Situé au centre du Vieux Worthington, le restaurant The Whitney House présente une nourriture réconfortante américaine, une cuisine concoctée de A à Z, raffinée et rustique. Il utilise des ingrédients frais et locaux et est constamment à la recherche de nouvelles techniques novatrices afin de servir sa communauté. Le Whitney House rend hommage aux maisons et aux cuisines du passé qui accueillaient et traitaient tout le monde comme sa famille, en proposant des boissons et de la nourriture faites avec amour. Le Whitney House s'est ouvert par amour pour les mères.     Waited for 20+ minutes to be seated . Set the tone for the experience. Food was excellent, service was good. Staff was overwehlmed. Management should have prepared better for the crowds.

    Always such a great experience here. The hostess flawless with change that didn’t get recorded. Waiter Cole excellent, food delicious.

    It was very noisy. My chicken was good but was a little overcooked. Dessert was excellent. The steak was way overcooked and two people had to send it back but both of the returned steaks were cooked perfect. Our waitress made everything up to us. She made sure we had what we needed and never made us feel awkward about the steaks being sent back. She gave us free coffee to make up for waiting for the steaks. We did not have to wait long for the steaks to be returned so everyone pretty much got to eat together.

    This is one of my son’s favorite hometown restaurants and we visit every time he is in town. Tonight it did not disappoint. The food was superb and Alexandra provided fantastic service. Everything was delicious but I highly recommend appetizers of pirogies and the Gorgonzola sauce fries. The berry compote dessert was unique and perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

    Had to wait 30 minutes beyond our reservation time and also had to ask the waitress multiple times for something. Other than that, the food was good.

    Our server, Kendal was absolutely the best! She made us feel as if we’re were having dinner with a friend. Attentive and friendly!

    Small, intimate room. Server was ok, not really warm or pleasant. Food was on the pricey side ($6 for 2 slices of bacon), but was just ok. Everything tasted fine, but was barely warm and average.

    Overall really good. Service was excellent. Both burgers were both great as well as the French toast. The corn bread and goat cheese appetizers are so tasty.
