Thom Thom’s is a place you can go where the food, drinks and service are always consistently good. The owner came around to each table and spoke with the patrons which is always such a nice plus. The owner is such a nice man, and checking to make sure his patrons and happy with the food and service shows his dedication and appreciation for his business and his customers.

We had a horrible experience last night. We have been to this restaurant before and it was 5 stars. We even had the same waiter who we honestly felt bad for because the service was terrible and I don’t think it was his fault. The food, was a mix bag. We were a party of 8 and only two of us were satisfied with our meals. We are not going back.

I know mistakes happen but they never put my son’s order in and when it finally came out 10 minutes later it was raw. We had to send it back. Another person at the table ordered her meal with no red onion and right before it came out the waitress asked if it was an allergy because the food was coming out and there red onion on it. Just not a good experience. Waitress said twice the manager would come over (we didn’t ask- she volunteered) and they never did.

The food was excellent! All too often, the kitchen staff takes the easy way out & uses excess amounts of salt to hide the fact that they have no idea how to use spices to prepare their dishes. This is not the case here at Thom Thom. Delicious food, cooked perfectly as ordered. We've eaten here many times and consistency is the key for diners so they know what to expect every time. Of course, our server was great and efficient. EXCELLENT!
