Great food, great service. Great selection of wines.
Great service great food! This is a great place for intimate dinner. I wish the menu was more extensive but everything we had was great
Great food and wonderful service. Although it was a busy evening, our server was attentive but unobtrusive.
We were there for Valentines Day. Service was very good and the meal was very good. This was our second time at the Wine Bistro and would go back.
Date night with my wife for valentines day, waited a bit after seated before our server showed up, but once she did stop at our table the service was excellent. Great wine selection and reasonable prices for bottle. Food was very good, portions were not too large, which I appreciate because many restaurants serve way too much food (enough for 2 in many cases). The orange glazed salmon was excellent and my wife has the Shirmp & Risotto and loved it. We had a great evening. The place is small and cozy, will go back some afternoon for their wine flights. Worth visiting if you are looking for something new.
I ordered the "Blank and Blank" with a salad and half of a crab cake sandwich. I was impressed that the half sandwich was served on its own small bun rather than something actually cut in half. A very nice, professional touch.
All good, mood, service & food 👍👍
Excellent service, great wine selection, delicious food.
We had a group of about 15 get together on a Friday to celebrate a 30th birthday. Wine Bistro was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience and highly recommended!
Definitely a go to place. Always lovely
Great place for wine . Service a little slow at lunch due to only one server covering seating, order taking and serving. Noisy at night.
We had been there before and made a reservation not knowing it was during Restaurant Week. Our server was outstanding, knowing a vast array of details about the wine and beer we were choosing as well as the menu. We selected the pre-arranged options available for restaurant week which offered an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $25 per person. We each had the winery salad which was very tasty. I had the Short Ribs and risotto which were amazing, and my companion had the orange glazed Salmon which was equally amazing. For dessert we got the Triple Chocolate Pot de Creme and the Caramel Apple Crisp. It was the best meal we've had in a long time. From start to finish!
The short rib is the BEST!! And don't forget the Chocolate Dessert!!
Yummy... and our server Tunicia (sorry if I butchered the name) is fantastic!
It was busy due to restaurant week. Our server seemed very preoccupied and the food took a bit long to get, but over-all it was a good atmosphere and good food!
Salmon was very tasty. Short run left a lot to be desired. All in all a bit too expensive for what they're offering. Plus a corkage fee on top of the bottle charge? That's a bit absurd, especially when you've already got a 100% markup from retail price. You're in Columbus, not New York, Chicago, or LA.
Great atmosphere, food and service. It did get a little noisy later in the evening but overall was a great experience.
Loved the atmosphere but the food was not good. I ordered the short rib and usually it falls right apart. I had a hard time cutting the short rib it was so overcooked. I would go back for drinks only.
We enjoyed our visit however it was discouraging when attempting to make a reservation by phone a day or so before and was advised there was nothing available all evening. Open Table had no issue reserving a table and upon arrival, the restaurant was mostly vacant during our meal.
Outside of this service, everything was fantastic.
Friendly stall, good food, good service, excellent wine choices.
The apple crisp was undercooked & very little cinnamon. 2 people said they had no cinnamon in theirs.
Otherwise, our server was excellent & the rest of the food was good too.
Amazing place !
Friendly customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Willing to help find vegan friendly options on menu. Olive tapenade has Parmesan cheese (FYI, vegan eaters).
Really loved this place overall. Great wine selection. Loved the atmosphere. As someone who has lived in California wine country for 30 years, it felt like home to me. I got the steak and bleu cheese flat bread as my entree. It was alright, the toppings were delicious but I didn’t really care for the crust on the flat bread. It was very crunchy and almost tasted like pita bread, but my husband loved it because he loves super crunchy bread. The French onion soup and Caesar salad were both great. My husband got the filet with asparagus and potatoes au gratin and that was fantastic. Perfectly done steak and the red wine reduction was yum. Will definitely come back during our next visit to Columbus.
We went on New Year's Eve and had great service and the food was very good. We have gone out on New Year's Eve before and service was slow and food was not very good. We had a great evening with friends and they went out of their way to make it nice.
Our waiter could have been a bit more personable but we had a great time.
Our server was outstanding, she was so personable without being phony. The food was delicious and it was perfect choice for a quiet dinner with my family.
Fun chat with our server
Very few places give you the ambiance that is cozy and dim and casual at the same time. We love the Wine Bistro.
My wife and I met my parents at the Wine Bistro for a late meal. Everyone enjoyed their food, but the crust on my Filet & Blue Flatbread was a bit tough. My wife love her Italian Sandwich, and everyone thought the Veal Meatballs were fantastic.
