Excellent experience! I went with a couple friends for my birthday and it was incredible. Excellent service and food. Can’t wait to go back!
Great service! Great food! A little noisy, but other than that we loved the experience. Highly recommend this place!
what a wonderful place to spend our anniversary! thanks for the champagne and dessert - and making it special!
We appreciated that it stays open late and the food was fine dinning. The staff was friendly and efficient. Food selection is good and the bar is excellent.
We have been to Theo's at least 10 times. Its our go to place when we are traveling through Fayetteville. The service and food were once again spot on. The noise level was up some, but that was do to a table across from us. They were having a good time and that's great, but " Dad' was dropping f bombs and his vocabulary didn't exceed the 4 letter word dictionary, he was loud and obnoxious, trying to impress his future son in law... or that was our best guess. If we had been in the bar, that language goes with the territory. We just wanted a quiet evening with great food and service. After they left it was a pleasant evening. I have gotten up and asked other patrons to settle down in the past, not at Theo's. Management needs to be aware of this and politely ask people to mind their language.
A little pricey on some items like for the quality of the Ahi Tuna and rice. Oysters were good. Nice ambiance. Food just ok.
Went on 03-21-2020, had 8:30 pm reservations, my meal without tip was $145.44 for 2 people, a minor and adult. We sat for quite a while before our waiter gave us water and almost walked away without taking our drink order. The people who arrived quite a while after us had already received their water, bread and drink order. Again it took quite a while to receive our drink order, my Lemon Drop Martini ($7.50 I believe) must have been sitting because it was not cold and had no garnish, the young lady who dropped it off was not a happy person. When our waiter checked on us we asked for bread and he literally said "I've been too busy to get bread." The people at the next table already finished their appetizers and were on their main course! We got our pork shoulder appetizer with no plates, again delivered by a very unhappy young lady. I had to get up and ask the Manager for plates! We got our Caesar Salads and was disappointed. I had been to Theo's last year and they had the best Caesar salad and this did not compare. Rec'd the smallest fillet I have ever eaten which was not much bigger than a red potato. (1 glass of wine around $12) If the restaurant had been packed, I would have understood but he had our table and one other. The rest of the place where we were sitting was empty besides the 1 table for the other excellent waitress. Yes, my fillet was slightly overcooked. I have no problem spending a lot of money on dinner but this is horrible and I do have a problem. I will try it one more time.
The steak filet was phenomenal. Great service. Great wine and cocktail selection. We had a special bottle of wine that we wanted to celebrate Valentine’s Day with, and the corking fee was very reasonable. The server was knowledgeable of the food and beverages served there and accommodated our special day wine.
Good food. Very expensive. Made the lady happy
Great service (our waiter was very attentive), the filet was cooked to perfection and super tasty. Overall great meal.
Amazing service and the food was exceptional! Can’t wait to go back when we are in town again!
Razorback Basketball Game
Absolutely Outstanding from the service to the food!! Will be back soon.
Great restaurant with wonderful food and service. Loud, baby crying behind our table. Celebrating our daughter finishing he ED.d. Steaks were awesome, wonderful pork chop cooked sous vie. The bees knees cocktail was great! Will definitely do again.
Waiter was great. Limited menu and not a whole lot of choices for kids. Waiter had a solution which was to use bar menu for our 10 and 12 yr old.
I love Theo's! The bar area is vibrant with delicious cocktails. The dining room is refined and much more quiet. My husband and I split a filet but then added 2 giant scallops to our dinner. The filet was a bit thin, but it had a great flavor with a perfect medium rare temperature. The scallops were so buttery and delicious with no graininess at all! The entire dinner was very enjoyable. We will be back soon!
Service at the table was very slow. When the waiter did come to the table it was to tell us, "No hurry, I'll just give you time" and then take off so quickly we didn't have to say, "hey we're ready to order?"
Had to hunt down someone to get my valet-parked vehicle back. Stood outside for sometime but no one showed up, went back inside but their was no one at the host/hostess stand, went to the bar and the waiter ignored me while talking with patrons sitting at the bar. Finally someone saw me and said he'd go find my key. Before he handed me my key he said, "there's a $5 fee" in a way that suggested he didn't think I understood that I needed to pay. I already had the $5 in my hand and immediately gave it to him. I felt like I shouldn't have given that fact that I had zero help in retrieving my vehicle--I fact I to work to get it back!
Great food and service! Always a great choice.
Wonderful service, delicious food!
Great meal and fantastic service. Ordered featured oysters and they had just run out. Chef came to our table to let us know they were out but had some other oysters if we wanted to try. So nice! Our food and drinks were great. At the end of the meal they gave us a not needed but appreciated complimentary choice of dessert for being seated in an area with a Christmas party they felt was loud for us. Always a great experience at Theo’s!
Great place for a date!
Our company Christmas party was wonderful!
Has a first date and it was perfect. The food and drinks was great. We were able to talk to each other and get to know each other. We both had a wonderful time.
We were in Fayetteville for a performance. Lovely place located right around the corner from the event center. Food (Evening Special of fish and Filet, Parsnip/Ginger soup, Caesar salad) was marvelous! Excellent drink selection. Impeccable service and ambiance. Well done, Theo’s!!
The restaurant had some issues with water damage but we were seated in the lounge area which was more than fine. However given the small number of tables and the number of servers the service was really slow and we were sat for 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order ( we had to flag someone down). The wine then took another 10 minutes to get to us and then only three of the four glasses were poured. The servers were pleasant but they really can’t say they were understaffed as only half the place was open and a lot were just stood around chatting to each other. Overall a disappointing experience as the food was actually good.
Waiter was so attentive... food was outstanding!
Outstanding place! Our first time here and we were very impressed. The ambiance was perfect for conversation, the drink list was impeccable and the service was superb. Our server, Jordan, was the most prepared server that I have ever seen. We made our reservations through open table and thus he knew of our dietary restrictions. He came to the table with information and suggestions to meet our every need. He knew the menu items so well he could tell us how they would change it up to meet our dietary goals. I’ve literally been around the world. I’ve lived in great food cities such as New Orleans and Philadelphia. Jordan, by far, is the most knowledgeable server that I have ever seen in my travels. The chef, Devin Gamache, prepared truly amazing food. We had the duck and the filet. She remarked that it was the best steak she’d ever had. The seasoning and marinade was absolutely well balanced and perfect. She and I could not have been happier with our meals. As for Theo’s overall, we will be back...over and over again when we come to the area. We love it and we know you will too.
Very good food! Entrees that are not found at other places in NWA.
The service and food were excellent. This was a customer dinner and the perfect spot to have conversation without it being to loud . Ambiance was nice, although a bit dark for me, especially for a business dinner. Probably nice for date night.
Wine suggestion was good , although waiter did lead us to the most expensive bottle first.
Timing of food from appetizer to dessert was appropriate and considerate.
We pass through Fayetteville several times a year. We always have dinner at Theo's. It never disappoints. A good evening starts with the service, and then continues with top quality food prepared well. It is always a wonderful evening.
First time visiting Fayetville and found Theos on a recommendation-couldn't have been more pleased. Will definitely be back!
I love this place! I can count on it always to be a wonderful experience. Our server, Jordan, was perfect. Our favorite Eastern Promise from the bar and the pork shoulder appetizer keep us coming back.
Always the most amazing time at Theo’s. My favorite place in Fayetteville!
Awesome as always!
Good service and our dinner was delicious!! Steaks were cooked perfectly!
We had a table of 7 on a Friday night and the service, food and wine was excellent.
