They had us ready to sit down and even gave us a complimentary champagne toast as we were celebrating a birthday. The staff was very friendly and our waiter, Sebastian, was top notch. The food and cocktails were amazing and we will definitely be back! I am dying to try the happy hour specials.
We where actually early for out reservations but they where still able to seat quickly. The waitress was really nice and helpful. My wife has a dairy allergy and they did special bread and potatoes! The food was amazing and we will be back!
Had guests in town and celebrated a birthday. Everything was excellent, facility, service, and food. Perfect evening.
Our server was wonderful. We forgot to get her name but she had short blond hair and went to college in Philadelphia. She accommodated us wanting to move our table a couple times due to the ridiculously loud expeditor. We had the mussels which were great and the swordfish special that our server recommended- it was fantastic. We think Theo's is great - best "nice restaurant" in Fayetteville.
Our waiter was very attentive and personal but not too overbearing. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent. We enjoyed our dining experience very much!
I visited Theo's to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. I noted that it was Dad's 80th birthday on the OpenTable reservation. Unfortunately, I forgot the candles. We declined dessert, and I planned to bring the candles to another dinner the following night. But to my surprise, the waiter brought out dessert on the house to celebrate Dad's birthday! I was amazed and delighted at his thoughfulness. When I asked, he even had a candle so I was able to sing Dad Happy Birthday at Theos. Thanks! The only negative is that the student crowd dresses extremely casually.
Theo's has never disappointed us. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. We celebrated our son's birthday and we were very pleased with the food, service and atmosphere.
The service is always the best anywhere in town. The food was excellent. My son, who lives in Oxford, Ms. and has become somewhat of a foodie, was very impressed as well. Thanks again for a wonderful evening.
It's been much better in the past. Just off there game last night. We will be back.
Did this for my daughter and her husband. It was his birthday. They said it was wonderful.
We had a great meal celebrating my wife's birthday. Six of us had the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairings and it was fantastic. A great value and experience, we loved every bit and sip. Kudos to the chef and staff!
There’s isn’t a better restaurant in Fayetteville for foodies, happy hour enthusiasts, date nights, and special occasions. Plenty of variance in the food and drink menus, all done extremely well. Great atmosphere. Valet parking. Middle of downtown. Five stars all around.
Must have been a different cook than the last time we were there.
Celebrated our two year anniversary to an amazing dinner. They even gave us some champagne on the house which was really nice. Our waiter was amazing. We always have a great experience at one of our favorite places to eat at .
Great place! Will be back! Desert was amazing! We enjoyed the whole dinner and atmosphere. Also liked that they use local bread businesses for their bread.
Let me explain. My wife and I are in town each year and look forward to a great meal at Theo’s to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, we came this year just as Theo’s was introducing a new menu. I ordered a shrimp linguini entree and my wife order the filet mignon. Our orders came out in an acceptable time, however . . .the linguini was between uncooked and al dente, but not terrible. My wife’s filet was raw, as in deep purple raw, so we sent it back. About 20 minutes passed when I asked the server as she passed by if they had forgotten us. Then I heard the chef say to one of the cooks to butterfly it and try again! So, we were finished and simply asked for our check. The sever was very apologetic and only charged us for our appetizer. I was surprised that neither the chef, nor the manager came to the table, but ok! Our check was under $10 and we left a $10 tip so as not to penalize the server. My wife and I went back go our hotel room and celebrated her birthday over cold popcorn and tap water. What a night!
We may return to Theo’s on a future trip to Fayetteville, but I’ll be checking out the reviews closely beforehand.
One of the best kitchens in town. We had not been for many years but we will definitely go back.
We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner. The restaurant is beautiful, the menu is great, food was wonderful and so was the service! We were very pleased with our experience. Great food presentation and everything was cooked perfectly. Would recommend and will return! They also have a great outdoor patio and nice bar that I hear has good happy hour specials.
Great experience! I was visiting town after being gone for a while and I am glad to see Theo’s is a place I can always come home to!
