Your server was amazing very personable and she handled any problems we had. One of the diners with me ordered the 10 oz filet and we were told they ran out of them. She let us know and came up with suggestions. This was the second time we’ve been there and they ran out of the 10 0z filets. She worked out a solution and made it a great dining experience.

Overall we had a great time. The food was good but the cooking temp of all of our steaks was mixed up between orders. They seemed to have dismissed us when we mentioned it. The value for the price is great and the service was great as well. I do recommend but be clear on your order.

The food at this restaurant is always very good. However the service is lacking. On this particular visit we did not get our side dishes that we ordered until we were finished eating. There are always apologies however nothing changes. The wait staff is very nice but I feel the kitchen does not get the food out in a timely manner. Perhaps they need an expeditor to alleviate some of these problems. After this happening our last three visits I can't go back.

The service was terrible. I am in the business and understand things happen and don’t usually complain but tonight was beyond awful. Our appetizers took 45 minutes to come out, the server never came back to the table for drink refills or to check in. Finally four of our meals came out and were served and come to find out that the server had never put in the final 5th meal after we flagged him down since no one came back to check for 10 minutes. He then made the person order something different because the original order “would take too long.” Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for it to arrive to the table. Luckily the food arrived hot but everyone else at the tables meal was cold due to waiting to be polite. The food itself was good but the lack of service ruined the experience completely.

First time here and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, the appetizer sampler was great, the sushi was fresh and the cowboy ribeyes were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The prices were very reasonable especially for a steakhouse. We will definitely be back!

We enjoy the atmosphere and the dining experience whenever we visit Thom Thom’s. This was the first time I ordered a full sushi plate and it was perfect. Just the right amount to leave satisfied but not stuffed. My husband is particular when ordering steak, he prefers well done (🙄) but they don’t dry it out. We look forward to our next meal there.

The service from the hostess to our waiter, Kai, was so wonderful! We ordered all sushi including their delicious tuna pizza for appetizer. Everything tasted so fresh and the flavors were perfect. On previous visits, we had gotten non-sushi items off the menu and it was delicious too. I think you can't go wrong with anything here. Thanks Thom Thom for making our friends birthday get together so lovely!

Took my daughters out to dinner. I wasn’t thrilled with the place. The night started with a dirty water cup! The bread bowl was dirty as well. The food was tasty, but the porterhouse steak is really an average T-bone not worthy of cost. The cocktail I had was sour. Further, the place needs a major update. The bathroom smelled like a subway. Not a good choice. I won’t be back.

It was hopping on a Saturday night. In fact, I think they overbooked the reservations as there was an overflow crowd in the entrance and bar. That part was a negative. The food was excellent. We had the sampler appetizer which was really good. I had the sesame tuna — as I usually have — which was outstanding. The best tuna I have from any restaurant. Everyone else really enjoyed their dinners as well…..salmon, scallops were the other dinners. In terms of service, it was OK. Considering that they overbooked their reservations, our waiter did a great job all things considered. He was friendly and was obviously overwhelmed with the number of tables. No criticism of him…he made the best of what he had to deal with. Alway enjoy Thom Thom….but if you go on a Friday or Saturday night, expect it to be packed.

This was our first time here. The food was very good but we were seated in the bar area and an hour into our meal it got very crowded. We had people standing next to where we were sitting. Someone brushed my shoulder a few times which made the experience less enjoyable. I would go back another time but not on a Saturday evening.

Excellent fast friendly service. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Fodd and drinks are great nice wine list and reasonable prices. Restaurant is clean and it does get busy.Parking is available across from resturant in a parking lot street parking is 90 minutes. I recommend this place to others 👌 👏 👍

To start had an 8:15 reservation, didnt get seated till almost 9. Food was below average, got a wedge salad and it came with sour cream dressing. steak unseasoned. Fries that came with steak were cold and fried to non existence. Got the sushi valentines special honestly just was not good ate 2 pieces. Didn't get out till almost 1030. In addition in that time frame saw the waiter 2 times. For the price there are a million better places.
