Salad was tasty but very skimpy and I’m a small eater. But it was still fine and very convenient if you’re visiting the museum.

Very tasty food. We really appreciated the excellent vegetarian choices. Service was pleasant, helpful and thankfully non-intrusive.

I’d recommend this restaurant for convenience on a museum outing and for vegetarian options. It is small and does not have much ambience. I got the Quinoa bowl, and found it unappealing. I generally love quinoa bowls. My friend seemed to like hers. Another friend got the mushroom pot pie, which looked like a better option. Wine portions are small, and they game it by offering different size pours..

The burger was delicious, but small if it were for a man, but we two women found the size ok so we had room to share a dessert. Chocolate cake also excellent.
Waitress was very accommodating & good at her job so we made sure by our tip that she knew we appreciated her aside from us telling her she did a good job.

The food was good but skimpy. For a $26 Restaurant Weeks prix fixe lunch, I got a bowl of soup and one shirred egg. You couldn't shir a couple of eggs maybe for $26? Both dishes were excellent, however--no complaints about flavor or originality or presentation.

Food was especially good with creative ingredients to what could have been a “run of the mill” meal. Never been before. Went with a friend at recommendation of another friend. Was apprehensive about suggesting unknown place. It was a wonderful and a beautiful setting.

It looks and feels a bit like a cafeteria and is priced like a special occasion spot. Since it was restaurant week, the price was right. But the regular prices on the menu are too high for what you get.

We had a superb meal. It’s not inexpensive but well worth the splurge! The parsnip soup with apple compote was delicious and typical of the unique (and delicious) flavor combinations that make this worth a trip.

I think the Wright could be a lot better than this. The ambience and furniture were cafeteria style although the prices were more upscale. The entrance to restaurant, connected to museum, was shabby and not clean. The food was palatable, but really not fabulous. We had the chicken salad, mushroom pot pie, and kohlrabi fritter to start - fritter was soggy, not crisp. Entrees were okay, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you will get better food, ambience and similar prices.

The portions are remarkably small and way overpriced. The atmosphere is very cafeteria-like so the price point of the menu items doesn't align. The food's ok and the service was fine, but I would not go back given the price - not worth it.

We waited 45 minutes for our order - which was only deserts. We watched other families come and go that had been in the same show as us. Restaurant was cleared by the time we finally got served and we’d been the first family to walk in after the performance. Then they brought the make your own cupcakes out to only 2 of our 3 kids. My 3-year old had to wait an additional ten minutes for his - near tears. What a drag. Spent an hour there with lousy service.

Until the Wright coordinates with the Guggenheim, we will not return. We had a 6:15 reservation and the doors were locked. We were told to go to the main entrance. The guard there knew nothing about people who were dining at the Wright before going to the Members' opening of the exhibit. This happened last year as well. You'd think they could have corrected this problem by now. So we were bounced from one entrance to another, when finally, someone with "authority" unlocked the doors to the Wright. They did give us a fee glass of wine for this annoyance. but I'd rather pay for wine and get seated when I have a reservation. This museum needs to do a better job of coordinating.

I specifically checked the menu for lunch items before booking. When I arrived at 1:45 pm on a Friday for my reservation I was seated and handed a weekend brunch menu and told that the kitchen "changed over" early....like 22 hours early.
The attitude was "too bad." The manager on duty was contacted (actually , interrupted while eating) and they offered to add some chicken to the pasta dish. Very un-customer focused. What restaurant changes to a brunch menu half way through service on a Friday??

Very convenient to attend the Guggenheim museum. Quiet, attractive enough, good service. Just fine. Absolutely adequate for pre-museum lunch. I would likely go again because it's the only restaurant so close by. But, really, nothing special. I may have ordered badly in choosing the chicken salad toast. However, it was less than ordinary. Nothing to look at, just white, and very little flavor. Just chicken in mayo piled on a piece of nondescript factory bread. Nothing mixed in for color or taste or texture. Like a high school cafeteria. This would be fine--maybe, except for $26 for restaurant week lunch together with a very bland gazpacho soup it felt like a touristy rip off (I'm a local). I was disappointed. To be fair, my son had some pulled pork which he loved, and my small taste of it was very juicy and delicious. All in all, fairly mediocre but acceptable lunch.

My first visit to Wright was a few days ago. It's perfectly OK as a place to meet a friend and have a quick lunch before viewing the galleries, especially on that hot, oppressive day. Ambience: kind of cold, utilitarian; the little snack bar higher-up in the museum is much more charming and light-filled. Food: pretty good, certainly a step-up from edible. Service: very pleasant staff. Overall: Nothing great, but, OK. Would I go back? Yes, for practicality's sake, to stay in one place all afternoon when the weather is not pleasant. Otherwise, I'd rather go to one of the more attractive restaurants in the general neighborhood....or to the above mentioned snack bar.

We had the shrimp salad and chopped chicken salad. The former was delicious but rather small. We needed to order bread afterward to feel sort of full. The latter was bigger, tasty, but still on the smaller side. The contemporaryspace was appealing and comfortable. Good place for conversation with excellent service.
