Food is delicious and fresh!!!
Did not have Corona, Stella, Peroni beers in restaurant
We visit the Wharf several times each spring/summer. For this visit we were able to take advantage of their annual, one day BOGO special. Although the restaurant was very busy we received attentive service and the the food was great. Will return soon.
Food was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
It was awful cold. I don’t like eating dinner with my coat on.
Our waitress was super.
3 steaks, all ordered med rare where well done...
Excellent food and fantastic service. Will definitely be back!
Made a reservation and drove to the restaurant which was completely locked up and closed. Pretty poor reservation system IMO.
Never got our meal waited 40 minuets and when asked for check then food came out
All though our waitress was great , we waited nearly an hour for food after ordering, the other 4 tables around us had the same wait time.
This was the second time in a week we ate at The Wharf. The food was prepared well;
plentiful and very tasty. We went for their Sunset menu, a fixed price with enough choices to make it worthwhile.
Love this place, go for it.
Had no lobster, no ny strip, no oysters, no baked potato, no nothing. Should advertise what they are out of or don’t serve anymore
Have eaten here often and have never been disappointed. Great location, staff and food. One of my favorite places to eat.
I was looking so forward to the Calamari Sicilian that I had in the summer, even brought my mom along to try, only to find out that it wasn’t available, neither were clams (At a seafood restaurant!!) so disappointed!!!
The restaurant was closed when we arrived because of the storm.
Food and service 5stars will return everytime we are in wildwood highly recommend
Our server, Joan, was outstandingly attentive and kind. Thoroughly pleasant experience.
Good food, nice atmosphere.
Food was excellent as well as service. I vacation in wildwood twice a year and I'll be returning to eat here. I would recommend this to anyone
5 people others said entre was done to their liking my filet mignon was a little overdone. Service was ok.
I'm blaming it on the lateness and the restaurant was closing by the time we we're done. Heard nothing but good things about the Wharf so I will try it again next summer.
Nice ambience, except for the numerous flies, two of which landed in our food and one gnat in a water glass. The very reasonably priced white wine arrived warm, but we were given a wine bucket to cool it, which we did. The oysters were almost invisible. Steamers (little neck not real steamer clams) were very good although a fly landing in the broth was a turn off. The seared tuna was cooked very rare which was fine but the seasoning was too unremarkable. The fried seafood combo was too dried out and the coating too thick for my taste but some may like it. It was very crunchy. I would recommend for casual maybe outdoor waterfront experience or when there are not so many flys about.
Food was very good. Wait service started off well. Told several things were not available yet saw at another table. Finished eating and waited over 45 min for check. No coffee/desert were offered
Best food I’ve ever had in Wildwood, combined with a great server Nick. Thank you
Always good. Outside seating with a band is fun. Very good food in the dining room. Quieter than the outside seating so a goid combination of both.
A decent restaurant with great sunset views, food was adequate & our server was attentive &pleasant would go back &recoend
The food was good a part from the bread that was rock hard and something that keeps dentists in business the rest of the meal both apps and mains were cooked perfectly.
The downfall of this place is the music. The band was shaking the floor in the dining room and they were trying to over shadow that with jazz music from speakers making it almost unbearable and impossible to have a table conversation.
So food good, music a disappointment.
We have been going to the Wharf for years and have always had a good meal and service
Very good. Nice experience.
Wildwood restaurant week menu- Great food, great service (Thank you Joan). A lovely night, we will be back.
We usually Eat there whenever we are in Wildwood, this time the food was not very good .
The food was good. My problem was the size of the oysters. They were almost non-existent on the shell. I've had the oysters 3 weeks prior to this dinner and they were a little bigger but had a lot of sand. I would recommend the restaurant but definitely not the oysters.
We enjoyed our cocktails and entrees especially the kind crab linguine.
Filet was good. Service was excellent but they ran out of mashed potatoes, calamari, 2/8 people were dripped on from ceiling vents, asparagus was so chewy it had to be spit out. This review was the feeling of the adults in our party. Should’ve tried Urie’s but they didn’t take reservations.
We very much enjoyed the food at The Wharf. We had a table of 8, leading into the Labor Day so it took some time for us to be seated. Our server was attentive and did well to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It seemed the kitchen was having difficulty getting meals out together for our table. The restaurant was very busy so I am certain it was a challenge for the staff to keep up. Despite some of the hiccups with the service, we enjoyed The Wharf and recommend you give them a try.
Salmon with crab meat was great, with a special nod to the delicious sauce. Steak was cooked well, but a bit chewy. Tomato bisque was very good. Chocolate mousse was rather blah. Server was extremely attentive and very friendly.
The noise level was a bit much. The service started out as good but then we had to wait 30 minutes after our salad for the entree. The chicken pompodoro had way too much pasta and my steak was a bit chewy. So overall not a positive ding experience. This was restauraant week in Wildwood but no excuse.
Although we enjoyed our meal, we felt as if the tables were too close together. This made it hard for our server to not only serve our table but those around us. It took a long time to get our salads and then our entrees came out before we had time to finish the salad. Also, the noise level was extremely loud making it hard to have a conversation. Hostesses could have also been a little friendlier.
We found The Wharf by accident last year during our annual visit to Wildwood and determined that we would be making this restaurant a must when we come to The Woods. Food is fantastic, service is great, and you can't beat the view. We will be making this part of our annual pilgrimage.
As usual the food and service was great! Always nice to see ICW WHILE Eating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Ashley was a great waitress.
