Food was absolutely delicious! We sat outside on a beautiful evening for dinner and it could not have been better. One of the best places to eat down the shore!

This is such a fabulous restaurant. It’s very intimate and romantic. The food was just delicious! This is by far our favorite byob and easily our favorite restaurant. It was packed when we went there at 8:30 so that should say a lot about how loved this place is. I had the mahi mahi dinner and I wish I ordered two since it was so good! This place is pure perfection.

We have dined at the Bay Head and Westfield locations many times over the past 20 plus years and we have never been disappointed. Food and service is always above and beyond expectation. We are looking forward to our next night out.

Waitress was excellent. Table next to us was VERY loud so conversation was difficult. Scallops were superb. Good artichoke.

We eat here several times a season. The food is consistently good, especially for such a seasonal location. The waitstaff is also always solid considering this is a town that ceases to have a population by October. Also great around the holidays.

One of our favorite go to restaurants at the shore. Great food and service, consistent menu and quality only a block from the beach.. great for special occasion or to just treat yourself for a great moderately priced dinner. BYOB a nice plus!

The grouper is always par excellence!! My dining companion had the gemelli pasta with sausage. One of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever tasted!

Food was excellent! Timing of food perfect! Service was excellent! Been here many times over the past few years!we took our friends for first time and they where impressed and enjoyed!

Always wonderful to eat outside and in the off season there are not too many cars going by! Eggplant pancake is always a favorite, pasta dishes were loved by my friends and the salmon was delicious.

Just felt like dinner was a hostile event. Even when making a reservation your threatened with a time limit. Then you get ignored for 20 minutes and you think, well we better eat within an hour or the manager is coming over. Food is pretty good and they try to be creative. I just wish they made it inviting.

Theresa's is always on our list of favorite places to hit after the summer season ends. As always the service was great. Neither my wife or I were thrilled with our meal. We both ordered specials and they were a little bland. Ceviche was good but smaller portion than normal. Lobster/Crab Ravioli was not as good as expected. Swordfish was good and fresh. We will certainly be back as we have had many great meals here.

We sat outside on a beautiful night. Service and food were great. I had indicated on the reservation it was my mom's bday. There was a birthday business card signed by the staff at our table and they brought my mom's dessert with a candle. My mom raved about her dinner and all four of us were very pleased.

Wonderful as usual. We had a group of six and our waiter was on his game! Excellent service. Food delicious. Have been here many times and never disappointed.

Went to dinner to celebrate my 9th wedding anniversary. It was our first time and I will definitely be coming back. The service was great and food was fantastic.

This modern Italian Bay Head bistro offers a pleasant respite for a nice meal on the Jersey Shore.

Standard must-have summer joint, nice capable meals, good menu, good selection. BYOBB bring your best bottle. We enjoy dining here on a regular basis.

Fell short of our expectations.
Looking for a quiet anniversary meal & we were at a table within about 2 feet of tables on either side. My wife asked to switch the fish in a pasta dish & was told ‘the chef doesn’t do that’.
Food was good but not great.

First visit; ranks up there with quality restaurants in major cities.

We love it and come every weekend. The only complaint is service has gone downhill. Waitresses seem stressed barely stop back at table. If you need something you usually have to ask a good runner or bus boy.

We had a very good meal

The food is fantastic and always prepared fresh. I was able to reserve a reservation for two on open table in the side room which is clearly not for the regulars or the more experienced staff
My suggestion is to dine in main room , bring a beautiful bottle of wine and enjoy the excellent food.

Theresas South gave off a great vibe the minute we walked in,we were seated immediately and our waiter was attentive to all of our needs.
The food from bread to salad to appetizer to entree were superb
No room for dessert although they sounded wonderful
I forgot to mention its a BYOB-love that-and there is even a liquor store steps away
Will return asap

Food was excellent. Ben was our server and he was so accommodating. The restaurant is one of the nicest at the shore. We will be back!

Had friends visiting from NY. This is our favorite place at the Jersey Shore so we took them there. Pasta was great and salmon was awesome....as usual.

No Theresa’s South special stuffed meatloaf this Monday - very disappointing.
Our granddaughter, who was with us, loves the chicken parmigiana on the kids menu - she was delighted.

The food was delicious. The service was first class!

Food & service were phenomenal (yet again). They really need to give you the option to choose outdoor seating when making a reservation, though. The first time we ate here, we sat outside and it made the experience so much better.

It is a BYOB with some exceptional pasta dishes, but also offer meat loaf, which is a winter dish, not a summer dish. The tables are quite close to each other , but for the most part the atmosphere is casual. The tables are covered with tablecloths, however the staff is not properly trained as to how to serve guests properly. Water glasses and coffee were brought to the table with all five fingers holding the top of the glass. That is a huge turn off for me. They try to be something they are not. Give your employees basic training and tell them what is acceptable and what is not. Your pasta is wonderful as are other dishes, however the menu should reflect the season and offer dishes that showcase what is in season.

Our first time and WILL NOT be our last. Excellent meal. Tons of options on the menu. My family all enjoyed this outing.

Ten minutes before waiter greeted us. Asked us if we wanted bread and then didn’t bring it until our apps came. Tomato sauce was diablo hot but no description as such. Stuffed flounder special was tiny.

We (four) sat at our reserved time and shared the calamari appetizer which was done perfectly. The salads and soups to follow were enjoyed by all. My entree of the summer pasta was delicious and the other three guests said the same of their entrees.

Short ribs are fantastic. Salads varied and hearty. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
