   Service was fantastic; however, the chef is careless. All the salmon sashimi had bones in it. After choking on the first piece and sending the other two pieces back as you could clearly see the bones in them, I only received one piece back. Kind of shady to charge full price and steal a piece of fish back. Wouldn’t recommend. Not a true Japanese experience with food or honesty

   Thrive offered an amazing dining experience. The service and the food were worth the visit. The price of the menu items was also reasonable. We will definitely return.

   As per usual, the staff, the service, and the food were excellent. What I love most: how consistent Thrive remains. I am always confident that my business lunches will go smoothly and my casual dining experience will be enjoyable. Love this place!

   The calamari was rather tough. We had two sushi rolls that were pretty good. We ordered sashimi. The portion was generous, but they were hunks of raw fish and didn’t seem to be cut by someone who knew how to cut sashimi. For a downtown restaurant where you can get a reservation and walk to State Farm arena, not bad.

   In town for bball game. Git there 2 hours before reservations and let us in and order dinner. Was a great help with pushing to go to game. Service and food were exceptional.

    I love a team of folks who make lunchtime business meetings easy -- from hostess to server, from food quality to ambiance, everything was perfect. Come back? ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY.
