce.
We chose not to complain at the time as we are sympathetic to the COVID conditions and we felt we did not want to add strain to an already struggling industry.
We will come back and hope for a better meal however has not put off us coming back to try again.
We enjoyed our meal at Tiara restaurant. Service was excellent, the appetizer portions are very generous but there was a little too much dressing on the salads. One diner did not enjoy the gnocci that came with the Arctic Char but overall we were happy.
We came here to have drinks and appetizers for our 32nd anniversary. We had a great window seat overlooking the marina, the food was excellent & delicious and the service was great. We had a wonderful experience & will definitely return soon.
Excellent food and plating, and the service was outstanding!
The breakfast was excellent. The service was good. I assume that due to Covid19 the selection was as wide as I previously experienced at Tiara.
Didn't care for the food. Expected better flavours for the prices
Superb food, Ric was very informative re menu choices and was very engaging. Will go again when next in the area
Our waiter Arthur was very attentive. The food was delicious. It was my birthday and not only did they provide my dessert for free but the chef also wrote happy birthday in chocolate on my plate.
Breakfast was delicious. It hit all the right notes. Our server Gerry enhanced the experience. His service was excellent. He was friendly, professional and made sure all our needs were met.
It was a wonderful dining experience. Rudy our server was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We both have both have food allergies and he insured that all our food was appropriately prepared. He is the best of the best.
Exceptional
Steak and Arctic Char fantastic. Vegetables imaginable and delicious. Soup to die for.
This is Covid time...No place to dine inside usually But Tiara at lunch during the week is very quiet Very few customers
Menu and portions are excellent and different
We have been there twice this fall. Both times my husband requested a small side salad insted of fries and was given a large portion of terrific salads One was Caesar, the other mixed greens with goat cheese
Service excellent. Best of all the ambience. Large bright dining room with huge windows overlooking their spectacular garden patio and marina!
Thanksgiving dinner
Excellent service and food. The view of the water is beautiful.
We were given a table on the patio which was graced with beautiful shrubs & flowers, a trickling fountain and, was overlooking the dock/lake on a mild & sunny day. In other words, the ambiance was out of a movie.
The waiter' "Gerrardo" was excellent - very knowledgeable, confident enough to make recommendations, attentive and with a good sense of humour. It would not surprise us if he is regularly, the Employee of the Month.
The menu on this patio was more inclined to the pub fare although, the wine selection was very respectful of the Niagara reputation.
Great service. It is always a pleasure to dine here
our server Ric was quite hospitable and courteous - suggested a few things from the menu for lunch due to me having been undecided over two choices / quiet terrace setting / overall a great experience
took great care in social distancing measures, the food was delicious, the wait staff was friendly.
The Tiara Restaurant was a lovely spot to celebrate our anniversary. We received prompt, thoughtful service. Our waiter, Kevin, was personable and delivered our delicious meals with cheer.
It took 45 mins to get our first drink, and had to ask 4 different people in order to get it as nobody bothered to come to our table. Unacceptable service for a costly meal.
We are frequent guests. The food is excellent. The servers are friendly and professional. Very attentive. A wonderful place to eat and stay. Gerry, our server for lunch, was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating.
Anniversary dinner for 2 couples along with weekend in Niagara-on-The-Lake. Wonderful meal. Delicious and filling. Thoroughly enjoyed it all. Will definitely be back.
Waiter was excellent, food was excellent and company was great.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The room is beautiful, the staff is warm and welcoming and the food was declicious. Our waiter was excellent too. Thank you! We will definitely return in the future.
Farewell get together
OVERALL WAS VERY GOOD
OUTSIDE BAR SERVICE WAS SLOW
MENU GREAT BUT A VERY LIMITED DESSERT MENU 3 ITEMS??
ROSE OUR WAITRESS WAS VERY GOOD
Food was horrible and service was slow. But Patio was very pretty!
We enjoyed our dinner on the patio. Great food and service. Our only complaint was that the smoky beef rib was a little too smoky...almost in an artificial smoky way, instead of coming from a smoker.
This was a perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal on a beautiful day. Will definitely return.
Very disappointed with quality of food and limited choices .
Will not visit again until food quality and choices improve .
Service was excellent.

Food and patio ambiance was great. We will return again.
Fantastic Venue to enjoy a glorious fall afternoon. Food and service was excellent.
The patio was not open which was why we went there for dinner. The menu was very limited and not very imaginative . We have been there many times before but this visit was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it at the moment.
Anniversary. Excellent food great atmosphere
Surely is classy fine dining, Overall very good experience
