   Server was awful. Loved to talk about himself and how great he was. Literally ruined experience. “‘Topher’ needs to work elsewhere.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the level of service you received during your visit — it is unacceptable and not at all reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to at Fairmont. The interaction you described with your server is concerning on multiple levels — from the lack of attentiveness to the inappropriate personal comments when questioned about service.    The food was out of this world, portions were generous and tasted incredible. Our server Martin made the experience very enjoyable, was attentive and food came quicker than we expected. Would recommend!

   Their 3 course meal deal was excellent and portions were generous. I particularly liked the number of option they gave for the 3 courses. I could choose 4-6 options per course and a wonderful surprise to have at least one item in each course be vegan. They also offered the ability to upgrade the 3 course to some of the super premium dishes for a surcharge if you wanted. Excellent service, great food, and reimbursed parking. 5 stars. Will be back again.

   Overall a very good experience. The food was good, the kids enjoyed their food as well. The lobster pasta was a bit too salty for our tastes between the sauce and the natural brininess of the lobster. We also had a pork tenderloin special which was cooked perfectly and very tasty.

   Great food and friendly service. Seafood chowder and Short Rib were the highlights. Service from Martin was excellent. Great restaurant. Not the cheapest in town, but definitely a good treat option.