Great food fun atmosphere
A little too dark
We took our out-of-town guests to Theo's last week. It was a beautiful night, and we asked to be seated outside. The hostess told us there was no availability. As we walked back to the table, I said, "I really wanted you to experience outside dining in Fayetteville." A young man heard us and immediately said, "I'll find you something." And he did.. immediately. The drinks were outstanding, the appetizers superb, the dinner over the top. To make matters BETTER, we had an A+ server. Our guests were most impressed. We were not surprised! Theo's is our go-to restaurant for our out-of-town people. Thank you for making that an easy decision.
So wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!
Food was excellent. Steak could have been a little warmer but it was cooked med rare to perfection. My wife got the pork chop and it was the best thing we had all night. Will go back for sure.
Dinner before a show at WAC, everyone was very nice and got ya in and out in plenty of time. I will come back soon.
This is our favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. The service is beyond reproach! We eat there so often that we ordered from the bar menu for the first time and could not have been happier. We will be back soon!👏
Outstanding, as usual. We missed Ryan, but it was his anniversary, so we made do. Collin, Brandon and Jordan did a great job for us in Ryan’s absence. One of our fav places.
Usually a great place for a date night or special occasion, but our visit wasn't the greatest. We were seated next to the kitchen, which would've been fine if it wasn't for a chef or some other person of authority who was barking orders and correcting the other cooks and servers about every dish that came out. He was loud - so loud that it disrupted our anniversary dinner, and I felt bad for the way he was talking to his coworkers. Our check was incorrect when we got the bill, but our server was very polite about fixing it. Unfortunately, by that point, we were so fed up with the loud bossy guy in the kitchen that we just wanted to leave.
The service was great and the market fish was amazing!!!!
We love Theo's. We are spoiled to have this gem in our backyard. We came this time to celebrate my daughter's high school commencement. Our arrival was late because the ceremony was long, and we were treated with wonderful service. My daughter always gets the duck and my husband and I usually will have the seafood special. We were not disappointed. A wonderfully relaxing evening for our party of five.
Enjoyed the meal and staff
I had the salmon catch of the day. Excellent. And the molten cake was to die for. May daughter had the filet - delicious.
Our party of 4 was seated promptly at 5:30 at a quiet table. Our waitress had been made aware that we were attending a play at 7:30. The duck, filet, and shrimp fettuccini were delicious. Two of us ordered Creme brûlée and two the molten lava cakes. A waiter let us know that something had gone wrong with the lava cakes & didn't want us to be late. There was enough to share of the dessert, and the cost was removed. We could not have been treated better at Theo's. The food was great, and the entire staff was wonderful! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a memorable evening!
Nice ambiance and good service. Appetizers were excellent but unfortunately entrees arrived while we were still eating them. Filet and duck entrees both over cooked.
Enjoyed the meal but overall disappointed and could have been much better.
Great place with excellent Happy Hour and Menu. We truly enjoyed our experience and great value for service you receive.
This is our favorite place to go when we are in Fayetteville. Food, service are always top notch.
Excellent food, but seafood portions were very small. Excellent service, creative menu items, but significantly overpriced. Very easy to hit $100 per person with shared appetizers, modestly priced wine, and desserts.
Our experience at Theo's was excellent almost across the board. The atmosphere was exactly as it should be, aside from the very noisy party at the table next to us. No fault of the restaurant or staff, but it was sort of a mood killer on our date. The value of our meals would've been great, but my portion of duck was something I'd offer to a petite, old lady on a diet. The duck itself was prepared flawlessly. Our server did an excellent job throughout the evening being attentive and taking care of us, however I asked him to add the valet charge to the bill and he forgot. The valet was comped, and the situation resolved but not until we spent a few minutes standing outside in the chilly breeze talking it over at the valet stand.
Overall, very satisfying experience with a few small details to be fine-tuned. P.S. the creme brulee trio is immaculate!
