   We had 5:30 reservations. First customers to arrive. Seated promptly. Good service. Ordered right away. When the meal arrived, two filets and elk t-bone. Lobster Mac and Cheese and Asparagus. It was cold. Nothing was warm. The steaks seemed like the were cooked in a microwave, no char or grill marks that I associate with a good steak. The Lobster Max and cheese lacked anticipated flavor it was actually guide bland. I cannot stress enough the cold temp of the food. The employees did offer to reheat the food. It would have been the entire meal. I have eaten a steak houses around the globe. Only a restaurant in New Zealand ranks more disappointing than White Buffalo. We are local folks and will not eat there again or recommend it to out friends or out of town visitors. How can they charge those prices and not know how to prepare steak. The best way to describe it.. they sound vide’d the meat and forgot to place it on the grill prior to serving. Awful.

   Steak was raw in the middle & cold - asked for medium - - they brought it to me sliced - you think they would have noticed - husband’s steak was also closer to raw. they were not busy when we were there - staff was wonderful

   Located few blocks off of Jackson’s Town Square, many will walk past it without realizing there's a restaurant located in the lower level of the hotel. Service seemed to be a little "hit and miss" however the Red Snapper and Swordfish as out of this world. Would definitely recommend and look forward to dining there at my next trip to Jackson.

   We had a delicious steak dinner at the White Buffalo Club. Our ribeyes were cooked to perfection and served on a 500 degree salt block which kept them hot during our meal. Our waiter, Chris, was really exceptional! He provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. We certainly will return and look forward to dining again at the White Buffalo!    Food was decent enough. If you want to hang out with friends of the servers who wear basketball shorts and use profanity while you are eating with your family it is great. Horrible atmosphere in the basement of a hotel.

    Great evening at the White Buffalo. We were celebrating our recent engagement and my fiancée birthday. Chris was our server and took great care of us. Food and drinks were delicious . Highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future .

    Food was very good. Cooked exactly how I ordered. Service was a little slow getting to us for a drink order and food order. Venison medallions with mashed potatoes and carrots was so good. Tender, sauce was paired perfectly.

    Small place downstairs, like a speakeasy, clean, modern and nice. Western vibe. Menu was fabulous. We had the Wygu beef as our entry, one had the bone marrow, we all had the filet. The Tabasco fried were delicious. Desert was too. Pricey but really really good! The 4 of us left full and happy!

    Our experience at The White Buffalo Club was outstanding!!! We started with the beef tartare appetizer and the A5 wagyu. Both were phenomenal!! For our entree we got a ribeyes one seared and the other was brought to us on a bed of Himalayan salt accompanied by the mushrooms and duck confeit Mac and cheese. We had tried other restaurants in town and had good pieces of steaks, but none compare to the quality here. This is a must when you're in town.

    Enjoyed a seat at the bar downstairs right as the place opened. Didn’t have an agenda, something easy for a lone diner… $20 Smashburger $10 Stout $15 Duck confit mac n cheese $15 Tiramisu Took the duck mac to go as a night snack. Absolutely zero complaints with the meal - cooked to perfection, no frills. Food comes out super quick, so pace yourselves! PS - there is a $10 burger, fries, beer happy hour from 5-6 PM somewhere. Bar, lounge, upstairs, but unsure….

    Was last at this restaurant ten years ago. Food was good, above average as were the prices, even for Jackson. My impression was that no capital dollars had been spent on the ambiance in the ten years since my last visit.

    My husbands birthday. It was busy so another guy helped out. That was fine. The food was good: venison medallions and Buffalo filet. Pricy, especially the wine! I would go again even though I thought $240 was a bit much.
