Last minute brunch meetup before a flight, easy walk to the A-Line. Fantastic service, great menu options - overall all 4 people happy with our visit. See you again!

My husband's dish was very good. He had the Thai curry chicken. The fish taco's weren't very tasty. Too much cole slaw and shrimp was cut in little pieces. There was almost no shrimp in it at all. The restaurant was very noisy, I could barely talk to my husband. I won't recommend this restaurant for a date night. Maybe better for a large group of (noisy) people watching a game.

Although noisy for my taste, the place was very friendly and the service was terrific. The fresh Margaritas were fantastic! Our server was attentive, friendly and pretty efficient, although she did forget my salad. The rest of the food made up for the mistake many times over.

Visiting from Chicago and went here for dinner prior to the Blackhawks/Avalanche game at Pepsi Center. Great atmosphere packed with others who were also heading to the game. Great food, prompt service, and got us out and to the game (a walk of about 11-12 minutes or 3-4 minute drive) with plenty of time.

They do not honor reservations on game day! Made a reservation for the Broncos game on Sunday night, called to confirm it, and when we arrived, they said they don't honor reservations. Good thing we got there early enough to still get a table. Get place to watch the games, but just keep tha tin mind!

One of our favorites in the Cherry Creek area. We were staying down in the Denver Tech area this trip and it was well worth the drive to visit again.

This was the only bad experience we received over the 4 day trip. When we arrived for our 10:45p dinner reservation- after working a trade show all day - we were told they closed at 11p. It would have been a different story, if her tone would have been apologetic, but she was clearly more concerned with getting out of there by closing. We had a group of 8, very hungry, folks.

We go there for our regulars the short pretzel with beer cheese out standing. Then burgers are Delicious and good variety they are very willing to change up for your taste. Staff is just great polite but still very professional but the best is they don't act like they're doing you a favor when you ask for something one of my biggest pet peeves. Definitely worth going to.

Not the best and not the worst food I've ever had. Had the Scotch eggs for an appetizer and they were over cooked. I had the southwest chicken salad - it was ok. My husband had the Romano crusted chicken and it was a greasy mess. Service was poor. She never came back to check on us for another drink. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't that busy.

I was in Denver from out of town to see my daughter and son. My son is 27 and did not have his ID. The server called the manager and hecwould not serve him alcohol. I understand rules but the way the manager treated us was very rude and condescending. It ruined what should have been a wonderful evening. My husband said his sandwich was okay. My pork tenderloin was very rare. Our server was practically nonexistent during our entire dinner. It was extremely loud. No wonder there was not a larger crowd at this restaurant. I would not recommend it.

I've been to Thirsty Lion many times and usually have a great experience. However, on 9/3/17, I stopped in with my family before the Rockies game. They were not staffed appropriately and we waited awhile to be greeted once we were seated. The wait staff was running from table to table, but it seems they were not prepared for the pre-game crowd.

Have eaten here several times and it's always been an enjoyable experience. The menu is broad with something for everyone. The food is fresh and well-prepared. Excellent beer list.

I recommend any of the grilled salmon choices on the menu, the beer cheese soup, the grilled veggie panini and the brownie.

The service here has always been good, but our experience this past weekend was worth mentioning. We were having a hard time figuring out who our server was. We eventually tracked down a server named Cara. It clearly wasn't her table, but she felt bad we had to wait and took care of us anyway.

If I've ever experienced better service I don't remember it. She was helpful answering questions and making recommendations, we never had to wait to order more drinks or desserts, and she has a great personality.

Speaking of dessert, she comped us because of the initial wait. There was absolutely no need to do that, and we were so pleased with the service it never even occurred to us to ask, but she did it anyway.

If you go, make sure you ask for one of Cara's tables. You won't be disappointed.

We love this place great food. Great staff. Great beer. Definitely not a quite place but have sports on tv's. and not to loud that you can't have a conversation. So if your in the area you should definitely stop by.

I generally have a good experiences when I go out and we had several great meals during our visit to Denver. Unfortunately, this meal was not one of them. The only positive is that the manager didn't make us pay for our meal. Let's start with service. Seated for 15 minutes before anyone offered us anything. This included flagging down two servers who walked by after we had waited for 10 minutes - they offered to find the server assigned to our table and eventually one took pity on us and brought us water. When our server did show up, we realized she had walked by our table 6 or 7 times before without stopping by. We ordered 4 beers which arrived 20 minutes later. So after have been at the table for 35 minutes, we finally had a beer. A request for a refill on water required several prompts and 30 minutes to be completed.

On to the food - my Cobb salad arrived with no chicken on it. When we flagged the waitress down to send it back, it returned with ice cold chicken on it. The manager on duty brought the corrected salad and I explained what our experience had been that evening. He apologized sincerely and returned a few minutes later to let us know that they were not charging us for the meal - a classy response. The rest of the food - calamari, bbq shrimp - was fair but nothing special.

The capper of the evening was when our waitress was clearing dishes and sarcastically apologized for our "horrible" experience.

Thirsty Lion was such a great place to enjoy an outdoor family dinner, or a fun date with a significant other. The spinach artichoke dip was great. The ahi poke was a little lack luster.

Very convenient valet parking and outdoor seating as we were going to the Rockies game. My husband had the Cuban sandwich...excellent! It was a little hot for me with the jalepeno. But, you can take them off. I had a house salad with added chicken which was cut up chunks. I would have preferred a freshly grilled chicken breast. Outdoor seating was great! Service was good. I definitely recommend you going to this restaurant.

Made a 12:15 reservation. Tied to seat us at a community table in the bar. We made a reservation to avoid a scenario like that. Then our food (3 salads) took way too long. We didn't eat until close to 1:00

Loud but great for people watching. This restaurant has a large and diversified menu. It is uncommon that I can order a burger and my wife can order salmon and both of us are delighted-but that was the case here!

I made a reservation for seven people at 6pm on a Thursday evening. When the hostess called to confirm the reservation the same day, I informed her that we preferred the patio, even though I was aware it was first come, first serve. When we arrived, the hostess was extremely rude and acted as if we were a bother. It took 45 minutes to seat us at an indoor booth, even with reservations and no wait.

The food was good but overpriced. We ordered the artichoke appetizer and it was undercooked and inedible but the sauce was good.

Really very nice. We had an 8:00 reservation and was promptly seated in a great spot. I had pizza and my wife had fish tacos. The service was outstanding, beer was cold and the atmosphere terrific.

The prices were very reasonable. If someone paid me to say something bad about this experience, I couldn't.

Well done. We'll be back next time we're in Denver.
