Christmas Eve drinks were delicious in lovely surroundings

Was only in for drinks and didn’t have any food but it wouldn’t let me continue without adding a review. Lovely cocktails, good friendly service.

We fully understood the Covid issue but were not told on the door we only had 2 hours. So at 19. 20 the waitress offered us desserts and drinks. We ordered drinks and coffee only to be moved table, that was okay but then rushed out after moving. Had we have been told 2 hours we wouldn’t have ordered any further.

Steak pie bit salty and wifi down which meant had to go and lift money from bank which not happy with in this day and age mentioned my birthday and anniversary dinner and staff done nothing bit of let down when had high Hope's as heard so many good things

A nice restaurant, friendly staff. Decent menu options. Service was quick. Failed to bring us the specials menu which I saw had been given to other tables, but thats fine. Starter of smoked cheese balls was very nice as was the venison burger, just wasnt anything outstanding. I'd come again.

The staff were lovely, the place is cosy, beautiful and really lovely to sit in, but some of the food was such a let down. Starters were great but my main course (pizza) was SO underwhelming. I'm pretty sure it was just a shop bought frozen base with stuff on top...to be honest, the whole thing felt a bit like it could have been frozen. It didn't taste bad and I didn't send it back because I'm too British. It was just "meh" and absolutely not worth £13.50. Disappointed an otherwise lovely experience.

Good atmosphere but would have liked the tables to be a little further apart than they were. Food was mediocre but wouldn’t take much to elevate some of the dishes. The cocktails were good and would recommend the White House if your looking for a relaxing lunch.

Safety precautions were excellent and food and atmosphere great - we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Says opens at 12 but we had to stand outside for half an hour before the door opened!

We were met on arrival by friendly staff were checked for our temperature before entering. Felt safe and really enjoyed our time of lovely food and cocktails 😁
